Port Omna Moon Pie is our 8.1% Imperial Milk Stout aged on whole Madagascar vanilla beans, graham crackers and cacao nibs from Haiti and Uganda. It pours black with a light chocolate head with aromatics of chocolate dipped s'mores candies, vanilla cream, and chocolate pudding.

Jumping Rainbows
Imperial IPA

Jumping Rainbows, our 8.0% Imperial IPA, a homage to our favorite hoppy Vermont beers. Jumping rainbows is brewed with a perfect balance of Pilsner malt, wheat, oats and a touch of crystal for an appealing hazy hue. It’s hopped with Chinook and Centennial on the hot-side along with Citra, Chinook, Amarillo and Columbus in the dry hop. It all comes together and pours a densely hazy light orange with aromatics of overripe mangos, pineapple and a touch of dank cannabis balanced by a well-integrated bitterness.

India Pale Ale

Hit The Coast, an ode to one of our favorite IPA's, is our 8.2% Double IPA. Brewed with a simple base of pilsner and pale ale malt, hopped exclusively with Centennial in the whirlpool and dry hopped with Simcoe, Centennial and Yakima Chief Hops Columbus Cryo Select. Each year the YCH team pulls from their favorite lots to compile the Select vintage for that year. This special recipe increases the intensity of the dry hop. Hit The Coast pours a hazy yellow with intense aromatics of reminiscent of West Coast classics - pine, citrus, a big punch of dank and finishes balanced and clean.

Vengeful Heart (2023)
American Barleywine
10.2% ABV
Vengeful Heart, our 10.0% American Barleywine, is brewed with a huge malt bill of British Marris Otter and Double Roasted Crystal malts. After a long boil to concentration the sugars, we added heavy dose of Chinook and Simcoe in the kettle, followed a light dry hop with Simcoe after fermentation.This large hop bill balances the caramel, toffee and dark fruit flavors from the dark malt and extended boil.

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Driftwood (2023)
Barrel-Aged Imperial Brown Ale
13.8% ABV
Driftwood Bourbon is our 13.8% Imperial Brown Ale, a beautifully, smooth sipper. Aged in a blend of Buffalo Trace EH Taylor Small Batch Bourbon and Woodford Reserve Double Oaked Bourbon casks for an average of 32 months. It is brewed with a base of Golden Promise barley and a blend of British crystal and roast malts and the addition of both maple syrup and molasses in the boil. Driftwood Bourbon pours a dark mahogany color with aromas of maple soaked french toast, flavors of marshmallows, creamy bourbon vanilla and baking spices.

Winter Daydream

Winter Daydream is our 7.4% Winter Bock. Our take on a traditional bold German Bock. It's brewed with a complex grist of German pilsner and Munich males along with a touch of wheat and roast malts. Winter Daydream pours a dark brown color with a rocky foam from natural carbonation. It has aromatics of fresh baked brown bread and a light flavor profile of chocolate, coffee and hazlenuts. It’s complexity is balanced by the bitterness from our Seitz Farms hops.

Ground Clouds
Hoppy Ale

A collaboration with our friends at Twin Elephant, Ground Clouds is a 6.0% Hoppy Ale brewed with pilsner malt, oats and wheat. Ground Clouds was hopped with New Zealand Pacific Sunrise and Riwaka in the whirlpool and hit with a massive dry-hop of Pacific Sunrise and Riwaka then a smaller addition of Citra and Citra Cryo. Ground Clouds pours a hazy pale orange with aromatics of pungent passionfruit, ripe mangoes, sweet tropical fruit, and citrus.

Morning Mocha

Morning Mocha is brewed with a pilsner base and a blend of British and German crystal and roast malts, lightly sweetened with the addition of milk sugar. Morning Mocha pours a mocha brown with aromatics of fudgy sweet chocolate and cold brewed coffee. Flavors of brownies, maple syrup are supported by a nutty chocolate profile.

