Strawberry | 2021 Harvest

Strawberry | 2021 Harvest is a blend of three casks of traditionally brewed spontaneously fermented beer brewed across two seasons. In late May of 2021, we picked up nearly a ton of New Jersey grown strawberries. We picked the stems off the fruit; hand-crushed them and added it directly into tank for a week of contact time before racking back to oak for refermentation. After maturation, we bottled this beer in March 2022 to condition. Strawberry | 2021 Harvest pours a blush pink with aromatics of fresh strawberry preserves, stone fruit and full supporting minerality.​
