Small Batch German-Style Bock

Small Batch German-Style Bock was brewed with a lengthy grist bill of German base and specialty malts. It was step mashed and hopped entirely with Hersbrucker hops from Germany throughout the hot side before undergoing our standard low temperature slow lager fermentation schedule. This draft only beer pours a dark chestnut amber color and combines a pleasantly robust toasty-rich malt profile and subtle chocolate and coffee notes before ending with a clean well-attenuated crisp finish.
