12th Anniversary Head High

India Pale Ale

7.2% ABV

Our 12th Anniversary Head High is a 7.2% IPA brewed with our house Pilsner malt, wheat and a considerable addition of Malted Rye. This special edition of Head High was hopped with Citra and Cascade in the whirlpool then followed with two rounds of dry-hopping. The first consisting of a blend of Citra, Cascade and Simcoe, the second a blend of Nelson, HBC586 and Galaxy. This special Anniversary edition of Head High brings together some of our favorite classic hops from when we first opened with a special blend of some of our favorite more recently developed hops from the last decade.

13th Anniversary Head High

India Pale Ale

This celebratory iteration has a similar malt bill to its classic counterpart with the addition of rye. 13th Anniversary Head High was hopped in the Whirlpool with Citra and Cascade, then dry-hopped with Citra, Cascade & Simcoe, taking a page from the classic Head High hops. This beer was given a more unique second dry-hopping of Peacharine & Pink hops, along with Galaxy, Nelson & Citra giving this IPA layered notes of peach, passion fruit, tropical fruits, berries and white wine.

Double Head High

Imperial IPA

8.2% ABV

Double Head High. Everything you love about Head High, turned to 11.⁣ ⁣ Double Head High is our 8.2% Imperial IPA dry-hopped with a larger dose of the same blend of hops that make the original so great.⁣ ⁣ Just like Head High, this amped up version brings big flavors of orange citrus, stone fruit, grapefruit, and light dank pine.⁣

Flannel Wetsuit

India Pale Ale

Flannel Wetsuit is our 7.2% Holiday IPA brewed with a simple grist of pilsner and a small percent of American medium to dark crystal malts. ⁣ ⁣ It was hopped with Chinook in the Kettle, Centennial and Chinook in the Whirlpool, then dry hopped with Centennial, Chinook, Cascade, and Citra. ⁣ ⁣ Flannel Wetsuit is hopped with all our favorite C hop and has a familiar hop character similar to Head High. ⁣ ⁣ Brewed with a neutral yeast strain, Flannel Wet Suit pours a vibrant deep red color and presents a classic American IPA flavor profile of resinous pine, citrus rind, and grapefruit⁣.

Head High 4000

India Pale Ale

8.0% ABV

Head High 4000 marks the celebration of our 4000th batch of Head High. For this batch, we took all the favorite things we have learned from brewing Head High and its variants over the years. The base of this beer drew inspiration from Double Head High, creating a fuller mouthfeel to layer an amped up version of the Head High hopping profile. In order to commemorate the 4000th batch we took the dry hopping regime of Head High and quadrupled it to provide an intense drinking experience with tons of grapefruit, citrus and fruit loop character. Head High 4000 pours an opaque orange color with a rocky white foam. It has aromatics of sweet fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, orange creamsicle and fruit loops.

Multicolored Mirrors

Black IPA

7.2% ABV

Multicolored Mirrors is our 7.2% interpretation of a Black IPA. Thoughtfully designed to be more than just a dark colored IPA, we used our base Pilsner malt with a blend of European caramel and roasted malts to add character and depth of flavor. We chose a blend of Simcoe, Cascade and Columbus hops for our first release of this style. Multicolored Mirrors pours a dark black color with a robust mocha tan head and a full-bodied expression of resinous pine, light citrus and bitterness complimented by a touch of roasted malt sweetness for an overall very balance profile.⁣

Shifting Squall

Imperial Stout

9.0% ABV

Shifting Squall is brewed with a robust grist composition featuring choice English Golden Promise, Oats, Chocolate and Roast malts and hopped with Cascade, Chinook, and Bravo in the Whirlpool. This beer underwent a double-mash process which involved two separate mashes collected together and boiled for an extended period, allowing for further development of flavor. Shifting Squall pours jet black with a cascading mocha tan head and presents a complex flavor profile of fruity dark malts, chocolate-citrus, baker’s chocolate, and roasty burnt brownie edges rounded out by a pleasant resinous hop bitterness.

Stained Glass

India Pale Ale

6.7% ABV

Stained Glass is our all Cascade IPA, dry-hopped exclusively with High Oil Cascade from our friends at Segal Eanch. These fantastic hops add a level of complexity and character to this single hop IPA. Stained Glass pours with a hazy orange hue and brings flavors of pungent orange, grapefruit zest and resinous pine highlighting what makes Cascade one of the classic American hops.

Whole Leaf Magic

India Pale Ale

7.5% ABV

Whole Leaf Magic is once-a-year IPA brewed exclusively with Whole Leaf Hops. Each year we wait until after the U.S. hop harvest in the late summer so we can select a bale of the freshest, highest quality hops available to showcase in this beer. For Whole Leaf Magic 2023 we selected High-Oil Cascade from our friends at Segal Ranch. Segal Ranch estate grown hops are some of the highest quality hops we’ve used and we are particularly excited for you to taste this Single Hop Whole Leaf IPA. Whole Leaf Magic was brewed with a simple grist of straight Pilsner malt to allow the fantastic flavor and aromas of these High-Oil Cascade hops stand out. We used Whole Leaf Hops straight into the kettle right at the end of the boil for a firm but gentle bitterness. It was fermented with our house ale yeast at a cooler temperature for a more neutral fermentation profile to allow the aromatics of the hops to really shine. Finally it was double dry-hopped with more Whole Leaf High-Oil Cascade hops. Whole Leaf Magic pours a pale straw-colored gold with a slight unfiltered haze. The super bright, High-Oil Cascade hops bring a punch of pungent citrus, watermelon, grapefruit peel, and fresh cut grass to this incredibly flavorful IPA
