Valley Blend

Valley Blend was built to highlight 2025’s harvest of The Bruce, a hop blend from New Zealand’s Sunrise Valley Freestyle Hops farm, selected for its punchy tropical flavors and aromas. We hopped Valley Blend with The Bruce and Citra in both the Whirlpool and dry hop to express the New Zealand hop character we love. A Motueka dry-hop addition gives this IPA an extra layer of lime zest and fresh citrus notes. Valley Blend pours a hazy pale gold with notes of mango, citrus, lime zest, and gooseberries.
