12th Anniversary Head High

India Pale Ale

7.2% ABV

Our 12th Anniversary Head High is a 7.2% IPA brewed with our house Pilsner malt, wheat and a considerable addition of Malted Rye. This special edition of Head High was hopped with Citra and Cascade in the whirlpool then followed with two rounds of dry-hopping. The first consisting of a blend of Citra, Cascade and Simcoe, the second a blend of Nelson, HBC586 and Galaxy. This special Anniversary edition of Head High brings together some of our favorite classic hops from when we first opened with a special blend of some of our favorite more recently developed hops from the last decade.

Blue Ramp

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

Blue Ramp is our 7.4% IPA brewed to showcase some of our favorite hops. Blue Ramp is hopped in the whirlpool with Riwaka then dry hopped with a massive amount of Galaxy, Citra, Nelson and HBC 586. The combination of these hops puts forth one of the juiciest hop profiles we have made to date. Blue Ramp pours a hazy golden color with aromatics of passionfruit, overripe mangoes and guava.

Brew Jersey Northern Hemisphere

India Pale Ale

6.7% ABV

Brewed in collaboration with The Brewer’s Guild Of New Jersey and over 35 other breweries, this multi-brewery release is intended to raise funds for the Guild's continued goal of helping to promote, protect and grow New Jersey's craft beer industry. Brew Jersey Southern Hemisphere is brewed with pils, wheat and New Jersey grown and malted oats from Rabbit Hill, and hopped with Citra, Citra Cryo, Strata and HBC586. This beer amps up the best of what we love about Pacific Northwest hops pushing aromatics of mangoes, apricots and nectarines, along with a firm backbone of pine and a touch of dank.

Double Dry-Hopped Party Wave

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

For this batch of Party Wave we added Riwaka to the whirlpool to help boost those citrus and stone fruit flavors we bring in during the dry-hop while providing a smooth, firm bittering. ⁣ For the dry-hop we did a massive two stage addition with a blend of Galaxy, Nectaron, Citra, HBC586, and a small amount of Riwaka.⁣ Double Dry-Hopped Party Wave has all same characteristics of the original with amped-up flavors of overripened pineapples, passionfruit, and a slight dank diesel profile.⁣

Extra Sneaky

Extra Pale Ale

6.0% ABV

Part of the Sneakbox family, Extra Sneaky is an amped-up version of our favorite year-round hoppy ale. Brewed with Citra and Riwaka in the whirlpool then dry-hopped with Citra, HBC586, Nelson Sauvin, this batch also included an extra round of dry-hopping with Simcoe and Mosaic. The result? Extra Sneaky pours a hazy golden hue and aromas of juicy mangos, freshly harvested peaches, and a hint of passionfruit.

Reef? There's A Reef?

India Pale Ale

7.0% ABV

Reef? There's A Reef?, our 7.0% IPA, features Amarillo hops in the whirlpool and was dry-hopped with an extra heavy blend of Citra, Amarillo, HBC 586 and Bravo. We added HBC 586 and a small amount of Bravo to the dry-hop to punch up the sweet fruit and mango flavors. Reef? There's a Reef? pours an opaque pale orange with aromatics of orange marmalade, mangos and fresh orange citrus.

SBX

Imperial IPA

8.4% ABV

SBX is our 8.4% Imperial IPA and big brother to our award-winning Sneakbox Pale Ale. SBX is hopped in the whirlpool with Citra, then dry-hopped with a massive amount of Citra, HBC 586 and Galaxy for a seriously citrusy flavor punch. SBX delivers on a dense hazy pour and a lasting white head. Aromatics of fresh mango, light pine, with bright creamy citrus notes, clean bitterness and a soft finish.

Sunrise Island

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

First brewed in 2021, this batch of Sunrise Island is hopped with Mosaic and Simcoe in the whirlpool and dry-hopped with HBC 586, Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe, and Galaxy.⁣ ⁣ This thoughtful blend of classic and new American hops with two of the most popular Southern Hemisphere hops creates a unique and flavorful IPA. ⁣ ⁣ Sunrise Island pours a hazy pale orange with notes of peach rings, citrus and light pine. ⁣

Wind Swell

Imperial IPA

8.2% ABV

Wind Swell was brewed with a pale grist plus a small amount of Honey malt. ⁣ It was hopped with Mosaic in the Whirlpool, then dry hopped with more Mosaic and a blend of HBC 586 and Nectaron hops. ⁣ Wind Swell pours with a deep hazy and bright orange color and is saturated with hop aromas and flavors of candied citrus, resin, and tropical fruits and drinks with a clean round bitterness and a soft finish.⁣
