This addition in our Tropical Breaker series brings the same bright, expressive profile, this time showcasing Galaxy in multiple forms. We used Mosaic HyperBoost, Riwaka and Citra in the Whirlpool, with a dry-hop of Galaxy, Galaxy Spectrum, Citra, Citra Spectrum and Mosaic. Flavors and aromas of passionfruit, juicy citrus, and ripe tropical fruit lead the way, all wrapped in a soft, hazy body with a smooth finish.

Tomorrow Is Already Here (2025)
Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout
13.2% ABV
Tomorrow Is Already Here was first aged for 30 months in a blend of Weller, Old Fitzgerald, Kentucky Owl and Woodford Double Oaked Bourbon barrels before being double barrel-aged in a Soju barrel from our friends at 3BR Distillery. Soju is a distilled Korean spirit traditionally made from rice. The Soju barrel adds a delicate spirit character that enhances the beer’s chocolate depth while contributing subtle notes of soft sweetness and a clean, rice-driven dryness. Tomorrow Is Already Here pours a dense, deep chocolate color with elegant chocolate and woody spirit aromatics, and flavors of chocolate covered raisins and malted milk balls. The drinking experience is complete with a smooth bourbon character and a dense chocolate syrup mouthfeel.

Where’s The Afterparty? is our New Year seasonal 7.2% IPA hopped with Motueka and Riwaka in the Whirlpool, then dry-hopped with a blend of Motueka, Nelson and Citra. Where’s The Afterparty? pours a hazy orange with vibrant aromatics of lime zest, passion fruit, white grape, mango, and soft tropical citrus. It drinks soft and plush with low bitterness.

India Pale Ale
7.2% ABV
This 7.2% IPA is hopped with Citra and Mosaic in the Whirlpool, followed by a large dry-hop of Citra, Citra HyberBoost, Citra LupoMax, Mosaic and Mosaic LupoMax. Whitehall pours a deep hazy orange with a fluffy white head, pushing flavors of passionfruit, stone fruit, and sweet citrus, finishing smooth with a low, balanced bitterness.

Barrel Aged Holy Nights (2025)
Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout
13.4% ABV
Bourbon Barrel Aged Holy Nights, our 13.4% Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout with coconut, coffee, cacao and vanilla, was aged for an average of 20 months in a blend of Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels. This beer was then conditioned on coconut, dark roast coffee from @rookcoffee, cacao nibs from Haiti and Ghana and vanilla beans from Madagascar, the Congo, Uganda and Papua New Guinea. Bourbon Barrel Aged Holy Nights pours pitch black with sweet and complex notes of toasted coconut, rich dark chocolate, bold coffee roast, and layers of warm vanilla. The extended time in Heaven Hill barrels adds depth and refinement with bourbon warmth and soft caramel undertones. Czech-Style Dark Lager

Previously named Hollow Sea, Tmavé 13° is a traditional Czech-style Tmavé Pivo brewed using a multi-step mash and floor-malted Bohemian Pilsner and Bohemian Dark Munich. It is hopped exclusively with Czech Saaz and fermented with our house lager yeast. It’s spunded towards the end of fermentation for natural carbonation before being cold conditioning for six weeks in stainless. Tmavé 13° pours a deep brown with a light tan head. It carries a rich, malty sweetness with flavors of fresh baked bread, balanced by a floral hop-forward bitterness.

Holy Nights is our 10.3% Imperial Stout brewed with maple syrup and conditioned on toasted coconut, cacao nibs, Madagascar vanilla beans, and dark roast coffee from our friends at Rook. Holy Nights pours jet black with aromas of coffee and fudgy chocolate, balanced by layers of sweet vanilla and coconut crème.

