Cosmic Dreaming
India Pale Ale

Cosmic Dreaming is brewed with pilsner, oats, wheat, and a touch of low crystal malts. It was dry hopped with Citra and Cascade but fermented with a new yeast strain that adds tropical aromas typically experienced from southern Hemisphere hops. The end result is a punchy, citrus packed IPA with flavors of grapefruit, peach, and passion fruit and subtle floral aromas.

Epic Party Wave

Epic Party Wave is an amped up version of our favorite Party Wave. It’s hopped in the whirlpool with Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic and dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy, but at a much higher rate than the original. This incredibly hoppy Triple IPA has the same wonderful citrus and stone fruit flavor as Party Wave, only turned up a notch.

A member of the Sneakbox family- Instead of our usual pilsner base malt, Wheat Box is brewed with a malted wheat base. It’s hopped with Citra in the whirlpool and dry hopped, like Sneakbox, but we added HBC 586 to another round of dry-hopping to accentuate the stone fruit, mango and citrus flavors.

Barrel-Aged Imperial Milk Porter

This 14.3% blend of Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Milk Porters was brewed with maple syrup and lactose. The beer was aged in a blend of Heaven Hill Elijah Craig 8-Year Bourbon, Elijah Craig Toasted Bourbon and Wild Turkey Russell's Reserve 10-Year Bourbon for an average of 30 months. After extended time in oak, this variant was conditioned on graham cracker, toasted coconut, cinnamon, cacao, and ancho chilies. Pouring jet black with a dense, creamy mouthfeel, Bourbon Barrel Aged Mexican Dessert leads with aromas of spiced chocolate, toasted coconut, and freshly baked graham cracker crust, with warm bourbon undertones. Notes of cinnamon and subtle chili spice round out a rich profile layered with dark cocoa, sweet oak, and a smooth, dessert-like finish.

Weekend In Cologne is our new German-Style Kölsch coming in at 5.0%. Weekend In Cologne is brewed with Continental pilsner and wheat malt, then lightly hopped with classic German Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops. It was fermented cool with traditional Kölsch yeast and conditioned for a clean, smooth finish. Weekend In Cologne pours a bright pale gold with a soft natural haze, offering flavors of fresh bread, and aromatics of subtle citrus and gentle floral hops. It is light-bodied, crisp, and delicately balanced with soft malt sweetness and a refreshing, dry finish.
