A Night To End All Dawns | Bananas Foster French Toast (2021)

A Night To End All Dawns is a massive Imperial Stout that spent over a year in bourbon barrels. The extended aging allowed seasonal temperature fluctuations in the barrels to draw bold flavors from the oak that can only develop with time. Inspired by a decadent breakfast treat, this variant was conditioned on brûléed bananas with brown sugar, maple and Korintje cinnamon.
