Golden Feelings

Cream Ale

5.5% ABV

Golden Feelings is brewed in the tradition of an American Cream Ale, featuring a grist that includes corn for a light, smooth body.​ Golden Feelings is lightly hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Cascade, then it's fermented at cooler temperatures with our house ale yeast. Pouring a light yellow with an unfiltered haze, Golden Feelings pushes notes of crackers, cornbread and light malt with a subtle noble hop profile. Golden Feelings is the perfect easy-drinking beer to enjoy at your next BBQ and picnic.

Ghost Rainbow

Pale Ale

5.0% ABV

Brewed to deliver on the highly drinkable yet incredibly aromatic profile of the earliest New England hoppy beers, Ghost Rainbow is hopped densely with Centennial in the whirlpool followed by Citra, Simcoe and Centennial in the dry hop. Ghost Rainbow pours a sunset orange with a rocky white foam. It has aromatics of nectarines, stone fruit and a touch of pine.

Double Galaxy Party Wave

Imperial IPA

7.8% ABV

Double Galaxy Party Wave, our 7.8% IPA. Brewed with a base of pilsner malt along with a ton of wheat and oats, hopped with Citra and Riwaka in the whirlpool, followed by a massive dry hop of Galaxy, Citra, Nelson, and Riwaka. We brought in a new harvest of our hand-selected Galaxy crop, and we are stoked to feature it in this batch. Double Galaxy Party Wave pours a dense hazy yellow with aromatics of white peach gummies, passion fruit, and overripe mangoes, along with stonefruit.

Waimea Pro

Imperial India Pale Ale

8.0% ABV

Waimea Pro is brewed with pilsner malt and hopped in the Whirlpool with Citra & Riwaka, followed by a generous dry-hop of Waimea, Galaxy, and Nectaron.​ The result is a hazy golden pour with vibrant notes of tangerine, pineapple, and mango.​

Coolship 11°

Czech-Style Pale Lager

4.3% ABV

Coolship 11° was brewed using exclusively floor-malted Moravian barley utilizing a three-step mash.⁣ It was hopped with Czech Saaz in the kettle before being racked to our Coolship for a short two-hour rest to produce an extremely clear wort. While in the Coolship we added a large dose of whole leaf Saaz hops.⁣ It was then cold fermented with a traditional Czech yeast strain provided by the Wild East team.⁣ After fermentation it was transferred to 500L Puncheons for extended cold lagering before packaging. ⁣ Coolship 11° pours bright gold with floral and spicy aromatics that can only be achieved with whole leaf hops. ⁣ The crackery malt profile is supported by smooth, clean bitterness making for an extremely drinkable 4.3% lager.⁣

Mexican Dessert (2023)

Imperial Milk Porter

9.2% ABV

Mexican Dessert is our 9.2% massive and decadent Imperial Milk Porter brewed with heaps of Vermont Maple Syrup and conditioned on graham crackers, coconut, maple syrup, cinnamon, cacao nibs, ancho chilies and Rook coffee. It is brewed with a blend of German and British malts to provide a complex base for this delicious dessert beer Mexican Dessert pours black with a mocha foam and aromatics of s'mores, bakers chocolate, maple syrup and Mexican chocolate milk along with a creamy top note of toasted coconut.

Sea Dream

Imperial India Pale Ale

8.0% ABV

Sea Dream is brewed with Cashmere and Motueka in the whirlpool and more Cashmere, Trident and Citra Cryo in the dry-hop. Sea Dream pours a hazy orange color with aromatics of mangos, pineapple, passionfruit and lime.

Morning Rays

India Pale Ale

6.0% ABV

Morning Rays is our 6.0% West Coast IPA using a novel process of cold fermentation with a neutral yeast. We brewed this beer with continental pilsner malt to lay a clean base profile. It is hopped with a blend of European hops and New Zealand Riwaka hops before being dry hopped with a blend of Strata, Citra and Riwaka. Morning Rays pours a light straw color with a light natural haze and aromatics of dank pine, peaches, citron over a canvas of sweet fruit.

Indicators

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

Indicators is hopped with Citra and Nelson in the Whirlpool, followed by a large dry-hop of Nelson, Citra, Waimea and Galaxy. This hazy IPA is made with our favorite Southern hemisphere hops, pushing aromatic and flavor notes of grapefruit, mango, pineapple, pomelo and tangerine.

Pumkpin Chai Latte

India Pale Ale

7.3% ABV

Pumpkin Chai Latte is our 7.3% IPA brewed with pumpkin in the mash and a small amount of lactose in the kettle to add body and sweetness. Finally it was conditioned on Chai tea, cinnamon, clove, ginger and nutmeg. This fall-spiced IPA pours a light orange pumpkin color with a slight haze and perfectly combines a creamy citrusy hop aromatic with subtle flavors of pumpkin pie spice, black Chai tea, and cinnamon.

Wheat Box

Hoppy Ale

5.8% ABV

A member of the Sneakbox family- Instead of our usual pilsner base malt, Wheat Box is brewed with a malted wheat base. It’s hopped with Citra in the whirlpool and dry hopped, like Sneakbox, but we added HBC 586 to another round of dry-hopping to accentuate the stone fruit, mango and citrus flavors.

