Across The Galaxy

Imperial IPA

8.0% ABV

Brewed with a base of pilsner malt and oats, Across The Galaxy was hopped in the Whirlpool with Riwaka and Motueka before receiving a heavy dry hop of one of our favorite hops, Galaxy. Citra Quantum, Nectaron, and Motueka round out the dry hop, creating a tropical-forward IPA. Across The Galaxy pours a pale orange with a dense haze, delivering expressive notes of passionfruit, pineapple, and lime zest, balanced by very low bitterness and a soft, smooth profile.

Double Dry-Hopped SBX

Imperial IPA

8.3% ABV

We took SBX, our imperial version of Sneakbox, and gave it even more hop character. This beer was hopped with Citra and Riwaka in the Whirlpool, then Citra and Krush in the dry-hop with a massive second addition of Citra Quantum, Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe and Mosaic. Double Dry-Hopped SBX pushes intense notes of tropical citrus, passionfruit, ripe stone fruit, and dank citrus peel.​
