Brew Jersey Northern Hemisphere

India Pale Ale

6.7% ABV

Brewed in collaboration with The Brewer’s Guild Of New Jersey and over 35 other breweries, this multi-brewery release is intended to raise funds for the Guild's continued goal of helping to promote, protect and grow New Jersey's craft beer industry. Brew Jersey Southern Hemisphere is brewed with pils, wheat and New Jersey grown and malted oats from Rabbit Hill, and hopped with Citra, Citra Cryo, Strata and HBC586. This beer amps up the best of what we love about Pacific Northwest hops pushing aromatics of mangoes, apricots and nectarines, along with a firm backbone of pine and a touch of dank.

Citra Green Lines

India Pale Ale

6.5% ABV

Citra Green Lines, our 6.5% IPA, cranks up the original Green Lines recipe with an extra hit of Citra hops. Citra Green Lines is brewed with Citra and Centennial in the whirlpool then we added double the amount of Citra in the dry-hop and added Citra Cryo to the blend of Simcoe, Centennial and Columbus in the second dry-hop. Citra Green Lines brings over the top flavors of sweet tropical fruit and ripened stone fruit, with a subtle hit of resinous, dank flavors.

Fresh Hot Coat

India Pale Ale

7.6% ABV

Fresh Hot Coat is a 7.6% IPA brewed with a blend of Pilsner, wheat, and oats. It’s hopped with Mosaic Incognito and Riwaka in the whirlpool and dry-hopped with Citra, Citra Cryo, Mosaic and Riwaka. Fresh Hot Coat pours a hazy pale orange with aromatics of sticky mangoes, peaches, orange juice and passionfruit

FWD 701 Mosaic

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

FWD 701 Mosaic was brewed as a part of the FWD hop innovation program from Yakima Chief Ranches.​ FWD is focused on brewing community engagement, granting breweries access to the newest, not-yet-commercialized HBC varieties and products in YCH's innovation pipeline.​ We are the only brewery in New Jersey participating, along with many other breweries around the world.​ Through this program we were able to trial their new 701 hop product, intended to amplify hop aromatics. We are big fans of Mosaic, so it was an easy choice for us to push the tropical hop notes in our newest beer.​ FWD 701 Mosaic is hopped with 701 Mosaic in the Whirlpool and a blend of Mosaic 701, Cryo & T90 Pellets, and Citra Cryo & T90 Pellets in the dry-hop.​ FWD 701 Mosaic pours a pale hazy straw color with notes of stone fruit, mango & tangerine supported by flavors and aromas of light cotton candy and resin.

Ground Clouds

Hoppy Ale

6.0% ABV

A collaboration with our friends at Twin Elephant, Ground Clouds is a 6.0% Hoppy Ale brewed with pilsner malt, oats and wheat. Ground Clouds was hopped with New Zealand Pacific Sunrise and Riwaka in the whirlpool and hit with a massive dry-hop of Pacific Sunrise and Riwaka then a smaller addition of Citra and Citra Cryo. Ground Clouds pours a hazy pale orange with aromatics of pungent passionfruit, ripe mangoes, sweet tropical fruit, and citrus.

Retractable Skeg

Imperial IPA

8.0% ABV

Retractable Skeg, our 8.0% Imperial IPA, is hopped in the whirlpool with Idaho 7 and Mosaic before a large dry-hop of Mosaic, Galaxy, Citra and Citra Cryo.⁣ Retractable Skeg pours a hazy pale orange with aromatics of tree ripened peaches, succulent mangos, and tangerines.⁣

Sea Dream

Imperial India Pale Ale

8.0% ABV

Sea Dream is brewed with Cashmere and Motueka in the whirlpool and more Cashmere, Trident and Citra Cryo in the dry-hop. Sea Dream pours a hazy orange color with aromatics of mangos, pineapple, passionfruit and lime.

Whitehall

India Pale Ale

7.2% ABV

Whitehall is hopped in the whirlpool with Citra, then heavily dry-hopped with a blend of Mosaic, Citra, and Citra Cryo. Whitehall pours a deep hazy orange with vibrant aromatics and flavors of juicy peach, passionfruit, and lychee.
