A Night To End All Dawns | Triple Vanilla (2022)

A Night To End All Dawns is a massive Imperial Stout that spent over a year in bourbon barrels. The extended aging allowed seasonal temperature fluctuations in the barrels to draw bold flavors from the oak that can only develop with time. This 12.3% Imperial Stout was conditioned on a blend of Madagascar, Indian and Cook Island vanilla.
