Intersecting Tides
India Pale Ale

Intersecting Tides is brewed with a classic malt bill of British Pearl, a traditional floor-malted barley from this single variety. It is hopped in the Whirlpool with Centennial, and dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe. Intersecting Tides pours a deep pale orange with hoppy notes of grapefruit, pineapple, passion fruit and a hint of resin, balanced by subtle toasted, bready flavors from the Pearl malt.

Double Dry-Hopped BOXX
India Pale Ale

Double Dry-Hopped BOXX is a variant of our Sneakbox family favorite, BOXX, with a massive extra dose of hops. Double Dry-Hopped BOXX is hopped in the Whirlpool with Citra and Riwaka. Then it's dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic & Nelson, with an additional dry-hop also including Simcoe, Riwaka & Krush (formerly HBC 586) to capture notes of tropical fruit, citrus, pine and white wine.

Casino Pier
India Pale Ale
6.2% ABV
Casino Pier is hopped with Galaxy & Riwaka in the Whirlpool, and dry-hopped with Simcoe, Mosaic, Nelson & Citra. We used a West Coast yeast strain for a clean and neutral fermentation, allowing the bold flavors and aromas of the hops to take center stage. Casino Pier pours an unfiltered gold with a thick frothy foam. This IPA boasts aromatics of tropical fruit, citrus, pine and berry with a vibrant flavor profile of stone fruit, berries and pine with underlying floral notes. Its lower ABV and crisp, dry finish make Casino Pier supremely drinkable.

Manasquan Ridge
Imperial IPA

Manasquan Ridge, taking its name from the great fishing spot just off the coast, is hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Nectaron, Galaxy & Nelson. Manasquan Ridge pours a hazy gold with aromatics of tropical fruit, citrus, stone fruit and grape, enjoyed with flavors of stone fruit, berries and grape with citrus undertones.

Secret Mezzanine

Secret Mezzanine is loaded with Simcoe and some of our other favorite hops, giving this hazy pale orange pint a dank pine and citrus flavor profile.

Cerveza 127
Mexican-Style Lager
5.2% ABV
Cerveza 127 is brewed with pilsner and Vienna malt, corn, and a small addition of Dark Munich malt. It was hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh, bringing a touch of delicate floral character to a clean malt base. It was fermented slow, then cold-conditioned to finish bright. Cerveza 127 pours a deep gold with a soft white head and offers subtle aromatics of fresh grain and citrus blossom. Flavors are light and crackery, with a hint of sweetness and a crisp, dry finish.

Fisherman's Walkway
West Coast IPA

Fisherman’s Walkway is brewed with North American pilsner, hopped with Simcoe in the kettle, Galaxy and Mosaic in the Whirlpool, and dry-hopped with Amarillo, Mosaic, Simcoe, Columbus Cryo, and Galaxy. Using a neutral yeast strain, we've given this beer a clean fermentation profile to make way for the punchy flavors and aromatics of the hops. Fisherman’s Walkway is unfiltered and crisp, pouring a pale blonde with notes of nectarine, tangerine, pine and resin.

Barrel-Aged Mexican Brunch (2024)
Barrel-Aged Imperial Milk Porter
13.9% ABV
2024 Barrel-Aged Mexican Brunch is a select blend of barrel aged Imperial Porters aged in freshly emptied Old Fitzgerald and Elijah Craig 8y Bourbon barrels for an average of 22 months. The blend was then racked into stainless and conditioned on cacao sourced from Ghana and Ecuador, freshly ground coffee from Rook, maple, cinnamon, and ancho chile. Barrel-Aged Mexican Brunch pours dark black and opens with aromatics of bourbon-soaked chocolate java bean and flavors of caramel, maple and spice, combining for a bold and refined barrel-aged beer.

Double Mosaic Party Wave is the newest iteration of one of our year-round beers, Party Wave, swelled with extra Mosaic hops. Double Mosaic Party Wave carries the familiar citrus and peach flavors with amped up tropical notes of pineapple and blueberry.

Flipping Pancakes (2024)
Barrel-Aged Pancake Wine
14.3% ABV
This year’s Flipping Pancakes blend was extensively aged in freshly emptied Elijah Craig 8yr, Buffalo Trace Weller, and Stagg Jr. Bourbon barrels. Flipping Pancakes uses a generous amount of premium English heritage malt and underwent an intense double mash procedure followed by a 12 hour boil before being fermented to a very high gravity and laid to rest in oak barrels for approximately 23 months. This beer was racked out of oak to mature in stainless where it was conditioned on hand processed Vanilla Beans from Madagascar and Costa Rica followed by a blend of Maple and Cinnamon. Flipping Pancakes pours a very dark amber color and brings forward rich caramelized sugar and fig profile, perfectly complimented by notes of vanilla, dark fruits and light background cinnamon, reminiscent of traditional flapjacks and syrup.

Dripping Maple (2022)
Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

2024 World Beer Cup Gold medalist, Dripping Maple, is our 13.0% Double Barrel-Aged French-Toast inspired Imperial Stout. We first brewed Dripping Maple back in 2020 and are excited to announce its return. For this year’s release we aged an Imperial Stout brewed with Maple Syrup for 16 months in a blend of Eagle Rare and E.H. Taylor Small Batch bourbon barrels. It was then finished in a Runamok Maple Vermont maple syrup barrel. After cold conditioning in stainless, we added Korintje Cinnamon and freshly scrapped Madagascar vanilla beans. Dripping Maple opens with decadent aromatics of fresh baked cinnamon rolls and maple-drenched French toast. The maple syrup and vanilla meld together to bring a smooth, creamy mouthfeel that supports the chocolatey bourbon profile of the blend.

