Bierhalle is brewed with the traditional German Isaria and Vienna malts, and hopped on the hot side with Hallertau Mittelfrüh sourced from Seitz Farms in Germany. Fermented with our house lager yeast and naturally carbonated through spunding, Bierhalle is cold lagered for over a month before packaging. Bierhalle pours an amber gold with a slight haze, carrying soft biscuit and honey-like aromatics. Notes of toasted nuts and malty sweetness with a crisp finish make Bierhalle the perfect lager to celebrate Oktoberfest.

Cerveza 127
Mexican-Style Lager
5.2% ABV
Cerveza 127 is brewed with pilsner and Vienna malt, corn, and a small addition of Dark Munich malt. It was hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh, bringing a touch of delicate floral character to a clean malt base. It was fermented slow, then cold-conditioned to finish bright. Cerveza 127 pours a deep gold with a soft white head and offers subtle aromatics of fresh grain and citrus blossom. Flavors are light and crackery, with a hint of sweetness and a crisp, dry finish.

New Jersey Lager

Coastal Plain is our version of a Vienna-style lager that would have been brewed in places like Newark and Jersey City during the pre-prohibition era. It is brewed with all New Jersey grown malts and Yellow Dent corn from our friends at Rabbit Hill Malthouse. It’s lightly hopped with German Hallertau Mittlefruh and Hersbrucker in the kettle. Coastal Plain is not only a highly drinkable lager, but it is also one of our favorites to brew because it is our way of honoring the history of brewing in the great state of New Jersey.

Golden Feelings is brewed in the tradition of an American Cream Ale, featuring a grist that includes corn for a light, smooth body. Golden Feelings is lightly hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Cascade, then it's fermented at cooler temperatures with our house ale yeast. Pouring a light yellow with an unfiltered haze, Golden Feelings pushes notes of crackers, cornbread and light malt with a subtle noble hop profile. Riomaggiore is brewed with a simple malt bill of Italian Eraclea malt, and hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh in the whirlpool, then Saphir in the dry-hop. Riomaggiore was naturally carbonated through spunding, and cold-lagered for eight weeks for peak balance and drinkability before packaging. This pilsner pours a pale yellow with brilliant clarity and a soft white head. It pushes refreshing notes of lemon peel and fresh grain, supported by notes of light honey, with a crisp, dry finish.

Sideshore was brewed with traditional German Pilsner malt and classic noble hops including Saaz, Hallertau Mittelfrüh, and Hersbrucker. A step mash and extended cold lagering help bring out the beer's crisp malt character while maintaining a clean, refreshing finish. Pouring pale gold with a slight unfiltered haze, Sideshore offers notes of fresh-baked bread and floral hop character balanced by a firm bitterness.