This 7.4% Eggnog-inspired Holiday Ale is brewed with our house pilsner malt, wheat, oats, and lactose for a full-bodied beer, reminiscent of a traditional holiday eggnog. To balance the sweetness from the lactose, this beer was gently hopped in the kettle, then conditioned on nutmeg and bourbon-soaked vanilla. Do I Even Like Eggnog? pours a hazy gold with holiday forward notes of vanilla and light bourbon spice. Do I Even Like Eggnog? blends all the character of traditional Eggnog with a smooth and full-bodied ale.

Smooth and effortless. Sneak is our 10.2% Triple IPA brewed with Citra and Riwaka in the whirlpool and then dry-hopped with Citra, Nelson, and Riwaka. Sneak is incredibly bright with notes of sweet tropical fruit and undertones of fresh citrus and resin. Sneak is beautifully balanced with all the wonderful citrus flavors you’d expect from the Sneakbox family.

Wind Swell is our 8.2% Imperial IPA brewed with a pale malt base and hopped in the Whirlpool with Mosaic and a bit of Krush. This IPA was then dry-hopped Mosaic Hyperboost, Mosaic LupoMax, and a small amount of Krush to amplify aroma and depth. Wind Swell pours a glowing hazy orange and bursts with aromas of mango, pineapple, and sweet citrus peel. Flavors of candied orange, passionfruit, and ripe melon lead into a soft, rounded finish with a clean bitterness to balance.

Brewed to pair well with cooler weather and festive gatherings, Flannel Wetsuit, our 7.3% Winter IPA, is hopped with Chinook, Cascade, and Centennial in the whirlpool, then dry-hopped with Cascade, Simcoe, and Chinook. Pouring a deep amber, this Winter IPA showcases bright layers of citrus zest, grapefruit, and pine with a touch of stone fruit. Simcoe adds a hint of ripe apricot and resin to round things out, giving Flannel Wetsuit a flavor profile that’s complex and delicious. It’s the perfect beer to enjoy as the days get shorter, the air gets cooler, and the holiday season begins.

Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

Rum Double Barrel Aged Dripping Maple is our newest 13.6% Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout brewed with maple and conditioned on cinnamon and vanilla. Rum Double Barrel Aged Dripping Maple began as an Imperial Stout brewed with maple syrup aged for 12 months in Heaven Hill Elijah Craig 8-Year Bourbon barrels. This maple Imperial Stout was then double barreled for an additional 11 months in Caribbean rum barrels to amplify sweetness and add complexity. Finally, this beer was conditioned on Korintje cinnamon and Madagascar vanilla beans. Rum Double Barrel Aged Dripping Maple pours dark black with a velvety thick mouthfeel. It pushes complex notes of brown sugar, cinnamon, soft vanilla, and a depth of maple flavor.

Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

Dripping Maple, our award-winning 12.7% Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout brewed with Vermont maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla, is coming back to the brewery tomorrow for Black Friday. This year’s blend was brewed with maple syrup and spent an average of 35 months aging in Heaven Hill Elijah Craig 8-Year Bourbon barrels. Dripping Maple was conditioned on Korintje cinnamon and vanilla beans from Madagascar, Ecuador, and Papua New Guinea, layering together flavors reminiscent of bourbon-soaked French toast. Rich and full-bodied, Dripping Maple pours jet black with notes of burnt caramel and maple, leading with flavors of sweet cinnamon rolls and creamy vanilla.

Ležák 12°
Czech-Style Pale Lager
4.5% ABV
Ležák 12° was brewed using a three-step mash process and all Czech-grown Moravian floor-malted barley. It was exclusively hopped with Saaz and fermented cold with our house lager yeast. Following fermentation it was cold lagered in our 500L neutral oak puncheons for over a month to allow for flavor development and clarity. Pouring with a deep golden hue, Ležák 12° presents a sweet, toasted malt profile perfectly balanced by the citrus and floral spiciness of the Saaz hops.

Green Lines, our 6.5% India Pale Ale, is brewed with Citra and Amarillo in the whirlpool, followed by a dry-hop of Citra, Columbus, and Simcoe. Green Lines pours a hazy pale gold color with a pleasantly dank and fruity hop expression. This highly drinkable IPA brings flavors of stone fruit, light pine, and bright citrus.

