Parker Lager, brewed in collaboration with our friends at the legendary local summer spot Parker House, is a true Jersey Shore Lager. At 4.5%, this refreshing beer is brewed with a blend of North American pilsner malt and European noble hops. Parker Lager undergoes our house lagering program, including a multi-step mash, thoughtful hopping with European noble hop varieties, and natural carbonation, resulting in a clean lager with remarkable drinkability. Parker Lager pours a light golden straw color with a dry, clean profile showcasing a pleasant cracker note that finishes crisp and refreshing.
