A Night To End All Dawns - Coconut Cream Pie (2020)

After spending over a year in bourbon barrels, this variant of A Night To End All Dawns, our massive imperial stout, was conditioned on Madagascar & Mexican vanilla beans, graham cracker, and toasted coconut. The extended aging allowed seasonal temperature fluctuations in the barrels to draw bold flavors from the oak that can only develop with time. The heat of the bourbon gave way to subtle caramel sweetness from the oak married with the flavors inspired by coconut cream pie.
