Waimea Punch

Waimea Punch is hopped with Waimea and Amarillo in the whirlpool and conditioned on passionfruit during fermentation. ⁣ ⁣ It’s dry-hopped with Waimea, Citra, and HBC 586. We add a small amount of lactose in the kettle to balance the slightly tart passion fruit and to provide a smoother mouthfeel. ⁣ ⁣ The passionfruit combined with this hop blend brings a tropical tiki-drink character, followed by bright resinous notes to Waimea Punch. ⁣