Open Water is hopped in the Kettle with Chinook, in the Whirlpool with Centennial & Citra, and finally dry-hopped with Galaxy, Simcoe, Citra, Chinook & Cashmere. Open Water pours a pale gold with traditional citrus-driven hop notes of orange, tangerine, and stone fruit.

Monochrome Sunrise is hopped with Bravo in the Kettle, Bravo and Simcoe in the Whirlpool, then dry-hopped with Bravo, Simcoe, and Citra. Monochrome Sunrise pours a hazy straw color and boasts a soft juicy profile with notes of peach, tropical fruit, and citrus.

Port Omna Irish Candy (2024)
Imperial Milk Stout

Port Omna Irish Candy 8.1% ABV variant recipe is brewed with a range of English crystal, chocolate, and roast malts with additional flaked oats and flaked barley added to the grist for extra body. After fermentation, this beer was then conditioned on cinnamon, vanilla and coconut. This beer pours a dark black color with dark mocha colored head and presents a pleasantly rich aromatic and flavor profile featuring all of the sweet cinnamon and coconut notes of the sweet treat that inspired this beer, complete with a frothy and soft mouthfeel with low bitterness and soft finish.

Port Omna Triple Coconut (2024)
Imperial Milk Stout

Port Omna Triple Coconut is the first of this year’s three Port Omna variants. This 8.1% ABV variant recipe is brewed with a range of English crystal, chocolate, and roast malts with additional flaked oats and flaked barley added to the grist for extra body. After fermentation, this beer was then conditioned on shredded coconut freshly toasted in house and immediately added to the beer at a rate equal to roughly three times our normal rate resulting in a delightful sweet character. This beer pours a dark black color with dark mocha colored head and presents a pleasantly rich aromatic and flavor profile featuring robust notes of toasted coconut macaroon with light milk chocolate ganache combining on top of a frothy and soft mouthfeel with low bitterness and soft finish.

Port Omna Shamrock Shake (2024)

Port Omna Shamrock Shake is our second Port Omna variant, aged on fresh vanilla and peppermint. This 8.1% ABV variant recipe is brewed with a range of English crystal, chocolate, and roast malts with additional flaked oats and flaked barley added to the grist for extra body. After fermentation, this beer was conditioned on fresh vanilla beans sourced from Madagascar and Tanzania before then being conditioned further on a small amount of sifted peppermint for a short period of time. The resulting beer pours a dark black mocha color with a balanced sweet chocolate and mint flavor and aroma featuring notes of chocolate cookie crust, subtle chocolate peppermint patty, and a touch of marshmallow vanilla sweetness combining on top of a frothy and soft textured mouthfeel reminiscent of the namesake.

Double Cascade Head High, our 6.4% IPA, is inspired by the classic with an extra dose of High Oil Cascade hops sourced from Segal Hop Ranch. Double Cascade Head High is hopped with Centennial, Citra, and High Oil Cascade in the Whirlpool and dry-hopped with the unique blend of traditional Head High dry hops but double the amount of High Oil Cascade hops. Double Cascade Head High pours a hazy pale gold color and showcases the citrus, lemony, grapefruit and subtle pine flavors of Cascade.

Shore Shack is brewed with a simple grist of Extra Pale British base malt, giving it a super pale straw-colored appearance, with just enough malt character to pair with its bright hop-forward profile. Shore Shack is hopped in the Whirpool with Chinook and Centennial, and dry-hopped with Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra, and Columbus Cryo. Kick back like it’s summertime with juicy flavors of tropical fruits, over-ripe peach, and a touch of citrus.

Green Lines, our 6.5% India Pale Ale, is brewed with Citra and Amarillo in the whirlpool, followed by a dry-hop of Citra, Columbus, and Simcoe. Green Lines pours a hazy pale gold color with a pleasantly dank and fruity hop expression. This highly drinkable IPA brings flavors of stone fruit, light pine, and bright citrus.

Purple Mountains

Purple Mountains is hopped throughout the hot side with Calista and Hallertau Blanc before getting a big dry hop of more Hallertau Blanc, Calista, and Nelson Sauvin. The use of newer German hops combined with one of our favorite New Zealand hops creates unique layers of hop flavors including soft melon and orange sherbet intertwined with smooth wine grape and berry notes.

This portion of the blend was then further conditioned on a selection of premium vanilla beans sourced from Madagascar and Tanzania along with a small portion of coffee from Rook. This beer pours a rich dark black color with mocha head and showcases a range of deep complexity and robust flavors/aromatics including pleasant bourbon-soaked chocolate, rich vanilla carrot cake frosting, a touch of heady coffee mocha set afloat extremely plush, soft, and thick mouthfeel

Barrel-Aged Morning Bell is a select blend of Imperial Milk Porters aged in previously used whiskey barrels including Buffalo Trace Weller Bourbon, Buffalo Trace Stagg Jr., and Wild Turkey 10y Russel’s Reserve barrels with an average age of 23 months. This portion of the blend was then further conditioned on a blend of coffee sourced from Bali and Nicaragua from out friends at Rook. This beer pours a dark black color with mocha crème head and presents deep notes that combine a robust bourbon-soaked chocolate, nutty praline, and Java chip coffee profile and warming barrel aged character throughout.
