Blend of Barrel-Aged Stouts and Porters hand-selected to create a beer inspired by one of our favorite chocolate ice cream treats. This blend of stouts and porters was aged for an average of 16 months in a mix of Buffalo Trace Blanton’s Bourbon and 10 Year Wild Turkey Russell’s Bourbon barrels. ⁣After cold-conditioning in stainless, the blend was aged on Madagascar Vanilla Beans, Cacao Nibs from Haiti, Ghana, and the Philippines, and crushed waffle ice cream cones. ⁣
