12th Anniversary Head High

India Pale Ale

7.15% ABV

Our 12th Anniversary Head High is a 7.2% IPA brewed with our house Pilsner malt, wheat and a considerable addition of Malted Rye. This special edition of Head High was hopped with Citra and Cascade in the whirlpool then followed with two rounds of dry-hopping. The first consisting of a blend of Citra, Cascade and Simcoe, the second a blend of Nelson, HBC586 and Galaxy. This special Anniversary edition of Head High brings together some of our favorite classic hops from when we first opened with a special blend of some of our favorite more recently developed hops from the last decade.

Boardwalk Slice

India Pale Ale

7.2% ABV

Boardwalk Slice, our 7.2% IPA, features a proprietary hop with a unique name grown exclusively by our friends at Segal Hop Ranch in Yakima Valley. The hop is called Anchovy and pushes notes of fruit punch and Swedish Fish candies.⁣ We had the opportunity to first experience Anchovy straight from the bine while walking the hop yards with John Segal and Martin Ramos, the farm's hop breeder, last year during harvest. ⁣Based on that initial rub we couldn’t wait to get the unique flavor profile of this hop into a one of our beers.⁣ For Boardwalk Slice we paired this hop with Motueka in the whirlpool and Citra in the dry-hop to create a tropical fruit punch profile, perfect for a summer IPA.⁣ Boardwalk Slice pours a hazy golden orange with aromatics of watermelon candies, lime zest and your favorite childhood fruit punch.⁣

Boxx

India Pale Ale

6.8% ABV

BOXX is an amped up version of Sneakbox, our American Pale Ale, and one of our favorites from the Sneakbox collection of beers.⁣ ⁣ It’s hopped heavily with Citra in the whirlpool then dry-hopped with a blended of Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin and even more Citra. ⁣ ⁣ It pours a hazy orange and boasts dense aromatics of peach, sauvignon blanc, and orange juice with low bitterness and high drinkability.⁣

Citra Green Lines

India Pale Ale

6.5% ABV

Citra Green Lines, our 6.5% IPA, cranks up the original Green Lines recipe with an extra hit of Citra hops. Citra Green Lines is brewed with Citra and Centennial in the whirlpool then we added double the amount of Citra in the dry-hop and added Citra Cryo to the blend of Simcoe, Centennial and Columbus in the second dry-hop. Citra Green Lines brings over the top flavors of sweet tropical fruit and ripened stone fruit, with a subtle hit of resinous, dank flavors.

Double Dry-Hopped Party Wave

India Pale Ale

7.8% ABV

For this batch of Party Wave we added Riwaka to the whirlpool to help boost those citrus and stone fruit flavors we bring in during the dry-hop while providing a smooth, firm bittering. ⁣ For the dry-hop we did a massive two stage addition with a blend of Galaxy, Nectaron, Citra, HBC586, and a small amount of Riwaka.⁣ Double Dry-Hopped Party Wave has all same characteristics of the original with amped-up flavors of overripened pineapples, passionfruit, and a slight dank diesel profile.⁣

Extra Sneaky

Extra Pale Ale

6.0% ABV

Part of the Sneakbox family, Extra Sneaky is an amped-up version of our favorite year-round hoppy ale. Brewed with Citra and Riwaka in the whirlpool then dry-hopped with Citra, HBC586, Nelson Sauvin, this batch also included an extra round of dry-hopping with Simcoe and Mosaic. The result? Extra Sneaky pours a hazy golden hue and aromas of juicy mangos, freshly harvested peaches, and a hint of passionfruit.

