Rum Double Barrel Aged Dripping Maple (2025)

Rum Double Barrel Aged Dripping Maple is our newest 13.6% Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout brewed with maple and conditioned on cinnamon and vanilla. Rum Double Barrel Aged Dripping Maple began as an Imperial Stout brewed with maple syrup aged for 12 months in Heaven Hill Elijah Craig 8-Year Bourbon barrels. This maple Imperial Stout was then double barreled for an additional 11 months in Caribbean rum barrels to amplify sweetness and add complexity. Finally, this beer was conditioned on Korintje cinnamon and Madagascar vanilla beans. Rum Double Barrel Aged Dripping Maple pours dark black with a velvety thick mouthfeel. It pushes complex notes of brown sugar, cinnamon, soft vanilla, and a depth of maple flavor.​
