12th Anniversary Head High

India Pale Ale

7.2% ABV

Our 12th Anniversary Head High is a 7.2% IPA brewed with our house Pilsner malt, wheat and a considerable addition of Malted Rye. This special edition of Head High was hopped with Citra and Cascade in the whirlpool then followed with two rounds of dry-hopping. The first consisting of a blend of Citra, Cascade and Simcoe, the second a blend of Nelson, HBC586 and Galaxy. This special Anniversary edition of Head High brings together some of our favorite classic hops from when we first opened with a special blend of some of our favorite more recently developed hops from the last decade.

13th Anniversary Head High

India Pale Ale

7.2% ABV

This celebratory iteration has a similar malt bill to its classic counterpart with the addition of rye. 13th Anniversary Head High was hopped in the Whirlpool with Citra and Cascade, then dry-hopped with Citra, Cascade & Simcoe, taking a page from the classic Head High hops. This beer was given a more unique second dry-hopping of Peacharine & Pink hops, along with Galaxy, Nelson & Citra giving this IPA layered notes of peach, passion fruit, tropical fruits, berries and white wine.

Afterglow

India Pale Ale

6.2% ABV

Afterglow was the second batch of beer brewed when we opened in 2011. After a few years we stopped production to make room in the schedule for more Head High, but it's back. Afterglow was brewed with a blend of 2-row malts that are slightly darker and more flavorful than our house pilsner, and low-level caramel malts for a fuller mouthfeel and slightly sweeter finish. Afterglow was hopped in the kettle with Simcoe and Chinook and finished in the Whirlpool with Cascade. We used a classic West-Coast yeast at a lower temperature for a clean fermentation with low ester production to let the malts and hops shine. Afterglow was dry-hopped, over two additions, with Simcoe, Chinook and Cascade, followed by a second round with Citra and more Simcoe, Cascade and Chinook Cryo. Afterglow is a full-bodied IPA that pours a vibrant rose color that replicates the color of the sky after the sun goes down. It drinks with hoppy notes of orange citrus, pineapple, grapefruit and a hit of piney resin—all perfectly balanced by a subtle malty sweetness.

Blue Ramp

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

Blue Ramp is our 7.4% IPA brewed to showcase some of our favorite hops. Blue Ramp is hopped in the whirlpool with Riwaka then dry hopped with a massive amount of Galaxy, Citra, Nelson and HBC 586. The combination of these hops puts forth one of the juiciest hop profiles we have made to date. Blue Ramp pours a hazy golden color with aromatics of passionfruit, overripe mangoes and guava.

Board Swap

India Pale Ale

7.3% ABV

Board Swap is our 7.3% India Pale Ale brewed with simple pale grist and hopped lightly with Citra in the kettle followed by Citra and Mosaic in the Whirlpool. It was dry-hopped with a blend of Citra, Mosaic, and Strata. Board Swap was fermented at cooler temperatures using our house Lager yeast strain to create a slightly drier, light profile. Board Swap has a light malt profile allowing for a very full and classic West Coast hop expression of navel orange, creamsicle, and light citrus rind rounded out by a very low bitterness and soft edges.

Boardwalk Slice

India Pale Ale

7.2% ABV

Boardwalk Slice, our 7.2% IPA, features a proprietary hop with a unique name grown exclusively by our friends at Segal Hop Ranch in Yakima Valley. The hop is called Anchovy and pushes notes of fruit punch and Swedish Fish candies.⁣ We had the opportunity to first experience Anchovy straight from the bine while walking the hop yards with John Segal and Martin Ramos, the farm's hop breeder, last year during harvest. ⁣Based on that initial rub we couldn’t wait to get the unique flavor profile of this hop into a one of our beers.⁣ For Boardwalk Slice we paired this hop with Motueka in the whirlpool and Citra in the dry-hop to create a tropical fruit punch profile, perfect for a summer IPA.⁣ Boardwalk Slice pours a hazy golden orange with aromatics of watermelon candies, lime zest and your favorite childhood fruit punch.⁣

