Technicolor Sunset

India Pale Ale

6.8% ABV

Technicolor Sunset is our 6.8% IPA hopped with El Dorado in the whirlpool and dry hopped with Citra Cryo, Mosaic, Galaxy, and Nelson at over 6 lbs. per barrel. Technicolor Sunset pours hazy orange and has a creamy, hoppy aroma and flavor notes of papaya, sweet fruit, and candied orange.

Night Swimming

Lager

5.2% ABV

Night Swimming is our 5.2% unfiltered lager inspired by German Helles, brewed with Ereclea malt, a terrior malt from Italy’s Adriatic coast, and Barke Pilsner malt. It was hopped gently with German Perle in the Kettle, and finally finished with New Zealand Wakatu hops in the Whirlpool. It was then fermented cold and lagered slowly for an additional 6 weeks. Night Swimming has a bright golden appearance, a very clean and quenching profile, and subtle flavors of honey and lemon zest, carried forward by natural carbonation.

Galaxy Punch

India Pale Ale

7.0% ABV

Galaxy Punch was brewed with lactose to increase body and add some sweetness to balance the acidity of the fruit. ⁣ ⁣ It was hopped with Australian Galaxy in the whirlpool, and then dry-hopped with even more Galaxy. Finally it was conditioned on Guava during fermentation. ⁣ ⁣ This beer pours with a ruby red color and boasts flavors of freshly juiced guava, deep passionfruit, and pink grapefruit with a light acidity and smooth mouthfeel.⁣

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Driftwood (2020)

Barrel-Aged Imperial Brown Ale

12.7% ABV

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Driftwood is our 12.7% Imperial Brown Ale that was brewed with maple and molasses and finished in Willett Bourbon barrels for 13 months. We then cold-conditioned the beer for two months in stainless to round out the flavor before bottling. Driftwood is a bold, well-rounded ale that expresses deep layers of sweet maple syrup and has notes of oak and vanilla throughout from the barrel-aging.

Cloud Cover

Belgian-Style Wheat Ale

4.8% ABV

Cloud Cover is brewed with Belgian pilsner malt, along with a blend of malted and unmalted wheat and oats.​ ​ Cloud Cover is hopped with German Hersbrucker hops from Seitz Farms and spiced with orange peel and coriander in the Whirlpool. After fermentation, this beer is cold-conditioned for several weeks, allowing its complex flavors to develop.​ ​ Cloud Cover pours a hazy yellow with a rocky white foam head and offers notes of fresh citrus and clove.

Evening Bell (2021)

Imperial Milk Porter

9.2% ABV

Evening Bell is our rich and dark 9.2% Imperial Milk Porter brewed with lactose. From the Morning Bell family of beers, this one is brewed without the addition of coffee, making it a great evening treat for the non-coffee drinkers.

Electric Tide

India Pale Ale

7.0% ABV

Electric Tide was hopped with a blend of two of our favorite hops—Nelson and Chinook. First, it was hopped in the whirlpool with Chinook and then dry-hopped with even more Chinook and Nelson Sauvin, resulting in flavors of fresh crushed gooseberries and pine.

Shell King

Hoppy Session Ale

7.6% ABV

Shell King is the big brother to our Hoppy Session Ale, Tiny Shells. It’s hopped in the whirlpool with Simcoe and Citra and dry-hopped with a combination of Chinook, Simcoe, Waimea, and Amarillo. Shell King is packed with all the crushable passion fruit, orange, and grapefruit notes you expect from Tiny Shells.
