DDH SBX is our 8.3% variant of our classic SBX IPA, hopped with Citra in the whirlpool and dry hopped with Citra and Citra Cryo and Galaxy, not once but twice. We also add an experimental hop that helps give a flavor profile of mango, fresh lemons, guava and resin.

Mexican Chocolate (2023)
Imperial Milk Porter
9.2% ABV
Mexican Chocolate, our decadent 9.2% Imperial Milk Porter inspired by the authentic Mexican Hot Chocolate, has finally returned. This beer is conditioned on single origin cacao nibs from the Philippines and Ghana, vanilla beans sourced from the Vera Cruz region of Mexico, and both dried ancho chiles and dried guajillo peppers. Mexican Chocolate pours with a dark cocoa-colored appearance and has a complex and robust aromatic and flavor profile combining notes of heady milk chocolate frosting and mousse with subtle heat and spice on top of a very soft and full mouthfeel and balanced overall profile reminiscent of the namesake.

Morning Bean (2022)
Imperial Milk Porter
9.2% ABV
Morning Bean, our 9.2% Imperial Milk Porter with vanilla bean, takes our Morning Bell base and conditions it on Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans at a rate of over ½ lb per barrel. Morning Bean is all coffee upfront, but the vanilla brings a rounded sweetness and creaminess to the body and balances the roasted, chocolate, and coffee flavors.

Granola Brunch (2021)
Imperial Milk Porter

Granola Brunch, for our non-coffee drinkers, is our 9.2% Imperial Milk Porter brewed with Vermont maple syrup and conditioned on cinnamon and toasted pecan granola. The granola brings sweet notes of vanilla and toasted pecan to the cinnamon and maple.

Dripping Maple (2022)
Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

2024 World Beer Cup Gold medalist, Dripping Maple, is our 13.0% Double Barrel-Aged French-Toast inspired Imperial Stout, will be available this Saturday at the brewery during our tasting room hours of 12-8pm. We first brewed Dripping Maple back in 2020 and are excited to announce its return. For this year’s release we aged an Imperial Stout brewed with Maple Syrup for 16 months in a blend of Eagle Rare and E.H. Taylor Small Batch bourbon barrels. It was then finished in a @runamokmaple Vermont maple syrup barrel. After cold conditioning in stainless, we added Korintje Cinnamon and freshly scrapped Madagascar vanilla beans. Dripping Maple opens with decadent aromatics of fresh baked cinnamon rolls and maple-drenched French toast. The maple syrup and vanilla meld together to bring a smooth, creamy mouthfeel that supports the chocolatey bourbon profile of the blend.

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Mexican Brunch (2023)
Barrel-Aged Imperial Milk Porter
12.7% ABV
Barrel-Aged Mexican Brunch is our 12.7% Imperial Milk Porter brewed with maple syrup and lactose, aged in bourbon barrels then conditioned on cinnamon, coffee, cacao nibs, ancho chilies and lactose. This year's release came from a blend of Imperial Milk Porters aged in Old Fitzgerald, Heaven Hill and Woodford Reserve Double Oaked Bourbon barrels. The blend was aged for an average of 16 months before conditioning and release. Barrel-Aged Mexican Brunch pours black with a mocha head, with aromatics of chocolate and coffee upfront supported by notes of vanilla cream and caramel from the extended barrel aging. Cinnamon, maple and chilies all play supporting roles to round out this fantastic Mexican Chocolate-inspired beer.

Blue Motel
India Pale Ale

Brewed to be a lower ABV relative to Blue Hotel, this beer is hopped with Galaxy and Riwaka in the Whirlpool, followed by a dry-hop of Galaxy, Riwaka, and Citra. Blue Motel offers bold hoppy notes of passionfruit, peach and citrus.

Across The Galaxy
India Pale Ale
7.2% ABV
Across The Galaxy was brewed with a blend of Pilsner, White Wheat, Oats, and a touch of light crystal malts. It was hopped in the whirlpool with Riwaka followed by a heavy dry hopping of Galaxy, Riwaka, and HBC 586–a punchy blend of three of our favorite hops. Across The Galaxy pours a juicy pale orange color with an opaque level of haze and a forward hop expression of passionfruit, pineapple, and powdery sauv blanc undertones with a very low bitterness and soft profile.

Wave of Sound
India Pale Ale

Wave Of Sound is our 7.7% IPA collaboration with Brix City Brewing brewed with all locally sourced malts—grown and malted at Rabbit Hill Malthouse in Shiloh, NJ. It was brewed with a blend of Pilsner, Chitted Barley, Oats, and Wheat and hopped with Idaho 7 and Motueka in the whirlpool followed by a heavy dose of Citra, Nectaron, and Motueka in the dry hop. Wave of Sound pours with a very dense hazy straw appearance and presents a bright stone fruity hop expression with passionfruit, light orange zest, and light dank undertones.

Pumkpin Chai Latte
India Pale Ale
7.3% ABV
Pumpkin Chai Latte is our 7.3% IPA brewed with pumpkin in the mash and a small amount of lactose in the kettle to add body and sweetness. Finally it was conditioned on Chai tea, cinnamon, clove, ginger and nutmeg. This fall-spiced IPA pours a light orange pumpkin color with a slight haze and perfectly combines a creamy citrusy hop aromatic with subtle flavors of pumpkin pie spice, black Chai tea, and cinnamon.

