FIFTH | Anniversary Blend

FIFTH Anniversary Blend a blend of spontaneously fermented beer refermented on golden raspberries.​ FIFTH Anniversary Blend is a blend of two puncheons of traditional spontaneously fermented beer brewed across two seasons. ​ In October 2023, we received several hundred pounds of Golden Raspberries from Vermont, which were added directly to oak for refermentation. ​ After maturation, we bottled this beer in February 2024. At release, FIFTH has an average age of 58 months. ​ ​ FIFTH pours a hazy yellow with a lasting white foam, showcasing bright raspberry and orange blossom honey aromatics, along with a citrus and peach stone fruit character.​
