TASTING ROOM
Our current Tasting Room has come a long way from our original space—created out of a converted conference room featuring 6 draft beers. As the brewery grew in popularity the Tasting Room spilled out into the brewery itself, located alongside our original 20bbl brewhouse and original 40bbl fermenters. In March of 2023, we were finally able to acquire more space to create a custom designed tasting room for our guests and visitors to better experience our beers.
The newest Tasting Room offers 16 draft beers, including small batch and limited releases, rare barrel-aged beers, bottles of our Spontaneous Beer Project, Field & Oak, and occasional hand-drawn cask beers from our beer engine. We brought parts of our old tasting room with us, upcycling the old hand-built oak bar into customer tables and turning emptied bourbon and wine barrels into several high-top tables. In addition to these custom built tables, we have a smaller lounge area for relaxing on our couches and sharing a beer with old friends.
We offer a wide variety of fresh IPAs, traditionally brewed lagers, stouts, and a host of other styles in cans, as well as our award-winning barrel-aged stouts and barleywines in bottles. We also have a wide assortment of Kane merchandise to take with you.

A New Jersey classic, Head High is a 6.6% American-style IPA and our flagship beer. Kane has been brewing Head High every day, since day one. Head High is all about the hops; five kinds for those keeping count. The result of this hoppy goodness is a noticeable grapefruit flavor with aromas of citrus, tropical fruits, and pine with a straw color, foamy head, and crisp flavor. Sneakbox

Sneakbox is our 5.4% American Pale Ale. A highly drinkable Jersey favorite, Sneakbox is made with 100% Citra hops, and pours a hazy golden yellow, with a citrus aroma that finishes smooth, dry, and crisp. And if don’t know, now you know: A Sneakbox is a small boat that can be sailed, rowed, poled, or sculled, typically used for hunting waterfowl. The first Sneakbox was invented in West Creek, New Jersey back in 1836 by Captain Hazelton Seaman. Our Sneakbox beer is as versatile as the boat it gets its name from.

Overhead
Imperial India Pale Ale

Overhead is the perfect beer for celebrating after you’ve had a choppy day that got a little hectic but in the end, you rode it out like a champ. Overhead is our 8.2% Imperial IPA loaded with our favorite hops; Amarillo, Simcoe, Citra, and Columbus, and includes two rounds of dry hopping to create a cascade of pine, resin, and citrus hop flavors that consume your palate. Overhead is similar to Head High in its unique flavor, but with completely different experience due to the brewing process which produces a dry, crisp finish.

Party Wave is our 7.4% IPA brewed with a blend of Galaxy, Mosaic, and Citra. Party Wave pours a hazy yellow and has flavors of passion fruit and citrus from the heavy use of Galaxy and Citra and more subtle pine and tropical fruit from the Mosaic hops that blend well with the Pilsner malt base. Smooth, juicy and highly drinkable Party Wave of hops.

Coastal Watch is our 6.2% India Pale Ale brewed with Citra and Riwaka in the whirlpool. It was then hopped with more Citra and Riwaka, along with Krush, Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops. Coastal Watch pours a hazy orange and is packed with notes of lemon zest and black currants, with a ripe berry finish.

Bierhalle
Bavarian-Style Festbier

Bierhalle is brewed with traditional German Isaria and Vienna malts and hopped on the hot side with Hallertau Mittelfrüh sourced from Seitz Farms in Germany. Fermented with our house lager yeast and naturally carbonated through spunding, Bierhalle is cold lagered for over a month before packaging. Bierhalle pours an amber gold, carrying soft biscuit and honey-like aromatics. Notes of toasted nuts and malty sweetness with a crisp finish make Bierhalle the perfect lager to celebrate Oktoberfest.

Inspired by BarCo's famous words, Good Times At All Times was truly brewed to enjoy any day, any time, any place. Hopped with Waimea, Citra, Simcoe & Riwaka, Good Times At All Times pours a deep hazy yellow with intense notes of pineapple, freshly squeezed orange juice and peachy stone fruit.

Returning Clouds, brewed in collaboration with our friends Twin Elephant, is the sequel to our original 2023 collaboration, Ground Clouds. Returning Clouds was hopped in the whirlpool with Citra and Citra Incognito, then heavily dry-hopped with Peacharine, Rakau, Wai-iti Hop Kief and Citra Spectrum. Returning Clouds pours a deep golden-orange with a dense haze and bursts with notes of sweet tropical fruit, apricot, and juicy stone fruit, layered with fresh orange zest and pear.

