    15th Anniversary Head High is our 6.6% West-Coast style take on our flagship beer Head High. 15th Anniversary Head High is brewed with a simple malt bill of American-grown Pilsner and a touch of lightly kilned malt. It’s hopped with Citra and Citra hop oils on the hot side followed by a massive dry hop of Simcoe, Simcoe HyperBoost, Mosaic, Mosaic Spectrum, Amarillo, Chinook, and Citra and Columbus Cryo​. 15th Anniversary Head High delivers on bold notes of citrus, mango, and stone fruit with hints of dank resin. It is bright and expressive with a crisp, dry finish supported by a subtle bitterness that nods to the roots of Head High while showcasing just how far it can go.

    This entry in our Tropical Breaker series of beers is just as punchy and flavorful as the others as it highlights the Mosaic hop in various forms. We used Mosaic Incognito in the Whirlpool, with a dry-hop of Mosaic Spectrum and Mosaic Cryo complemented by Krush, Nelson, Galaxy, Citra Cryo and Simcoe. Flavors and aromas of pineapple, mango and tangerine are enjoyed up front, finished with notes of pine and berries.
