2026 Dripping Maple is our 11.4% Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout brewed with Vermont maple syrup and aged in Buffalo Trace and George Dickel 16-Year bourbon barrels. This year's blend was then conditioned on a generous amount of Korintje cinnamon and vanilla beans from Madagascar, Indonesia, and Ecuador. Dripping Maple pours jet black, with notes of burnt caramel, cinnamon rolls, sweet vanilla, and bourbon-soaked French toast.
