TASTING ROOM
Our current Tasting Room has come a long way from our original space—created out of a converted conference room featuring 6 draft beers. As the brewery grew in popularity the Tasting Room spilled out into the brewery itself, located alongside our original 20bbl brewhouse and original 40bbl fermenters. In March of 2023, we were finally able to acquire more space to create a custom designed tasting room for our guests and visitors to better experience our beers.
The newest Tasting Room offers 16 draft beers, including small batch and limited releases, rare barrel-aged beers, bottles of our Spontaneous Beer Project, Field & Oak, and occasional hand-drawn cask beers from our beer engine. We brought parts of our old tasting room with us, upcycling the old hand-built oak bar into customer tables and turning emptied bourbon and wine barrels into several high-top tables. In addition to these custom built tables, we have a smaller lounge area for relaxing on our couches and sharing a beer with old friends.
We offer a wide variety of fresh IPAs, traditionally brewed lagers, stouts, and a host of other styles in cans, as well as our award-winning barrel-aged stouts and barleywines in bottles. We also have a wide assortment of Kane merchandise to take with you.

SMALL BATCH DRY IRISH STOUT
4.2% Stout
Small Batch Dry Irish Stout was brewed with a grist of Pearl malt and roasted barley. Notes of espresso, toasted grain and dark chocolate.

Brewed with Pilsner malt, oats, British crystal malt & chocolate roasted barley. Fresh coffee & baker’s chocolate notes.
HOLY NIGHTS
10.3% Imperial Stout
Brewed with maple syrup and conditioned on toasted coconut cacao nibs, Madagascar vanilla beans, and dark roast coffee from Rook. Aromas of coffee and fudgy chocolate, balanced by layers of sweet vanilla and coconut crème.
TOMORROW IS ALREADY HERE (2021)
13.1% Bourbon Barrel-Aged Ale
Aged in Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels that held maple syrup blended with ale aged for 27 months in Willet barrels before being finished in a Pineau des Charentes cask. Notes of maple, milk chocolate, toffee, figs, and cognac.

13.3% Blend of Bourbon Barrel-Aged Milk Porters
Blend of Imperial Milk Porters brewed with maple, aged in bourbon barrels for an average of 31 months. Conditioned on a blend of Rook dark roast coffee and cinnamon. Sweet maple, roasted coffee, cinnamon. vanilla, toasted coconut, and oak notes. *Contains Lactose