Boxx

India Pale Ale

6.8% ABV

BOXX is an amped up version of Sneakbox, our American Pale Ale, and one of our favorites from the Sneakbox collection of beers.⁣ ⁣ It’s hopped heavily with Citra in the whirlpool then dry-hopped with a blended of Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin and even more Citra. ⁣ ⁣ It pours a hazy orange and boasts dense aromatics of peach, sauvignon blanc, and orange juice with low bitterness and high drinkability.⁣

Brew Jersey Northern Hemisphere

India Pale Ale

6.7% ABV

Brewed in collaboration with The Brewer’s Guild Of New Jersey and over 35 other breweries, this multi-brewery release is intended to raise funds for the Guild's continued goal of helping to promote, protect and grow New Jersey's craft beer industry. Brew Jersey Southern Hemisphere is brewed with pils, wheat and New Jersey grown and malted oats from Rabbit Hill, and hopped with Citra, Citra Cryo, Strata and HBC586. This beer amps up the best of what we love about Pacific Northwest hops pushing aromatics of mangoes, apricots and nectarines, along with a firm backbone of pine and a touch of dank.

Casino Pier

India Pale Ale

6.2% ABV

Casino Pier is our all new 6.2% IPA hopped with Galaxy & Riwaka in the Whirlpool, and dry-hopped with Simcoe, Mosaic, Nelson & Citra. We used a West Coast yeast strain for a clean and neutral fermentation, allowing the bold flavors and aromas of the hops to take center stage. Casino Pier pours an unfiltered gold with a thick frothy foam. This IPA boasts aromatics of tropical fruit, citrus, pine and berry with a vibrant flavor profile of stone fruit, berries and pine with underlying floral notes. Its lower ABV and crisp, dry finish make Casino Pier supremely drinkable.

Citra Green Lines

India Pale Ale

6.5% ABV

Citra Green Lines, our 6.5% IPA, cranks up the original Green Lines recipe with an extra hit of Citra hops. Citra Green Lines is brewed with Citra and Centennial in the whirlpool then we added double the amount of Citra in the dry-hop and added Citra Cryo to the blend of Simcoe, Centennial and Columbus in the second dry-hop. Citra Green Lines brings over the top flavors of sweet tropical fruit and ripened stone fruit, with a subtle hit of resinous, dank flavors.

Colorless Rainbow

India Pale Ale

7.3% ABV

Colorless Rainbow is hopped with Centennial in the kettle, Riwaka and Centennial in the whirlpool, and finally dry-hopped with Citra, Riwaka, Centennial and Chinook. Colorless Rainbow pours a hazy pale orange with notes of passionfruit, mango, and tropical fruit juice.

Corduroy Lines

Imperial IPA

8.4% ABV

Corduroy Lines is brewed with Citra in the whirlpool, followed with a heavy dry-hop of Galaxy, Waimea, and Citra. Corduroy Lines pours with a bright orange haze and brings bright hop flavors of orange creamsicle, stone fruit, tropical fruit with a hint of resinous pine.

Double Cryo Overhead

Imperial IPA

8.2% ABV

Double Cyro Overhead is bittered in the kettle with several additions of Centennial hops followed by Simcoe and Columbus in the whirlpool. Simcoe, Citra and Centennial were added for the first dry-hop before a massive second addition of Simcoe, Amarillo, Chinook Cyro and Columbus Cryo. Double Cryo Overhead has a light, unfiltered haze with intense aromatics of fresh citrus, light pine and dank resinous hop flavors. The addition of Columbus and Chinook Cryo at a hopping rate twice of Overhead brings a unique take on our favorite Imperial IPA.

Double Dry Hopped Galaxy Head High

Double Dry-Hopped Galaxy Head High is hopped with all the same great hops, plus an additional round of dry-hopping with one of our favorite hops—Australian Galaxy.⁣ ⁣ The addition of Galaxy adds more stone fruit, juicy peach, passionfruit and citrus flavors.⁣

Double Dry-Hopped BOXX

India Pale Ale

6.8% ABV

Double Dry-Hopped BOXX is a new variant of our Sneakbox family favorite, BOXX, with a massive extra dose of hops. Double Dry-Hopped BOXX is hopped in the Whirlpool with Citra and Riwaka. Then it's dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic & Nelson, with an additional dry-hop also including Simcoe, Riwaka & Krush (formerly HBC 586) to capture notes of tropical fruit, citrus, pine and white wine.

