Barrel-Lagered Winter Daydream

Barrel Lagered Winter Daydream is a 7.9% Winter Bock. We took Winter Daydream and gave it an additional 2 months of lagering in freshly emptied bourbon barrels. Brewed with traditional German base and roasted malts, Winter Daydream pours a dark mahogany with ruby highlights. It has rounded aromatics with nuances of bourbon, vanilla and chocolate from the intermingling of the beer and oak with a plush mouthfeel boosted by the additional lagering time.