Morning Bell is brewed with a pilsner base and a blend of British and German crystal and roast malts, lightly sweetened with the addition of milk sugar. Following fermentation and cold conditioning, Morning Bell is conditioned on a blend of Rook dark roast coffee. Morning Bell is bold, rich, creamy, smooth, and delicious. It pours a mocha brown with balanced aromatics of freshly ground coffee with a touch of cream. Notes of chocolate and sweet caramel provide complexity to the milk porter base.

Morning Bean pours a mocha brown with balanced aromatics of crème brûlée, cake frosting and freshly ground coffee. Notes of milk chocolate and coffee ice cream fill out the profile of Morning Bean. Morning Mocha is conditioned on dark roast coffee and Madagascar vanilla beans.

Morning Bean, our 9.2% Imperial Milk Porter with vanilla bean, takes our Morning Bell base and conditions it on Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans at a rate of over ½ lb per barrel. Morning Bean is all coffee upfront, but the vanilla brings a rounded sweetness and creaminess to the body and balances the roasted, chocolate, and coffee flavors.

Dripping Maple (2022)
Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout
13.0% ABV
2024 World Beer Cup Gold medalist, Dripping Maple, is our 13.0% Double Barrel-Aged French-Toast inspired Imperial Stout, will be available this Saturday at the brewery during our tasting room hours of 12-8pm. We first brewed Dripping Maple back in 2020 and are excited to announce its return. For this year’s release we aged an Imperial Stout brewed with Maple Syrup for 16 months in a blend of Eagle Rare and E.H. Taylor Small Batch bourbon barrels. It was then finished in a @runamokmaple Vermont maple syrup barrel. After cold conditioning in stainless, we added Korintje Cinnamon and freshly scrapped Madagascar vanilla beans. Dripping Maple opens with decadent aromatics of fresh baked cinnamon rolls and maple-drenched French toast. The maple syrup and vanilla meld together to bring a smooth, creamy mouthfeel that supports the chocolatey bourbon profile of the blend.

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Mexican Brunch (2023)
Barrel-Aged Imperial Milk Porter

Barrel-Aged Mexican Brunch is our 12.7% Imperial Milk Porter brewed with maple syrup and lactose, aged in bourbon barrels then conditioned on cinnamon, coffee, cacao nibs, ancho chilies and lactose. This year's release came from a blend of Imperial Milk Porters aged in Old Fitzgerald, Heaven Hill and Woodford Reserve Double Oaked Bourbon barrels. The blend was aged for an average of 16 months before conditioning and release. Barrel-Aged Mexican Brunch pours black with a mocha head, with aromatics of chocolate and coffee upfront supported by notes of vanilla cream and caramel from the extended barrel aging. Cinnamon, maple and chilies all play supporting roles to round out this fantastic Mexican Chocolate-inspired beer.

Multicolored Mirrors
Black IPA

Multicolored Mirrors is our 7.2% interpretation of a Black IPA. Thoughtfully designed to be more than just a dark colored IPA, we used our base Pilsner malt with a blend of European caramel and roasted malts to add character and depth of flavor. We chose a blend of Simcoe, Cascade and Columbus hops for our first release of this style. Multicolored Mirrors pours a dark black color with a robust mocha tan head and a full-bodied expression of resinous pine, light citrus and bitterness complimented by a touch of roasted malt sweetness for an overall very balance profile.

Flannel Wetsuit
India Pale Ale
7.2% ABV
Flannel Wetsuit is our 7.2% Holiday IPA brewed with a simple grist of pilsner and a small percent of American medium to dark crystal malts. It was hopped with Chinook in the Kettle, Centennial and Chinook in the Whirlpool, then dry hopped with Centennial, Chinook, Cascade, and Citra. Flannel Wetsuit is hopped with all our favorite C hop and has a familiar hop character similar to Head High. Brewed with a neutral yeast strain, Flannel Wet Suit pours a vibrant deep red color and presents a classic American IPA flavor profile of resinous pine, citrus rind, and grapefruit.