Parker Lager, brewed in collaboration with our friends at the legendary local summer spot Parker House, is a true Jersey Shore Lager. At 4.5%, this refreshing beer is brewed with a blend of North American pilsner malt and European noble hops. Parker Lager undergoes our house lagering program, including a multi-step mash, thoughtful hopping with European noble hop varieties, and natural carbonation, resulting in a clean lager with remarkable drinkability. Parker Lager pours a light golden straw color with a dry, clean profile showcasing a pleasant cracker note that finishes crisp and refreshing. This is the perfect lager for drinking any time of day, all spring and summer long.

Výčepní 10°, our 4.0% Czech pale lager, was brewed with floor malted Moravian barley from the Czech Republic and hopped with our single farm sourced Saaz hops. The beer was fermented at very cold temperatures, naturally carbonated and lagered for 5 weeks before packaging. Výčepní 10° pours a very pale color with a rocky white foam and aromatics of fresh dough and a lemony hop profile. Incredibly easy to drink. So fresh. So clean. Perfect to enjoy by the pint. Refreshing. Crisp. Delicious.

Double Ripple is the juiced-up cousin of Ripple, our single hop Nelson Sauvin session ale. This beer is hopped with Nelson and Riwaka in the whirlpool, then double dry-hopped with a blend heavy on Nelson and Citra with a small punch of Galaxy and Riwaka. Double Ripple pours a bright yellow haze with layers of white wine grapes, passion fruit, light dank and citrus notes finishing extremely soft with low bitterness.

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Milk Porter

Bourbon Barrel Aged Sunday Brunch is our 12.6% blend of Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Milk Porters brewed with maple and conditioned on cinnamon, and dark roast coffee. We racked a blend of maple imperial milk porters aged for an average of 30 months in a blend of Woodford Reserve Double Oaked, Buffalo Trace, and Heaven Hill bourbon barrels. We then conditioned this beer on cinnamon and a blend of Bali and Nicaragua coffee from Rook. Bourbon Barrel Aged Sunday Brunch pours a dark cocoa color with aromatics of sweet maple and fresh roasted coffee beans. A complexity of warming cinnamon is supported by notes of vanilla and coconut from the barrel aging.

Since our first Anniversary Ale, 365, we reserve a portion of each release for aging so it can be blended a year later to create our next Anniversary Ale. By doing so each year, our Anniversary Ales always contain a piece of our past. 5,475 pours a deep garnet color with notes of burnt sugar, dark fruit, toffee, vanilla bourbon, and toasted oak character.

5,479 Anniversary Stout, brewed for our 15th Anniversary, is our 12.3% Blend of Barrel-Aged Imperial Stouts conditioned on freshly toasted coconut. 5,479 pours jet black with a mocha foam. This imperial stout is full-bodied and layered with notes of coconut cream pie, chocolate, and toasted coconut caramel cookies.

We made FIFTEENTH uniquely special to commemorate a momentous fifteen years of brewing. We tasted through our cellar, pulling from some of our favorite double barrel-aged ales and stouts, including some aged in Amburana, Cognac, Maple, Rum, and Thomas H. Handy Bourbon barrels. FIFTEENTH pours jet black with a mocha head with rich aromatics of dark chocolate, burnt caramel, toasted oak, and baking spice, followed by notes of black cherries and bourbon-soaked vanilla.

Barrel Aged Mexican Dessert (2026)
Barrel-Aged Imperial Milk Porter
13.4% ABV
2026 Bourbon Barrel Aged Mexican Dessert was aged in a blend of Old Fitzgerald, Woodford Reserve Double Oaked, Heaven Hill Elijah Craig Toasted Bourbon and Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels for an average of 38 months. After extended time in oak, this beer was conditioned on graham crackers, toasted coconut, cacao nibs from Monte Plata, Haiti, and Ecuador, cinnamon, and Ancho chilies. 2026 Bourbon Barrel Aged Mexican Dessert pours jet black and leads with aromas of spiced chocolate, toasted coconut, and freshly baked graham cracker crust, with warm bourbon undertones. Notes of cinnamon and subtle chili spice round out a rich profile layered with dark cocoa, sweet oak, and a smooth, dessert-like finish.

Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout
14.3% ABV
Double Double Wrapped (2026) is a blend of imperial stouts aged in Buffalo Trace Weller Wheated, Heaven Hill, and Heaven Hill 8-Year bourbon barrels, carefully selected and conditioned to build depth and balance. After cold conditioning in stainless, the blend was conditioned on cacao nibs from Monte Plata and a generous addition of peanut butter, layering in a rich, velvety character. Double Double Wrapped pours decadently smooth, unfolding with notes of dark chocolate fudge, peanut butter cups, roasted cocoa, and soft marshmallow sweetness. Hints of vanilla and oak round out the palate.
