Retractable Skeg

Imperial IPA

8.0% ABV

Retractable Skeg, our 8.0% Imperial IPA, is hopped in the whirlpool with Idaho 7 and Mosaic before a large dry-hop of Mosaic, Galaxy, Citra and Citra Cryo.⁣ Retractable Skeg pours a hazy pale orange with aromatics of tree ripened peaches, succulent mangos, and tangerines.⁣

Czech-Style Lager

5.4% ABV

This 5.4% Pale Lager is brewed using a multi-step mash with 100% floor-malted Moravian Pilsner and hopped entirely with Czech Saaz throughout the boil. It’s fermented cold with our house lager yeast and spunded for a natural carbonation. After lagering cold in stainless for six weeks, Speciál 13° drinks flavors of fresh baked bread and pushes light floral aromatics, backed by a clean bitterness and slight spiciness of our Saaz hops.

Intersecting Tides

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

Intersecting Tides is brewed with a classic malt bill of British Pearl, a traditional floor-malted barley from this single variety. It is hopped in the Whirlpool with Centennial, and dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe. Intersecting Tides pours a deep pale orange with hoppy notes of grapefruit, pineapple, passion fruit and a hint of resin, balanced by subtle toasted, bready flavors from the Pearl malt.

Ripple

Session Ale

4.8% ABV

Ripple is brewed with Pilsner, wheat, oats, and a touch of crystal. It’s hopped with Nelson Sauvin in the kettle followed up by a massive Nelson Sauvin dry-hop. These hops exhibit strong flavors of tropical fruit, crushed grapes and white wine character.⁣

Double Dry-Hopped BOXX

India Pale Ale

6.8% ABV

Double Dry-Hopped BOXX is a variant of our Sneakbox family favorite, BOXX, with a massive extra dose of hops. Double Dry-Hopped BOXX is hopped in the Whirlpool with Citra and Riwaka. Then it's dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic & Nelson, with an additional dry-hop also including Simcoe, Riwaka & Krush (formerly HBC 586) to capture notes of tropical fruit, citrus, pine and white wine.

Bierhalle

Märzen Lager

5.6% ABV

⁣Bierhalle, our 5.6% German-style Märzen Lager, was brewed using the oldest German malting barley variety Isaria, and a blend of Barke Pilsner and Vienna made from heirloom barley varietals. ⁣ ⁣ It was hopped in the kettle with several additions of Hallertau Mittelfrüh from Seitz Farms in Germany.⁣ ⁣ Towards the end of a cool fermentation with our house lager yeast, Bierhalle was spunded to allow the beer to carbonate naturally. It was then cold lagered in the brite tank for over a month before packaging. ⁣ ⁣ Bierhalle pours a deep burnt gold color with a light unfiltered haze. The use of German heirloom malts provide a malty-sweet taste and soft biscuit like aromas with notes of honey and toasted nuts. ⁣ ⁣ Bierhalle is a full-bodied lager with a gentle natural carbonation and a crisp, clean finish.⁣ ⁣

Waimea Pro

Imperial India Pale Ale

8.0% ABV

Waimea Pro is brewed with pilsner malt and hopped in the Whirlpool with Citra & Riwaka, followed by a generous dry-hop of Waimea, Galaxy, and Nectaron.​ The result is a hazy golden pour with vibrant notes of tangerine, pineapple, and mango.​

Manasquan Ridge

Imperial IPA

8.5% ABV

Manasquan Ridge, taking its name from the great fishing spot just off the coast, is hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Nectaron, Galaxy & Nelson. Manasquan Ridge pours a hazy gold with aromatics of tropical fruit, citrus, stone fruit and grape, enjoyed with flavors of stone fruit, berries and grape with citrus undertones. ​

Casino Pier

India Pale Ale

6.2% ABV

Casino Pier is hopped with Galaxy & Riwaka in the Whirlpool, and dry-hopped with Simcoe, Mosaic, Nelson & Citra. We used a West Coast yeast strain for a clean and neutral fermentation, allowing the bold flavors and aromas of the hops to take center stage. Casino Pier pours an unfiltered gold with a thick frothy foam. This IPA boasts aromatics of tropical fruit, citrus, pine and berry with a vibrant flavor profile of stone fruit, berries and pine with underlying floral notes. Its lower ABV and crisp, dry finish make Casino Pier supremely drinkable.

