Working with a motivated group of diverse individuals that are passionate about brewing which allows me to learn something new everyday.

Science and precision are of utmost importance in the brewing process. With so many different styles and varieties using diverse ingredients that react differently, numerous variable factors can influence that taste and quality of a beer.

WHEN YOU AREN'T AT WORK, WHAT DO YOU DO TO UNWIND OR SPEND YOUR FREE TIME?

When I am not working I enjoy heading to the beach in the summer time and Vermont for snowboarding in the winter

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE KANE BEER AND WHY

My favorite Kane Beer is Bierhalle which is a seasonal german lager. When released every fall it reminds me its time to bid farewell to summer and to enjoy a couple crisp beers as I prep for winter.