Double Dry-Hopped Party Wave

India Pale Ale

7.8% ABV

Double Dry-Hopped Party Wave, our 7.8% IPA, is back in cans today. This take on classic Party Wave was hopped with Citra and Mosaic in the Whirlpool before receiving a huge double dry-hop of Galaxy, Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe. ​ ​ We dry-hopped this beer at a rate of close to 8lb per barrel giving way to intense hop notes of mangos, pine and passionfruit.​

Double Dry-Hopped SBX

Imperial IPA

DDH SBX is our 8.3% variant of our classic SBX IPA, hopped with Citra in the whirlpool and dry hopped with Citra and Citra Cryo and Galaxy, not once but twice. We also add an experimental hop that helps give a flavor profile of mango, fresh lemons, guava and resin.

Double Galaxy Head High

Imperial IPA

6.6% ABV

Double Galaxy Head High was brewed to push the tropical and citrus notes of classic Head High one step further. Double Galaxy Head High was brewed with Citra and Centennial in the Whirlpool, then double dry-hopped; first with Citra, Chinook and Simcoe, then with Simcoe Cryo, Citra Cryo, Cascade Cryo and a massive double dose of Galaxy.​

Double Galaxy Party Wave

Imperial IPA

7.8% ABV

Double Galaxy Party Wave, our 7.8% IPA. Brewed with a base of pilsner malt along with a ton of wheat and oats, hopped with Citra and Riwaka in the whirlpool, followed by a massive dry hop of Galaxy, Citra, Nelson, and Riwaka. We brought in a new harvest of our hand-selected Galaxy crop, and we are stoked to feature it in this batch. Double Galaxy Party Wave pours a dense hazy yellow with aromatics of white peach gummies, passion fruit, and overripe mangoes, along with stonefruit.

Double Head High

Double Head High. Everything you love about Head High, turned to 11.⁣ ⁣ Double Head High is our 8.2% Imperial IPA dry-hopped with a larger dose of the same blend of hops that make the original so great.⁣ ⁣ Just like Head High, this amped up version brings big flavors of orange citrus, stone fruit, grapefruit, and light dank pine.⁣

Double Mosaic Party Wave

India Pale Ale

Double Mosaic Party Wave is the newest iteration of one of our year-round beers, Party Wave, swelled with extra Mosaic hops.​ Double Mosaic Party Wave carries the familiar citrus and peach flavors with amped up tropical notes of pineapple and blueberry.​

Double Ripple

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

Double Ripple is the juiced-up cousin of Ripple, our single hop Nelson Sauvin session ale. Double Ripple is hopped with Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin in the Whirlpool. This batch was then double dry-hopped with a blend heavy on Nelson Sauvin and Citra with a small punch of both Galaxy and Riwaka. Double Ripple pours a bright yellow haze with layers of fruity Sauvignon Blanc character, passion fruit, light diesel and citrus notes finishing extremely soft with low bitterness.

Eastern Sky

Imperial IPA

8.0% ABV

Eastern Sky was hopped with Nectaron and Citra in the whirlpool and dry-hopped with Citra, Sabro, and Galaxy. This beer pours a hazy orange color, with a hop-forward flavor and aroma profile with notes of citrus fruit, candied pineapple and orange rind with a clean finish.

Extra Sneaky

Extra Pale Ale

6.0% ABV

Part of the Sneakbox family, Extra Sneaky is an amped-up version of our favorite year-round hoppy ale. Brewed with Citra and Riwaka in the whirlpool then dry-hopped with Citra, HBC586, Nelson Sauvin, this batch also included an extra round of dry-hopping with Simcoe and Mosaic. The result? Extra Sneaky pours a hazy golden hue and aromas of juicy mangos, freshly harvested peaches, and a hint of passionfruit.