Morning Rays
India Pale Ale

Morning Rays is our 6.0% West Coast IPA using a novel process of cold fermentation with a neutral yeast. We brewed this beer with continental pilsner malt to lay a clean base profile. It is hopped with a blend of European hops and New Zealand Riwaka hops before being dry hopped with a blend of Strata, Citra and Riwaka. Morning Rays pours a light straw color with a light natural haze and aromatics of dank pine, peaches, citron over a canvas of sweet fruit.

Donut Shack
Apple Cider Donut IPA
6.8% ABV
Our 6.8% Apple Cider Donut IPA is brewed in collaboration with our longtime friends at Delicious Orchards. Apple Cider Donuts from Delicious Orchards were added in the mash along with our house Pilsner, wheat and oats for a full-bodied beer. We added freshly pressed apple cider to the kettle with a small amount of lactose to replicate the sweetness of the donut and balance the tartness of the cider. Donut Shack is lightly hopped to add sweet vanilla and coconut flavors, and is finally conditioned on cinnamon to bring together all the flavors of Apple Cider Donuts. Donut Shack pours a light hazy gold with notes of apple, pear, bright cider and cinnamon.

Weekend In Bavaria was brewed with German Munich malt and hopped with Hallertau Mittelfruh. It’s a classic German-style dark lager with rich malty sweetness and hints of biscuit, bread, and light caramel that reminds us of a typical weekend in Bavaria.

Board Swap
India Pale Ale

Board Swap is our 7.3% India Pale Ale brewed with simple pale grist and hopped lightly with Citra in the kettle followed by Citra and Mosaic in the Whirlpool. It was dry-hopped with a blend of Citra, Mosaic, and Strata. Board Swap was fermented at cooler temperatures using our house Lager yeast strain to create a slightly drier, light profile. Board Swap has a light malt profile allowing for a very full and classic West Coast hop expression of navel orange, creamsicle, and light citrus rind rounded out by a very low bitterness and soft edges.

Mexican Dessert is our 9.2% Imperial Milk Porter brewed with maple and conditioned on graham crackers, coconut, cinnamon, cacao nibs, Ancho chilies, and coffee. Mexican Dessert is brewed with Vermont Maple Syrup and a blend of German and British malts before being conditioned on cacao nibs, Rook coffee, graham crackers, coconut, cinnamon, and Ancho chilies. Mexican Dessert is sweet and full-bodied. This delicious Imperial Milk Porter pours black with mocha foam, pushing notes of s'mores, dark chocolate, maple syrup, and Mexican chocolate milk, along with a creamy top note of toasted coconut.

Overhead Krush, our 8.2% Imperial IPA, is hopped with Columbus, Krush, and Simcoe in the Whirlpool, then dry hopped with Citra, Simcoe, and Krush. The addition of Krush hops layers bright notes of mango, peach, and pineapple over the familiar pine and citrus notes of our classic year-round Imperial IPA. Overhead Krush is saturated with tropical fruit notes with a clean, dry finish.

Inspired by BarCo's famous words, Good Times At All Times was truly brewed to enjoy any day, any time, any place. Hopped with Waimea, Citra, Simcoe & Riwaka, Good Times At All Times pours a deep hazy yellow with intense notes of pineapple, freshly squeezed orange juice and peachy stone fruit.

Fisherman’s Walkway is brewed with North American pilsner, hopped with Simcoe in the kettle, Galaxy and Mosaic in the Whirlpool, and dry-hopped with Amarillo, Mosaic, Simcoe, Columbus Cryo, and Galaxy. Using a neutral yeast strain, we've given this beer a clean fermentation profile to make way for the punchy flavors and aromatics of the hops. Fisherman’s Walkway is unfiltered and crisp, pouring a pale blonde with notes of nectarine, tangerine, pine and resin.
