It was fermented cool with traditional Kölsch yeast and conditioned for a clean, smooth finish. Weekend In Cologne pours a bright pale gold with a soft natural haze, offering flavors of fresh bread, and aromatics of subtle citrus and gentle floral hops. It is light-bodied, crisp, and delicately balanced with soft malt sweetness and a refreshing, dry finish.