American Lager with Lime

Neon Lime, our 4.4% American Lager with Lime, is the prefect beer to drink during these long summer days. Neon Lime is a crisp, extra pale lager with a dry snappy profile highlighted by an extra layer of refreshing lime flavor and aroma.

Secret Mezzanine

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

Secret Mezzanine is loaded with Simcoe and some of our other favorite hops, giving this hazy pale orange pint a dank pine and citrus flavor profile.​

Barrel-Aged Mexican Brunch (2024)

Barrel-Aged Imperial Milk Porter

13.9% ABV

2024 Barrel-Aged Mexican Brunch is a select blend of barrel aged Imperial Porters aged in freshly emptied Old Fitzgerald and Elijah Craig 8y Bourbon barrels for an average of 22 months.​ The blend was then racked into stainless and conditioned on cacao sourced from Ghana and Ecuador, freshly ground coffee from Rook, maple, cinnamon, and ancho chile. ​ Barrel-Aged Mexican Brunch pours dark black and opens with aromatics of bourbon-soaked chocolate java bean and flavors of caramel, maple and spice, combining for a bold and refined barrel-aged beer.​ ​

Parker Lager

Jersey Shore Lager

4.5% ABV

Parker Lager, inspired by our friends and legendary local summer spot, @parkerhousenj, is a true Jersey Shore Lager. Parker Lager, our 4.5% Jersey Shore Lager, is brewed with a blend of North American pilsner and New Jersey grown malt from Rabbit Hill Malthouse. It underwent our house lagering program including a multi-step infusion mash, thoughtful hopping with European noble hop varieties, and natural carbonation to make for a clean lager with remarkable drinkability. Parker Lager pours a light golden straw color with a dry and clean profile showcasing a pleasant cracker note that finishes extremely clean and refreshing.

Waist High

Session IPA

4.6% ABV

Inspired by Head High, it’s brewed with a simple pale grist of Pilsner, Wheat, and small portion of light crystal malt. It’s hopped with Citra in the whirlpool, then dry-hopped with Citra, Simcoe and Chinook. Waist High pours a unfiltered orange with aromatics of freshly squeezed citrus, dank pine and subtle undertones of tropical fruit. Waist High is a highly drinkable Session Ale with the aromatics and hop flavor of a full body IPA.

Cerveza 127

Mexican-Style Lager

5.2% ABV

Cerveza 127 is brewed with Pilsner, corn and a small addition of Vienna Malt. Cerveza 127 is hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh and pours a golden yellow with crackery and doughy notes. Cerveza 127 finished cirsp, clean and refreshing.

Fisherman's Walkway

West Coast IPA

7.6% ABV

Brewed with simple malt pilsner and fermented with a clean neutral yeast strain to highlight the hops. Fisherman's Walkway is hopped with Simcoe in the kettle, Galaxy and Mosaic in the whirlpool and Mosaic, Simcoe, Amarillo and Columbus Cryo in the dry hop. Fisherman’s Walkway pours a straw blonde and has aromatics of stone fruit, pine and resin. This beer is unfiltered with a dry, crisp, bitter and drinkable profile.