Fresh Hot Coat

India Pale Ale

7.6% ABV

Fresh Hot Coat is a 7.6% IPA brewed with a blend of Pilsner, wheat, and oats. It’s hopped with Mosaic Incognito and Riwaka in the whirlpool and dry-hopped with Citra, Citra Cryo, Mosaic and Riwaka. Fresh Hot Coat pours a hazy pale orange with aromatics of sticky mangoes, peaches, orange juice and passionfruit

Head High 4000

India Pale Ale

8.0% ABV

Head High 4000 marks the celebration of our 4000th batch of Head High. For this batch, we took all the favorite things we have learned from brewing Head High and its variants over the years. The base of this beer drew inspiration from Double Head High, creating a fuller mouthfeel to layer an amped up version of the Head High hopping profile. In order to commemorate the 4000th batch we took the dry hopping regime of Head High and quadrupled it to provide an intense drinking experience with tons of grapefruit, citrus and fruit loop character. Head High 4000 pours an opaque orange color with a rocky white foam. It has aromatics of sweet fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, orange creamsicle and fruit loops.

Party Wave

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

Party Wave is our 7.4% IPA brewed with a blend of four hops; Galaxy, Mosaic, Simcoe and Citra. Party Wave pours a hazy yellow and has flavors of passion fruit and citrus from the heavy use of Galaxy and Citra and more subtle pine and tropical fruit from the Mosaic and Simcoe blend well with the Pilsner malt base. Smooth, juicy and highly drinkable Party Wave of hops.

Reef? There's A Reef?

India Pale Ale

7.0% ABV

Reef? There's A Reef?, our 7.0% IPA, features Amarillo hops in the whirlpool and was dry-hopped with an extra heavy blend of Citra, Amarillo, HBC 586 and Bravo. We added HBC 586 and a small amount of Bravo to the dry-hop to punch up the sweet fruit and mango flavors. Reef? There's a Reef? pours an opaque pale orange with aromatics of orange marmalade, mangos and fresh orange citrus.

Retractable Skeg

Imperial IPA

8.0% ABV

Retractable Skeg, our 8.0% Imperial IPA, is hopped in the whirlpool with Idaho 7 and Mosaic before a large dry-hop of Mosaic, Galaxy, Citra and Citra Cryo.⁣ Retractable Skeg pours a hazy pale orange with aromatics of tree ripened peaches, succulent mangos, and tangerines.⁣

Sea Summit

India Pale Ale

6.8% ABV

Sea Summit is our 6.8% West Coast-Inspired IPA brewed with a blend of Pilsner, wheat, dextrine and light crystal malts. It is hopped plentifully in the kettle and whirlpool with a blend of Centennial, Simcoe and Wimea hops before being fermented dry with a classic west coast yeast. Sea Summit is then dry hopped with Simcoe, Waimea, Citra and Centennial. Sea Summit pours a pale yellow color with a light natural haze. It has aromatics of citron, mangoes and an underlying fresh pine profile. Crisp and Clean.

Sneakbox

Pale Ale

5.4% ABV

Sneakbox is our 5.4% American Pale Ale. A highly drinkable Jersey favorite, Sneakbox is made with 100% Citra hops, and pours a hazy golden yellow, with a citrus aroma that finishes smooth, dry, and crisp. And if don’t know, now you know: A Sneakbox is a small boat that can be sailed, rowed, poled, or sculled, typically used for hunting waterfowl. The first Sneakbox was invented in West Creek, New Jersey back in 1836 by Captain Hazelton Seaman. Our Sneak Box beer is as versatile as the boat it gets its name from.

Vibrant Reflections

India Pale Ale

6.8% ABV

Vibrant Reflections, is our 6.8% IPA, is brewed with Riwaka and Motueka in the whirlpool, followed by a massive dry-hop of three of our favorite hops, Nelson, Citra and Riwaka. This hazy IPA pours pale orange with flavors of passionfruit, mango, goose berries and a touch of lime.

Waimea Pro

Imperial India Pale Ale

8.0% ABV

Waimea Pro is brewed with pilsner malt, hopped in the whirlpool with Citra then dry-hopped with tons of Waimea, Galaxy and Citra. It pours a hazy golden color and pushes aromatics of tangerine, pomelo, pineapple and mango.

Wax Comb

India Pale Ale

7.1% ABV

Wax Comb, our 7.1% IPA, is hopped in the whirlpool with Citra and Chinook and dry hopped with Galaxy, Chinook and Amarillo. Wax Comb pours with a dense hazy appearance and showcases flavors of white peach, candied fruit and pineapple gummy with a firm clean bitterness
