Tide & Timber is our Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout brewed in collaboration with our friends at Esker Hart. Tide & Timber is brewed with a base of Maris Otter, British and German specialty malts and a massive dose of maple syrup and molasses. Tide & Timber was aged for a total of 23 months in both Heaven Hill bourbon and Woodford Reserve Wheat whiskey barrels before blending.​
