A Night To End All Dawns | Affogato (2021)

A Night To End All Dawns is a massive imperial stout that spent over a year in bourbon barrels. The extended aging allowed seasonal temperature fluctuations in the barrels to draw bold flavors from the oak that can only develop with time. Inspired by a traditional Italian coffee dessert, this variant was conditioned on Madagascar & Mexican vanilla beans and dark roasted Rook coffee.