Epic Party Wave

Triple IPA

9.8% ABV

Epic Party Wave is an amped up version of our favorite Party Wave. ⁣ ⁣ It’s hopped in the whirlpool with Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic and dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy, but at a much higher rate than the original.⁣ ⁣ This incredibly hoppy Triple IPA has the same wonderful citrus and stone fruit flavor as Party Wave, only turned up a notch.⁣

Cosmic Dreaming

India Pale Ale

6.5% ABV

Cosmic Dreaming is brewed with pilsner, oats, wheat, and a touch of low crystal malts.  It was dry hopped with Citra and Cascade but fermented with a new yeast strain that adds tropical aromas typically experienced from southern Hemisphere hops. ⁣ ⁣ The end result is a punchy, citrus packed IPA with flavors of grapefruit, peach, and passion fruit and subtle floral aromas.

Double Dry Hopped Head High

India Pale Ale

6.6% ABV

For this version of Double Dry Hopped Head High we doubled the amount of Head High’s traditional dry hop blend, then added an additional dry hop using all Galaxy.

Red Wine Bourbon Barrel-Aged Driftwood (2022)

Barrel-Aged Imperial Brown Ale

11.6% ABV

This 11.6% Imperial Brown Ale was aged in a blend of Jim Beam Legent Red Wine Finished Bourbon and Buffalo Trace Blanton’s Bourbon Barrels. This beer has an average age of 24 months.

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Driftwood (2022)

Barrel-Aged Imperial Brown Ale

13.4% ABV

This 13.4% Imperial Brown Ale was aged in a blend of Blanton’s Bourbon, Woodford Reserve Double Oaked Bourbon, and E.H. Taylor Bourbon Barrels. This beer has an average age of 24 months.

Velvet Hand

Extra Special Bitter

5.3% ABV

Velvet Hand is our 5.3% Extra Special Bitter. It’s brewed with all British malt, hopped with EKG and Fuggle and fermented with an English yeast. Velvet Hand is a balanced, drinkable beer with subtle floral notes and flavors of biscuit, honey, dark fruit, and spice.

Radiant Coast

India Pale Ale

6.8% ABV

Radiant Coast is hopped with Idaho 7, El Dorado, Simcoe, and Bravo bring flavors of freshly squeezed orange juice, sweet pineapples, and notes of resinous pine.

Coastal Plain

New Jersey Lager

5.4% ABV

Coastal Plain is our version of a Vienna-style lager that would have been brewed in places like Newark and Jersey City during the pre-prohibition era. It is brewed with all New Jersey grown malts and Yellow Dent corn from our friends at Rabbit Hill Malthouse. It’s lightly hopped with German Hallertau Mittlefruh and Hersbrucker in the kettle. Coastal Plain is not only a highly drinkable lager, but it is also one of our favorites to brew because it is our way of honoring the history of brewing in the great state of New Jersey.

Brighten The Corners

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

This batch of Brighten The Corners, our 7.4% IPA brewed with Pilsner, oats, and wheat, was hopped with Citra, Cashmere and a small amount of Sabro in the whirlpool, then dry-hopped with even more of that same blend. The combination of Citra and Cashmere bring citrus, pineapple, tutti-frutti and lemon-limeade flavors, while the Sabro adds a touch of coconut and sweet tropical fruit.

Epic Wind Swell

Triple IPA

9.5% ABV

Epic Wind Swell, our 9.5% Triple IPA, is our newest addition to our Swell series. It was hopped with Mosaic in the whirlpool and dry-hopped with a massive amount of Mosaic and Nectaron. ⁣ ⁣ This Triple IPA has all the familiar bright, tropical aromas you’d expect form Wind Swell, but with added notes of ripe pineapple and summer peach from the addition of Nectaron.⁣

Waimea Punch

India Pale Ale

6.7% ABV

Waimea Punch is hopped with Waimea and Amarillo in the whirlpool and conditioned on passionfruit during fermentation. ⁣ ⁣ It’s dry-hopped with Waimea, Citra, and HBC 586. We add a small amount of lactose in the kettle to balance the slightly tart passion fruit and to provide a smoother mouthfeel. ⁣ ⁣ The passionfruit combined with this hop blend brings a tropical tiki-drink character, followed by bright resinous notes to Waimea Punch. ⁣

Second Reef

Imperial IPA

8.6% ABV

Second Reef, our 8.6% Imperial IPA, is hopped with Citra in the whirlpool, and heavily dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy and Strata. ⁣ ⁣ This Imperial IPA drinks with ripe aromatics of mango, lychee, pine and juicy fruit.⁣

Crystal Sea

India Pale Ale

6.8% ABV

Crystal Sea was hopped with Strata in the kettle and whirlpool, and dry hopped with Mosaic and Strata.⁣ ⁣ Crystal Sea brings vibrant hop aromatics of orange and creamsicle, with ripe citrus and dank flavors. ⁣
