12th Anniversary Head High

India Pale Ale

7.15% ABV

Our 12th Anniversary Head High is a 7.2% IPA brewed with our house Pilsner malt, wheat and a considerable addition of Malted Rye. This special edition of Head High was hopped with Citra and Cascade in the whirlpool then followed with two rounds of dry-hopping. The first consisting of a blend of Citra, Cascade and Simcoe, the second a blend of Nelson, HBC586 and Galaxy. This special Anniversary edition of Head High brings together some of our favorite classic hops from when we first opened with a special blend of some of our favorite more recently developed hops from the last decade.

Citra Green Lines

India Pale Ale

6.5% ABV

Citra Green Lines, our 6.5% IPA, cranks up the original Green Lines recipe with an extra hit of Citra hops. Citra Green Lines is brewed with Citra and Centennial in the whirlpool then we added double the amount of Citra in the dry-hop and added Citra Cryo to the blend of Simcoe, Centennial and Columbus in the second dry-hop. Citra Green Lines brings over the top flavors of sweet tropical fruit and ripened stone fruit, with a subtle hit of resinous, dank flavors.

Epic Overhead

Triple IPA

10.2% ABV

Epic Overhead is an exceptional 10.2% Triple IPA brewed with a similar flavor profile to its younger brother, Overhead. To achieve its distinctive flavor, we added a slight bittering addition in the kettle with Columbus hops before a large dose of Centennial in the whirlpool. We added a large charge of Simcoe in the first dry hop and added a second round of Amarillo, Centennial, and Columbus hops for a truly layered experience. Epic Overhead pours with an unfiltered pale haze and brings a blend of clean citrus and pine, complemented by subtle notes of resin.

Imperial India Pale Ale

8.2% ABV

Overhead, is the perfect beer for celebrating after you’ve had a choppy day that got a little hectic but in the end, you rode it out like a champ. Overhead is our 8.2% Imperial IPA loaded with our favorite hops; Amarillo, Simcoe, Centennial, and Columbus, and includes two rounds of dry hopping to create a cascade of pine, resin, and citrus hop flavors that consume your palate. Similar to Head High in its unique flavor, but a completely different experience due to the brewing process which produces a dry, crisp finish.

Party Wave

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

Party Wave is our 7.4% IPA brewed with a blend of four hops; Galaxy, Mosaic, Simcoe and Citra. Party Wave pours a hazy yellow and has flavors of passion fruit and citrus from the heavy use of Galaxy and Citra and more subtle pine and tropical fruit from the Mosaic and Simcoe blend well with the Pilsner malt base. Smooth, juicy and highly drinkable Party Wave of hops.

Sea Summit

India Pale Ale

6.8% ABV

Sea Summit is our 6.8% West Coast-Inspired IPA brewed with a blend of Pilsner, wheat, dextrine and light crystal malts. It is hopped plentifully in the kettle and whirlpool with a blend of Centennial, Simcoe and Wimea hops before being fermented dry with a classic west coast yeast. Sea Summit is then dry hopped with Simcoe, Waimea, Citra and Centennial. Sea Summit pours a pale yellow color with a light natural haze. It has aromatics of citron, mangoes and an underlying fresh pine profile. Crisp and Clean.

Summer Share

Double IPA

8.0% ABV

Summer Share is an 8% hazy Double IPA brewed with a blend of pilsner malt, wheat, oats and dextrin malt. Summer Share takes a diversified hopping profile, similar to some of our anniversary IPAs of past. We hit it with a range of classic hops in the first dry hop, including Bravo, Comet, Simcoe and Mosaic and dry hopped with some newer varietals in the second dry hop, including Nelson Sauvin, Hallertau Blanc, HBC-586, Galaxy and a touch of Cashmere. Summer Share bridges the profiles of old school and new school with aromatics of ripe tropical fruits, gooseberries along with an underlying profile of pine, resin and citrus.

Turtle's Board

India Pale Ale

7.8% ABV

Turtle's Board, our 7.8% IPA, is hopped in the whirlpool with New Zealand Nectaron and Mosaic hops, then dry-hopped with a blend of Nectaron, Waimea, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops.⁣ ⁣ Turtles Board brings layers of citrusy pine, zesty lemon meringue, peach and stonefruit.⁣
