Dry Hopped Markt | Blend N°1

Saison

Dry Hopped Markt is a blend of hoppy saison brewed with pilsner and wheat. It was aged for a year in oak before being blended, dry hopped and bottled. It was dry hopped with Amarillo and Waimea hops at a rate of 3 lbs / BBL. The interplay of the dry hop and the mixed culture brings forward notes of key lime, grapefruit aromatics, a balancing acidity and oaky vanilla undertones.

Epic Overhead

Triple IPA

10.2% ABV

Epic Overhead is an exceptional 10.2% Triple IPA brewed with a similar flavor profile to its younger brother, Overhead. To achieve its distinctive flavor, we added a slight bittering addition in the kettle with Columbus hops before a large dose of Centennial in the whirlpool. We added a large charge of Simcoe in the first dry hop and added a second round of Amarillo, Centennial, and Columbus hops for a truly layered experience. Epic Overhead pours with an unfiltered pale haze and brings a blend of clean citrus and pine, complemented by subtle notes of resin.

Fisherman's Walkway

West Coast IPA

7.6% ABV

Brewed with simple malt pilsner and fermented with a clean neutral yeast strain to highlight the hops. Fisherman's Walkway is hopped with Simcoe in the kettle, Galaxy and Mosaic in the whirlpool and Mosaic, Simcoe, Amarillo and Columbus Cryo in the dry hop. Fisherman’s Walkway pours a straw blonde and has aromatics of stone fruit, pine and resin. This beer is unfiltered with a dry, crisp, bitter and drinkable profile.

Green Lines

India Pale Ale

6.5% ABV

Green Lines, our 6.5% India Pale Ale, is brewed with Citra and Amarillo in the whirlpool, followed by a dry-hop of Citra, Columbus, and Simcoe. ⁣ ⁣ Green Lines pours a hazy pale gold color with a pleasantly dank and fruity hop expression. This highly drinkable IPA brings flavors of stone fruit, light pine, and bright citrus.⁣ ⁣

Jumping Rainbows

Imperial IPA

8.0%

Jumping Rainbows, our 8.0% Imperial IPA, a homage to our favorite hoppy Vermont beers. Jumping rainbows is brewed with a perfect balance of Pilsner malt, wheat, oats and a touch of crystal for an appealing hazy hue. It’s hopped with Chinook and Centennial on the hot-side along with Citra, Chinook, Amarillo and Columbus in the dry hop. It all comes together and pours a densely hazy light orange with aromatics of overripe mangos, pineapple and a touch of dank cannabis balanced by a well-integrated bitterness.

Overhead

Imperial India Pale Ale

8.2% ABV

Overhead is the perfect beer for celebrating after you’ve had a choppy day that got a little hectic but in the end, you rode it out like a champ. Overhead is our 8.2% Imperial IPA loaded with our favorite hops; Amarillo, Simcoe, Centennial, and Columbus, and includes two rounds of dry hopping to create a cascade of pine, resin, and citrus hop flavors that consume your palate. Similar to Head High in its unique flavor, but a completely different experience due to the brewing process which produces a dry, crisp finish.

Reef? There's A Reef?

India Pale Ale

7.0% ABV

Reef? There's A Reef?, our 7.0% IPA, features Amarillo hops in the whirlpool and was dry-hopped with an extra heavy blend of Citra, Amarillo, HBC 586 and Bravo. We added HBC 586 and a small amount of Bravo to the dry-hop to punch up the sweet fruit and mango flavors. Reef? There's a Reef? pours an opaque pale orange with aromatics of orange marmalade, mangos and fresh orange citrus.

Secret Mezzanine

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

Secret Mezzanine is loaded with Simcoe and some of our other favorite hops, giving this hazy pale orange pint a dank pine and citrus flavor profile.​

Third Reef

Triple IPA

9.7% ABV

Third Reef is hopped in the Whirlpool with Amarillo before getting a massive dry hop of Citra, Waimea, Galaxy, Nectaron, Riwaka, and Amarillo.⁣ ⁣ Third Reef pours with a deep orange haze and brings bright aromatics of fresh citrus, peaches, and tropical fruits, resulting in a bold, juicy triple IPA. ⁣

Wax Comb

India Pale Ale

7.0% ABV

Wax Comb is hopped in the whirlpool with Citra and Chinook, then dry-hopped with Galaxy, Chinook and Amarillo.​ Wax Comb pours with a dense golden orange, showcasing flavors of sweet peach, pineapple and resin, and finishes with a firm, clean bitterness to provide balanced drinkability.

Whale Pond

Hoppy Blonde Ale

5.0% Hoppy Blonde Ale

Whale Pond was hopped in the Kettle and Whirlpool with New Zealand Wakatu before receiving a heavy dry hopping of Amarillo, Moutere, and Wai-iti. Whale Pond pours a pale straw color with an opaque haze and has a bright hop expression combining notes of sweet tropical citrus, lime and stone fruit.
