Riomaggiore

Riomaggiore is brewed with a simple malt bill of Italian Eraclea malt, and hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh in the whirlpool, then Saphir in the dry-hop. ​Riomaggiore was naturally carbonated through spunding, and cold-lagered for eight weeks for peak balance and drinkability before packaging. This pilsner pours a pale yellow with brilliant clarity and a soft white head. It pushes refreshing notes of lemon peel and fresh grain, supported by notes of light honey, with a crisp, dry finish.​​
