A Night To End All Dawns - Balsamo Double Barrel (2024)

This Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout was aged in a blend of bourbon barrels for an average of 23 months, including Heaven Hill Old Fitzgerald Bourbon, Heaven Hill 8-Year Bourbon and Buffalo Trace Weller Wheated Bourbon, before being double barreled for an addition six months in a Balsamo cask from Brazil. This beer has notes of chocolate, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, dried figs & carrot cake.