India Pale Ale

First Reef was hopped with Amarillo in the whirlpool and dry-hopped with Citra, Amarillo, and Galaxy. First Reef pours with a dense haze and delivers a clean hop-forward aroma and flavor expression of sticky sweet fruit, citrus, peach gummies, and pineapple balanced with light bitterness.

Board Swap
India Pale Ale
7.3% ABV
Board Swap is our 7.3% India Pale Ale brewed with simple pale grist and hopped lightly with Citra in the kettle followed by Citra and Mosaic in the Whirlpool. It was dry-hopped with a blend of Citra, Mosaic, and Strata. Board Swap was fermented at cooler temperatures using our house Lager yeast strain to create a slightly drier, light profile. Board Swap has a light malt profile allowing for a very full and classic West Coast hop expression of navel orange, creamsicle, and light citrus rind rounded out by a very low bitterness and soft edges.

Swim Fin is hopped with Citra in the kettle, followed by Citra and Vic Secret in the whirlpool. It was then dry-hopped with even more Citra, Vic Secret and Galaxy. Swim Fin has a bright powdery and dank hop expression with flavors of citrus peel, tropical fruit, and light dank fruity undertones.

Eastern Sky
Imperial IPA

Eastern Sky was hopped with Nectaron and Citra in the whirlpool and dry-hopped with Citra, Sabro, and Galaxy. This beer pours a hazy orange color, with a hop-forward flavor and aroma profile with notes of citrus fruit, candied pineapple and orange rind with a clean finish.

Double Dry-Hopped Galaxy Head High is hopped with all the same great hops, plus an additional round of dry-hopping with one of our favorite hops—Australian Galaxy. The addition of Galaxy adds more stone fruit, juicy peach, passionfruit and citrus flavors.

Standing Tide
India Pale Ale

Standing Tide, our 7.4% IPA, is brewed with Pilsner, oats and wheat and hopped with Comet in the whirlpool, and then dry-hopped with Citra, Comet, El Dorado and Galaxy. These hops bring out flavors of zesty tangerine and grapefruit, with aromas of tropical fruit.

Tomorrow Is Already Here (2024)
Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout
13.4% ABV
For this year's vintage of Tomorrow Is Already Here, our team tasted through our cellar and selected some of our favorite Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stouts. These barrels, with an average age of 25 months, were blended and Double Barrel-Aged for an additional three months in separate spirits casks. After aging, these casks were blended and conditioned in stainless for four weeks prior to bottling. Our 2024 Tomorrow Is Already Here pours jet black with a tan foam and brings complex notes of caramel, vanilla bean and coconut with highlights of fresh baked cinnamon pastry and additional layers of sweet cake frosting and dark mocha.

Technicolor Sunset

Technicolor Sunset is our 6.8% IPA hopped with El Dorado in the whirlpool and dry hopped with Citra Cryo, Mosaic, Galaxy, and Nelson at over 6 lbs. per barrel. Technicolor Sunset pours hazy orange and has a creamy, hoppy aroma and flavor notes of papaya, sweet fruit, and candied orange.

Night Swimming
Lager
5.2% ABV
Night Swimming is our 5.2% unfiltered lager inspired by German Helles, brewed with Ereclea malt, a terrior malt from Italy’s Adriatic coast, and Barke Pilsner malt. It was hopped gently with German Perle in the Kettle, and finally finished with New Zealand Wakatu hops in the Whirlpool. It was then fermented cold and lagered slowly for an additional 6 weeks. Night Swimming has a bright golden appearance, a very clean and quenching profile, and subtle flavors of honey and lemon zest, carried forward by natural carbonation.

Galaxy Punch
India Pale Ale

Galaxy Punch was brewed with lactose to increase body and add some sweetness to balance the acidity of the fruit. It was hopped with Australian Galaxy in the whirlpool, and then dry-hopped with even more Galaxy. Finally it was conditioned on Guava during fermentation. This beer pours with a ruby red color and boasts flavors of freshly juiced guava, deep passionfruit, and pink grapefruit with a light acidity and smooth mouthfeel.

Crystal Sea was hopped with Strata in the kettle and whirlpool, and dry hopped with Mosaic and Strata. Crystal Sea brings vibrant hop aromatics of orange and creamsicle, with ripe citrus and dank flavors.

Second Reef, our 8.6% Imperial IPA, is hopped with Citra in the whirlpool, and heavily dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy and Strata. This Imperial IPA drinks with ripe aromatics of mango, lychee, pine and juicy fruit.

Waimea Punch
India Pale Ale
6.7% ABV
Waimea Punch is hopped with Waimea and Amarillo in the whirlpool and conditioned on passionfruit during fermentation. It’s dry-hopped with Waimea, Citra, and HBC 586. We add a small amount of lactose in the kettle to balance the slightly tart passion fruit and to provide a smoother mouthfeel. The passionfruit combined with this hop blend brings a tropical tiki-drink character, followed by bright resinous notes to Waimea Punch.

Epic Wind Swell
Triple IPA

Epic Wind Swell, our 9.5% Triple IPA, is our newest addition to our Swell series. It was hopped with Mosaic in the whirlpool and dry-hopped with a massive amount of Mosaic and Nectaron. This Triple IPA has all the familiar bright, tropical aromas you’d expect form Wind Swell, but with added notes of ripe pineapple and summer peach from the addition of Nectaron.
