TASTING ROOM
Our current Tasting Room has come a long way from our original space—created out of a converted conference room featuring 6 draft beers. As the brewery grew in popularity the Tasting Room spilled out into the brewery itself, located alongside our original 20bbl brewhouse and original 40bbl fermenters. In March of 2023, we were finally able to acquire more space to create a custom designed tasting room for our guests and visitors to better experience our beers.
The newest Tasting Room offers 16 draft beers, including small batch and limited releases, rare barrel-aged beers, bottles of our Spontaneous Beer Project, Field & Oak, and occasional hand-drawn cask beers from our beer engine. We brought parts of our old tasting room with us, upcycling the old hand-built oak bar into customer tables and turning emptied bourbon and wine barrels into several high-top tables. In addition to these custom built tables, we have a smaller lounge area for relaxing on our couches and sharing a beer with old friends.
We offer a wide variety of fresh IPAs, traditionally brewed lagers, stouts, and a host of other styles in cans, as well as our award-winning barrel-aged stouts and barleywines in bottles. We also have a wide assortment of Kane merchandise to take with you.

A New Jersey classic, Head High is a 6.6% American-style IPA and our flagship beer. Kane has been brewing Head High every day, since day one. Head High is all about the hops; five kinds for those keeping count. The result of this hoppy goodness is a noticeable grapefruit flavor with aromas of citrus, tropical fruits, and pine with a straw color, foamy head, and crisp flavor. This wave rolls in all day, every day, all year round.

Sneakbox
Pale Ale

Sneakbox is our 5.4% American Pale Ale. A highly drinkable Jersey favorite, Sneakbox is made with 100% Citra hops, and pours a hazy golden yellow, with a citrus aroma that finishes smooth, dry, and crisp. And if don’t know, now you know: A Sneakbox is a small boat that can be sailed, rowed, poled, or sculled, typically used for hunting waterfowl. The first Sneakbox was invented in West Creek, New Jersey back in 1836 by Captain Hazelton Seaman. Our Sneakbox beer is as versatile as the boat it gets its name from.

Overhead
Imperial India Pale Ale

Overhead is the perfect beer for celebrating after you’ve had a choppy day that got a little hectic but in the end, you rode it out like a champ. Overhead is our 8.2% Imperial IPA loaded with our favorite hops; Amarillo, Simcoe, Citra, and Columbus, and includes two rounds of dry hopping to create a cascade of pine, resin, and citrus hop flavors that consume your palate. Overhead is similar to Head High in its unique flavor, but with completely different experience due to the brewing process which produces a dry, crisp finish.

Party Wave
India Pale Ale

Party Wave is our 7.4% IPA brewed with a blend of Galaxy, Mosaic, and Citra. Party Wave pours a hazy yellow and has flavors of passion fruit and citrus from the heavy use of Galaxy and Citra and more subtle pine and tropical fruit from the Mosaic hops that blend well with the Pilsner malt base. Smooth, juicy and highly drinkable Party Wave of hops.

Riomaggiore
Italian-Style Pilsner
5.2% ABV
Riomaggiore, our 5.2% Italian-style Pilsner, is brewed with a simple malt bill consisting of Eraclea malt from Italy’s Adriatic coast. Riomaggiore was kettle-hopped with Spalt Select and Hallertau Mittlefruh from Seitz Farms in Germany, fermented cold, gently dry-hopped with more Spalt Select and Hallertau Mittlefruh. Riomaggiore was spunded prior to dry-hopping then lagered for eight weeks for packaging. Riomaggiore is an extremely drinkable, crisp pilsner with notes of honey, lemon, and floral noble hop character, inspired by a summer spent on the Italian coast.

Session IPA

Inspired by Head High, Waist High is brewed with a simple pale grist of Pilsner, Wheat, and small portion of light crystal malt. It’s hopped with Citra and Cascade in the whirlpool, then dry-hopped with Citra, Cascade, Simcoe and Chinook. Waist High pours a unfiltered orange with aromatics of freshly squeezed citrus, dank pine and subtle undertones of tropical fruit. Waist High is a highly drinkable Session Ale with the aromatics and hop flavor of a full body IPA.

