Colorless Rainbow

India Pale Ale

7.3% ABV

Colorless Rainbow was brewed with a small hit of Centennial in the kettle, followed by a large addition of Riwaka and Centennial in the whirlpool. It was heavily dry-hopped with a blend of Citra, Riwaka, Centennial and Chinook. Colorless Rainbow pours a hazy pale orange and is saturated with complex hop profile of passionfruit, powdery mango, and tropical fruit juice all backed by a smooth and pleasant bitterness.

Double Head High

Imperial IPA

8.2% ABV

Double Head High. Everything you love about Head High, turned to 11.⁣ ⁣ Double Head High is our 8.2% Imperial IPA dry-hopped with a larger dose of the same blend of hops that make the original so great.⁣ ⁣ Just like Head High, this amped up version brings big flavors of orange citrus, stone fruit, grapefruit, and light dank pine.⁣

Flannel Wetsuit

India Pale Ale

7.2% ABV

Flannel Wetsuit is our 7.2% Holiday IPA brewed with a simple grist of pilsner and a small percent of American medium to dark crystal malts. ⁣ ⁣ It was hopped with Chinook in the Kettle, Centennial and Chinook in the Whirlpool, then dry hopped with Centennial, Chinook, Cascade, and Citra. ⁣ ⁣ Flannel Wetsuit is hopped with all our favorite C hop and has a familiar hop character similar to Head High. ⁣ ⁣ Brewed with a neutral yeast strain, Flannel Wet Suit pours a vibrant deep red color and presents a classic American IPA flavor profile of resinous pine, citrus rind, and grapefruit⁣.

Head High 4000

India Pale Ale

8.0% ABV

Head High 4000 marks the celebration of our 4000th batch of Head High. For this batch, we took all the favorite things we have learned from brewing Head High and its variants over the years. The base of this beer drew inspiration from Double Head High, creating a fuller mouthfeel to layer an amped up version of the Head High hopping profile. In order to commemorate the 4000th batch we took the dry hopping regime of Head High and quadrupled it to provide an intense drinking experience with tons of grapefruit, citrus and fruit loop character. Head High 4000 pours an opaque orange color with a rocky white foam. It has aromatics of sweet fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, orange creamsicle and fruit loops.

Jumping Rainbows

Imperial IPA

8.0%

Jumping Rainbows, our 8.0% Imperial IPA, a homage to our favorite hoppy Vermont beers. Jumping rainbows is brewed with a perfect balance of Pilsner malt, wheat, oats and a touch of crystal for an appealing hazy hue. It’s hopped with Chinook and Centennial on the hot-side along with Citra, Chinook, Amarillo and Columbus in the dry hop. It all comes together and pours a densely hazy light orange with aromatics of overripe mangos, pineapple and a touch of dank cannabis balanced by a well-integrated bitterness.

Open Water

Triple IPA

10.4% ABV

Open Water is hopped in the Kettle with Chinook, in the Whirlpool with Centennial & Citra, and finally dry-hopped with Galaxy, Simcoe, Citra, Chinook & Cashmere. ​ Open Water pours a pale gold with traditional citrus-driven hop notes of orange, tangerine, and stone fruit.​

Shifting Squall

Imperial Stout

9.0% ABV

Shifting Squall is brewed with a robust grist composition featuring choice English Golden Promise, Oats, Chocolate and Roast malts and hopped with Cascade, Chinook, and Bravo in the Whirlpool. This beer underwent a double-mash process which involved two separate mashes collected together and boiled for an extended period, allowing for further development of flavor. Shifting Squall pours jet black with a cascading mocha tan head and presents a complex flavor profile of fruity dark malts, chocolate-citrus, baker’s chocolate, and roasty burnt brownie edges rounded out by a pleasant resinous hop bitterness.

Shore Shack

India Pale Ale

6.8% ABV

Shore Shack is brewed with a simple grist of Extra Pale British base malt, giving it a super pale straw-colored appearance, with just enough malt character to pair with its bright hop-forward profile. Shore Shack is hopped in the Whirpool with Chinook and Centennial, and dry-hopped with Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra, and Columbus Cryo. Kick back like it’s summertime with juicy flavors of tropical fruits, over-ripe peach, and a touch of citrus.

Tiny Shells

Hoppy Session Ale

4.4% ABV

Tiny Shells, our 4.4% Hoppy Session Ale, is hopped with Citra and Simcoe in the Whirlpool, then dry hopped with Chinook, Simcoe, and Citra, providing bright hop aromatics and flavors of peach fruit cups and powdery mango. Tiny Shells, with its juicy aroma, pours a hazy pale yellow color and drinks with an extremely soft mouthfeel and low bitterness – all in a low ABV package.

Vengeful Heart (2023)

American Barleywine

10.2% ABV

Vengeful Heart, our 10.0% American Barleywine, is brewed with a huge malt bill of British Marris Otter and Double Roasted Crystal malts. After a long boil to concentration the sugars, we added heavy dose of Chinook and Simcoe in the kettle, followed a light dry hop with Simcoe after fermentation.This large hop bill balances the caramel, toffee and dark fruit flavors from the dark malt and extended boil.

Waist High

Session IPA

4.6% ABV

Inspired by Head High, it’s brewed with a simple pale grist of Pilsner, Wheat, and small portion of light crystal malt. It’s hopped with Citra in the whirlpool, then dry-hopped with Citra, Simcoe and Chinook. Waist High pours a unfiltered orange with aromatics of freshly squeezed citrus, dank pine and subtle undertones of tropical fruit. Waist High is a highly drinkable Session Ale with the aromatics and hop flavor of a full body IPA.

Wax Comb

India Pale Ale

7.0% ABV

Wax Comb is hopped in the whirlpool with Citra and Chinook, then dry-hopped with Galaxy, Chinook and Amarillo.​ Wax Comb pours with a dense golden orange, showcasing flavors of sweet peach, pineapple and resin, and finishes with a firm, clean bitterness to provide balanced drinkability.
