Tide & Timber - Black & White Cookie

Tide & Timber Black & White Cookie is our Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout brewed in collaboration with our friends at Esker Hart. Tide & Timber Black & White Cookie was aged in a blend of Woodford Reserve Double Oaked bourbon, Heaven Hill bourbon and Woodford Reserve Wheat Whiskey barrels for a total of 23 months, then conditioned on vanilla beans from Madagascar and Comoros as well as cacao nibs from Ecuador and a large dose of graham crackers.​
