Bourbon Barrel Aged Sunday Brunch (2025)

Bourbon Barrel Aged Sunday Brunch is our 12.6% blend of Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Milk Porters conditioned on maple, cinnamon and dark roast coffee. We racked a blend of maple imperial milk porters aged for an average of 30 months in a blend of Woodford Reserve Double Oaked and Elijah Craig bourbon barrels. We then aged this beer on a blend of Rook's Bali and Nicaragua coffee, cinnamon and maple. Bourbon Barrel Aged Sunday Brunch pours a dark cocoa color with aromatics of sweet maple and fresh roasted coffee beans. A complexity of warming cinnamon is supported by notes of vanilla and coconut from the barrel aging.​
