Golden Raspberry | 2021 Harvest

Golden Raspberry | 2021 Harvest is a blend of traditionally brewed spontaneously fermented beers across three brewing seasons, with the oldest portion brewed in the Fall of 2018. One portion of this blend was brewed to a higher gravity and another portion was aged in a cognac cask. In early October, we received our harvest of beautifully ripe Anne Golden Raspberries, which were added immediately to oak with the blend at a rate of over 3.5 lbs per gallon. At bottling, this blend had an average age of 35 months and has been conditioning since its bottling in 2022. Golden Raspberry | 2021 pours a bright yellow with aromatics of fresh, ripe raspberries, a stonefruit complexity and a touch of orange cognac flavor supported by lemon sherbet and fruit leather​