Retractable Skeg
Imperial IPA

Retractable Skeg is hopped with Mosaic and Galaxy in the whirlpool, then dry-hopped with Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Citra, Citra Cryo, Galaxy, and Nectaron. Retractable Skeg pours a dense golden haze and pushes layered notes of juicy mango, citrus peel, and ripe peaches.

Výčepní 10°
Czech-Style Pale Lager
4.0% ABV
Výčepní 10°, our 4.0% Czech pale lager, was brewed with floor malted Moravian barley from the Czech Republic and hopped with our single farm sourced Saaz hops. The beer was fermented at very cold temperatures, naturally carbonated and lagered for 5 weeks before packaging. Výčepní 10° pours a very pale color with a rocky white foam and aromatics of fresh dough and a lemony hop profile. Incredibly easy to drink. So fresh. So clean. Perfect to enjoy by the pint. Refreshing. Crisp. Delicious.

Aloha Shirt
India Pale Ale
7.1% ABV
Aloha Shirt, our Piña Colada-inspired IPA, is brewed with Pilsner malt, wheat, and a touch of lactose for a little extra body and sweetness. It's hopped with Sabro, pushing sweet notes of coconut and vanilla, along with Bru-1 and Dolcita for additional flavor and an increased aromatic profile of pineapple and tropical fruit. We then add a large dose of pineapple during fermentation and condition the beer on fresh, raw coconut to capture that Piña Colada flavor. Aloha Shirt pours a deep yellow with a soft haze, pushing notes of bright citrus, coconut, and pineapple. The result is a refreshingly rich IPA that’s tropical and smooth.

Turtle's Board
India Pale Ale

Turtle’s Board is hopped with Motueka and Galaxy Spectrum in the whirlpool, followed by a dry-hop of Citra, Nectaron, and Galaxy. This full-bodied summertime IPA pours a pale orange and pushes vibrant notes of peaches, pineapple, lime and a candy-like tropical sweetness, finishing with a soft bitterness.

Boardwalk Slice
India Pale Ale
7.2% ABV
Boardwalk Slice, our 7.2% IPA, features a proprietary hop with a unique name grown exclusively by our friends at Segal Hop Ranch in Yakima Valley. The hop is called Anchovy and pushes notes of fruit punch and Swedish Fish candies. We had the opportunity to first experience Anchovy straight from the bine while walking the hop yards with John Segal and Martin Ramos, the farm's hop breeder, last year during harvest. Based on that initial rub we couldn’t wait to get the unique flavor profile of this hop into a one of our beers. For Boardwalk Slice we paired this hop with Motueka in the whirlpool and Citra in the dry-hop to create a tropical fruit punch profile, perfect for a summer IPA. Boardwalk Slice pours a hazy golden orange with aromatics of watermelon candies, lime zest and your favorite childhood fruit punch.

Green Lines, our 6.5% India Pale Ale, is brewed with Citra and Amarillo in the whirlpool, followed by a dry-hop of Citra, Columbus, and Simcoe. Green Lines pours a hazy pale gold color with a pleasantly dank and fruity hop expression. This highly drinkable IPA brings flavors of stone fruit, light pine, and bright citrus.

First Reef was hopped with Amarillo in the whirlpool and dry-hopped with Citra, Amarillo, and Galaxy. First Reef pours with a dense haze and delivers a clean hop-forward aroma and flavor expression of sticky sweet fruit, citrus, peach gummies, and pineapple balanced with light bitterness.

Sideshore
Pilsner
5.5% ABV
Sideshore is our 5.5% Pilsner brewed with traditional German Pilsner malts and hopped firmly with a combination of Saaz, Spalt, and Saphir. Sideshore underwent a step mash regiment to help accentuate its malt character and was lagered cold for a month. The resulting beer pours a pale gold with a light unfiltered haze and displays traditional notes of light grain, a pleasant hop character and clean firm bitterness that is thirst quenching and highly drinkable.

Double Ripple
Imperial IPA

Double Ripple is the juiced-up cousin of Ripple, our single hop Nelson Sauvin session ale. This beer is hopped with Nelson and Riwaka in the whirlpool, then double dry-hopped with a blend heavy on Nelson and Citra with a small punch of Galaxy and Riwaka. Double Ripple pours a bright yellow haze with layers of white wine grapes, passion fruit, light dank and citrus notes finishing extremely soft with low bitterness.

