Double Mosaic Sneakbox, our 6.0% Pale Ale and newest member to the Sneakbox family of beers, is available in cans at the brewery today. Hopped in the Whirlpool with Citra and Riwaka, followed by a large dry-hop heavily focused on Mosaic, along with Citra, Riwaka, Krush, Nelson, and Simcoe, this beer is juicy and intensely aromatic. Double Mosaic Sneakbox was built for maximum hop expression with flavors and aromas of tropical punch, peach rings, and mixed berries with a slight dank edge.

Port Omna | Stroopwafel is a 7.6% Milk Stout brewed with a blend of British crystal malts, chocolate roasted barley and a touch of lactose to keep it smooth. This beer was conditioned on a large amount of Dutch stroopwafel, waffle cones, and cinnamon, giving it a supremely sweet and dessert-like character. Port Omna | Stroopwafel pours black and pushes delicious notes of caramel, melted milk chocolate, toasted waffle cone, and a vanilla sweetness.

Valley Blend was built to highlight The Bruce, a hop blend from New Zealand’s Sunrise Valley Freestyle Hops farm, selected for its punchy tropical flavors and aromas. We hopped Valley Blend with The Bruce and Citra in both the Whirlpool and dry hop to express the New Zealand hop character we love. A Motueka dry-hop addition gives this IPA an extra layer of lime zest and fresh citrus notes. Valley Blend pours a hazy pale gold with notes of mango, citrus, lime zest, and gooseberries.

Good Times At All Times is our delicious IPA brewed in collaboration with our friends at BarCo Brands here on the coast. Inspired by BarCo's famous words, Good Times At All Times was truly brewed to enjoy any day, any time, any place. Hopped with Waimea, Citra, Simcoe & Riwaka, Good Times At All Times pours a deep hazy yellow with intense notes of pineapple, freshly squeezed orange juice and peachy stone fruit.

Brewed with our house base malt, a blend of European crystal and roast malts, and a touch of milk sugar, Morning Bean is rich and smooth. Built off the flavor profile of Morning Bell, Morning Bean is conditioned on freshly roasted Rook coffee with the addition of Madagascar vanilla beans. Morning Bean pushes vibrant notes of roasted coffee, vanilla, and dark chocolate in a dark, espresso-colored body. This local favorite collaboration with Rook Coffee is brewed with our house base malt, a blend of European crystal and roast malts, and a hint of milk sugar for balance and sweetness. Morning Bell is conditioned on dark roast coffee hand-selected by the experts at Rook. Morning Bell pours with a mocha brown head and a deep espresso colored body. It delivers rich notes of chocolate and caramel with layers of freshly roasted coffee with cream. Morning Bell is the perfect blend for those who love New Jersey crafted coffee and beer.

Brewed with a special grist of Isaria and Barke Munich malt, Weekend In Vienna showcases a rich, toasty malt foundation. A measured addition of Hersbrucker hops balances the malt sweetness with a noble hop bitterness before it’s fermented with our house lager yeast. Weekend In Vienna pours a deep amber hue, pushing fresh-baked bread, light toast, and subtle caramel notes. Weekend In Vienna cans are available at the brewery today and will begin hitting distribution next week.

Amburana Winter Daydream
German-Style Bock

Amburana Winter Daydream is brewed using a three-step mash and complex grist of German Pilsner and Munich malts along with a small addition of wheat and roast malts. A light Whirlpool hop carefully balances the rich malt flavors of this Bock. Amburana Winter Daydream was fermented with our house lager yeast and cold conditioned in stainless for four weeks before packaging Finally aged on Amburana wood, Amburana Winter Daydream adds cinnamon, coconut and warm spice complexities to the hazelnut, coffee and chocolate notes of Winter Daydream.

This addition in our Tropical Breaker series brings the same bright, expressive profile, this time showcasing Galaxy in multiple forms. We used Mosaic HyperBoost, Riwaka and Citra in the Whirlpool, with a dry-hop of Galaxy, Galaxy Spectrum, Citra, Citra Spectrum and Mosaic. Flavors and aromas of passionfruit, juicy citrus, and ripe tropical fruit lead the way, all wrapped in a soft, hazy body with a smooth finish.

Bright Blue Sky

Bright Blue Sky started with a simple grist of Pilsner malt. It was hopped in the kettle with Galaxy, Simcoe and Columbus and was dry-hopped with HyperBoost Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, Columbus Cryo. It pushes expansive flavor and aromatic notes of dank resin, tangerine, mango, lychee and pine. Bright Blue Sky used a neutral yeast strain, allowing intense hoppy flavors and a beautiful golden clarity.

Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

Tomorrow Is Already Here was first aged for 30 months in a blend of Weller, Old Fitzgerald, Kentucky Owl and Woodford Double Oaked Bourbon barrels before being double barrel-aged in a Soju barrel from our friends at 3BR Distillery. Soju is a distilled Korean spirit traditionally made from rice. The Soju barrel adds a delicate spirit character that enhances the beer’s chocolate depth while contributing subtle notes of soft sweetness and a clean, rice-driven dryness. Tomorrow Is Already Here pours a dense, deep chocolate color with elegant chocolate and woody spirit aromatics, and flavors of chocolate covered raisins and malted milk balls. The drinking experience is complete with a smooth bourbon character and a dense chocolate syrup mouthfeel.

