A Night To End All Dawns - Double Chocolate (2020)

After spending over a year in bourbon barrels, this variant of A Night To End All Dawns, our massive imperial stout, was conditioned on raw cacao powder and Haitian & Ghanaian cacao nibs. The extended aging allowed seasonal temperature fluctuations in the barrels to draw bold flavors from the oak that can only develop with time. The heat of the bourbon gave way to subtle caramel sweetness from the oak married with the bold flavors from two types of chocolate.