Good Times At All Times is our delicious IPA brewed in collaboration with our friends at BarCo Brands here on the coast. Inspired by BarCo's famous words, Good Times At All Times was truly brewed to enjoy any day, any time, any place. Hopped with Waimea, Citra, Simcoe & Riwaka, Good Times At All Times pours a deep hazy yellow with intense notes of pineapple, freshly squeezed orange juice and peachy stone fruit.

Světlé 8° was brewed with floor malted Moravian pilsner and Czech Saaz hops for a supremely crisp and bright drinking profile. Světlé 8° was fermented with our house lager yeast, naturally carbonated and lagered for over a month before packaging. This extremely sessionable beer with notes of fresh bread and citrus is the perfect easy-drinking lager.

Parker Lager, brewed in collaboration with our friends at the legendary local summer spot Parker House, is a true Jersey Shore Lager. At 4.5%, this refreshing beer is brewed with a blend of North American pilsner malt and European noble hops. Parker Lager undergoes our house lagering program, including a multi-step mash, thoughtful hopping with European noble hop varieties, and natural carbonation, resulting in a clean lager with remarkable drinkability. Parker Lager pours a light golden straw color with a dry, clean profile showcasing a pleasant cracker note that finishes crisp and refreshing. This is the perfect lager for drinking any time of day, all spring and summer long.

Turquoise Sea is loaded in the kettle with Simcoe, Simcoe HyperBoost, Citra, and Mosaic, then pushed further with a dry-hop of even more Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic. Turquoise Sea pours a deep golden-orange and ferments clean with a neutral yeast, keeping the focus squarely on the hops. Expect bold notes of pineapple gummies, ruby red grapefruit, pine, and a touch of dank, all carried by a firm, resinous bitterness.

Barrel Aged Mexican Dessert (2026)
Barrel-Aged Imperial Milk Porter

2026 Bourbon Barrel Aged Mexican Dessert was aged in a blend of Old Fitzgerald, Woodford Reserve Double Oaked, Heaven Hill Elijah Craig Toasted Bourbon and Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels for an average of 38 months. After extended time in oak, this beer was conditioned on graham crackers, toasted coconut, cacao nibs from Monte Plata, Haiti, and Ecuador, cinnamon, and Ancho chilies. 2026 Bourbon Barrel Aged Mexican Dessert pours jet black and leads with aromas of spiced chocolate, toasted coconut, and freshly baked graham cracker crust, with warm bourbon undertones. Notes of cinnamon and subtle chili spice round out a rich profile layered with dark cocoa, sweet oak, and a smooth, dessert-like finish.

Double Double Wrapped (2026) is a blend of imperial stouts aged in Buffalo Trace Weller Wheated, Heaven Hill, and Heaven Hill 8-Year bourbon barrels, carefully selected and conditioned to build depth and balance. After cold conditioning in stainless, the blend was conditioned on cacao nibs from Monte Plata and a generous addition of peanut butter, layering in a rich, velvety character. Double Double Wrapped pours decadently smooth, unfolding with notes of dark chocolate fudge, peanut butter cups, roasted cocoa, and soft marshmallow sweetness. Hints of vanilla and oak round out the palate.

Symphony At Sea is our collaborative Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout brewed with our friends from Brasseria Della Fonte in Italy. Symphony At Sea is a 12.7% Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout brewed with maple and aged for an average of 35 months in a blend of Heaven Hill Bourbon, 8-Year Elijah Craig, and Elijah Craig Toasted Bourbon barrels. This beer pushes deep notes of chocolate, maple, cinnamon, and toasted bread crust.

This year's vintage of Vengeful Heart comes from a blend of barleywine aged in of Buffalo Trace Bourbon and Heaven Hill 14-Year Select Bourbon barrels for an average of 29 months. Vengeful Heart pours an dark amber hue with aromatics of cinnamon spice, maple, and chocolate brownie fudge, followed by flavors of dark fruit and malt sweetness.