Barrel Aged Holy Nights (2025)
Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

Bourbon Barrel Aged Holy Nights, our 13.4% Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout with coconut, coffee, cacao and vanilla, was aged for an average of 20 months in a blend of Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels. This beer was conditioned on coconut, dark roast coffee from Rook, cacao nibs from Haiti and Ghana and vanilla beans from Madagascar, the Congo, Uganda and Papua New Guinea. Bourbon Barrel Aged Holy Nights pours pitch black with sweet and complex notes of toasted coconut, rich dark chocolate, bold coffee roast, and layers of warm vanilla. The extended time in Heaven Hill barrels adds depth and refinement with bourbon warmth and soft caramel undertones.

Rum Double Barrel Aged Dripping Maple is our newest 13.6% Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout brewed with maple and conditioned on cinnamon and vanilla. Rum Double Barrel Aged Dripping Maple began as an Imperial Stout brewed with maple syrup aged for 12 months in Heaven Hill Elijah Craig 8-Year Bourbon barrels. This maple Imperial Stout was then double barreled for an additional 11 months in Caribbean rum barrels to amplify sweetness and add complexity. Finally, this beer was conditioned on Korintje cinnamon and Madagascar vanilla beans. Rum Double Barrel Aged Dripping Maple pours dark black with a velvety thick mouthfeel. It pushes complex notes of brown sugar, cinnamon, soft vanilla, and a depth of maple flavor.

Dripping Maple is our award-winning 12.7% Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout brewed with Vermont maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla. This year’s blend was brewed with maple syrup and spent an average of 35 months aging in Heaven Hill Elijah Craig 8-Year Bourbon barrels. Dripping Maple was conditioned on Korintje cinnamon and vanilla beans from Madagascar, Ecuador, and Papua New Guinea, layering together flavors reminiscent of bourbon-soaked French toast. Rich and full-bodied, Dripping Maple pours jet black with notes of burnt caramel and maple, leading with flavors of sweet cinnamon rolls and creamy vanilla.

Holy Nights is our 10.3% Imperial Stout brewed with maple syrup and conditioned on toasted coconut, cacao nibs, Madagascar vanilla beans, and dark roast coffee from our friends at Rook. Holy Nights pours jet black with aromas of coffee and fudgy chocolate, balanced by layers of sweet vanilla and coconut crème.

Overhead Krush, our 8.2% Imperial IPA, is hopped with Columbus, Krush, and Simcoe in the Whirlpool, then dry hopped with Citra, Simcoe, and Krush. The addition of Krush hops layers bright notes of mango, peach, and pineapple over the familiar pine and citrus notes of our classic year-round Imperial IPA. Overhead Krush is saturated with tropical fruit notes with a clean, dry finish.

Mexican Dessert is our 9.2% Imperial Milk Porter brewed with maple and conditioned on graham crackers, coconut, cinnamon, cacao nibs, Ancho chilies, and coffee. Mexican Dessert is brewed with Vermont Maple Syrup and a blend of German and British malts before being conditioned on cacao nibs, Rook coffee, graham crackers, coconut, cinnamon, and Ancho chilies. Mexican Dessert is sweet and full-bodied. This delicious Imperial Milk Porter pours black with mocha foam, pushing notes of s'mores, dark chocolate, maple syrup, and Mexican chocolate milk, along with a creamy top note of toasted coconut.

This entry in our Tropical Breaker series of beers is just as punchy and flavorful as the others as it highlights the Mosaic hop in various forms. We used Mosaic Incognito in the Whirlpool, with a dry-hop of Mosaic Spectrum and Mosaic Cryo complemented by Krush, Nelson, Galaxy, Citra Cryo and Simcoe. Flavors and aromas of pineapple, mango and tangerine are enjoyed up front, finished with notes of pine and berries.

Weekend In Cologne is our new German-Style Kölsch coming in at 5.0%. Weekend In Cologne is brewed with Continental pilsner and wheat malt, then lightly hopped with classic German Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops. It was fermented cool with traditional Kölsch yeast and conditioned for a clean, smooth finish. Weekend In Cologne pours a bright pale gold with a soft natural haze, offering flavors of fresh bread, and aromatics of subtle citrus and gentle floral hops. It is light-bodied, crisp, and delicately balanced with soft malt sweetness and a refreshing, dry finish.

Turquoise Sea was hopped with with Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic in the kettle, then dry-hopped with Chinook, Simcoe, Citra, Riwaka, Columbus Cryo, Mosaic Cryo and High Oil Cascade. This beer was brewed with a neutral yeast strain to let the hops speak loud and clear. Pouring a golden hue, Turquoise Sea gives way to intense notes of pineapple gummies, ruby red grapefruit, pine and a bit of diesel.
