THIRD | Anniversary Blend

THIRD was blended to commemorate our Third Anniversary. The components of this beer were brewed between our Fall 2018 and Spring 2020 brewing seasons. These batches included the addition of New Jersey Blueberry Blossom Honey to the coolship and were bottled with a small portion of young spontaneous beer for conditioning.​ THIRD had an average age of 27 months when it was then blended with a small portion of young spontaneous beer and bottled in February 2022. After a period of further bottle conditioning, THIRD is ready to enjoy. ​ THIRD pours with high carbonation and a tight foam head with a burnt orange honey color. It features a soft and balanced acidic profile with notes of citrus and honeysuckle, a light brettanomyces character and a crisp, dry finish. ​