Summer Share

Cold IPA

6.8% ABV

This year's batch of Summer Share, our 6.8% Cold IPA, is brewed with Pilsner, wheat and rice. We hopped it with Waimea in the kettle, Strata in the whirlpool and a fair share of Nectaron, Waimea and Strata in the dry-hop.​ Summer Share was lagered with our house lager yeast for about one month prior to packaging. This Cold IPA pours a light straw golden color with west coast flavors of pine, citrus and peach with a hint of pineapple.​

Cloud Cover

Belgian-Style Wheat Ale

4.8% ABV

Cloud Cover is brewed with Belgian pilsner malt, along with a blend of malted and unmalted wheat and oats.​ ​ Cloud Cover is hopped with German Hersbrucker hops from Seitz Farms and spiced with orange peel and coriander in the Whirlpool. After fermentation, this beer is cold-conditioned for several weeks, allowing its complex flavors to develop.​ ​ Cloud Cover pours a hazy yellow with a rocky white foam head and offers notes of fresh citrus and clove.

Double Mosaic Party Wave

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

Double Mosaic Party Wave is the newest iteration of one of our year-round beers, Party Wave, swelled with extra Mosaic hops.​ Double Mosaic Party Wave carries the familiar citrus and peach flavors with amped up tropical notes of pineapple and blueberry.​

Aloha Shirt

India Pale Ale

7.1% ABV

Aloha Shirt is brewed with Pilsner malt, wheat with a touch of lactose, and is hopped with Sabro in the whirlpool with blend of Sultana and Sabro in the dry-hop. ​ We added pineapple to the mix towards the end of fermentation and conditioned the beer on freshly processed raw coconut to usher in the taste of an island vacation. Sabro reinforces notes of coconut and sweet cream while Sultana carries the beer’s unique pineapple and citrus flavors.​

Flipping Pancakes (2024)

Barrel-Aged Pancake Wine

14.3% ABV

​This year’s Flipping Pancakes blend was extensively aged in freshly emptied Elijah Craig 8yr, Buffalo Trace Weller, and Stagg Jr. Bourbon barrels. ​ Flipping Pancakes uses a generous amount of premium English heritage malt and underwent an intense double mash procedure followed by a 12 hour boil before being fermented to a very high gravity and laid to rest in oak barrels for approximately 23 months. ​ This beer was racked out of oak to mature in stainless where it was conditioned on hand processed Vanilla Beans from Madagascar and Costa Rica followed by a blend of Maple and Cinnamon. ​ Flipping Pancakes pours a very dark amber color and brings forward rich caramelized sugar and fig profile, perfectly complimented by notes of vanilla, dark fruits and light background cinnamon, reminiscent of traditional flapjacks and syrup.

Open Water

Triple IPA

10.4% ABV

Open Water is hopped in the Kettle with Chinook, in the Whirlpool with Centennial & Citra, and finally dry-hopped with Galaxy, Simcoe, Citra, Chinook & Cashmere. ​ Open Water pours a pale gold with traditional citrus-driven hop notes of orange, tangerine, and stone fruit.​

Riomaggiore

Italian-Style Pilsner

5.2% ABV

Riomaggiore, our 5.2% Italian-style Pilsner, is brewed with a simple malt bill consisting of Eraclea malt from Italy’s Adriatic coast. ​ Riomaggiore was kettle-hopped with Spalt Select and Hallertau Mittlefruh from Seitz Farms in Germany, fermented cold, gently dry-hopped with more Spalt Select and Hallertau Mittlefruh. Riomaggiore was spunded prior to dry-hopping then lagered for eight weeks for packaging.​ Riomaggiore is an extremely drinkable, crisp pilsner with notes of honey, lemon, and floral noble hop character, inspired by a summer spent on the Italian coast.​

Indicators

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

Indicators, our 7.4% IPA. Brewed with a blend of pilsner, wheat and oats, Indicators was hopped with Nelson and Citra in the whirlpool which was followed by a generous dry-hop of Nelson Sauvin, Waimea, Galaxy and Citra. This incredible hoppy IPA pours a dense pale haze with pleasant Southern hemisphere aromatics of fresh pine, pomelo, candied grapefruit peel, mango and pineapple. presents a pleasant Southern Hemisphere hop aroma with notes of tangerine, peach, and grapefruit.
