A Night To End All Dawns | Coconut Macaroon (2022)

A Night To End All Dawns is a massive Imperial Stout that spent over a year in bourbon barrels. The extended aging allowed seasonal temperature fluctuations in the barrels to draw bold flavors from the oak that can only develop with time. This 12.3% Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels, conditioned on a blend of cacao nibs from Ghana, Ecuador and the Philippines along with Madagascar vanilla and freshly toasted coconut.
