Head High Batch 3,000

India Pale Ale

6.8% ABV

Head High Batch 3,000 was brewed with the same pilsner base malt as all of our classic Head High batches but we added a bunch of rye and wheat. ⁣ ⁣ On the hot side we added Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic in the whirlpool and then added more Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic to our Head High dry hop program. ⁣ ⁣ For our Head High fans, Batch 3,000 will be familiar with slightly more citrus, passion fruit, tropical, and stone fruit flavors and aromas.⁣

Double Dry Hopped Head High

India Pale Ale

6.6% ABV

For this version of Double Dry Hopped Head High we doubled the amount of Head High’s traditional dry hop blend, then added an additional dry hop using all Galaxy.

Cosmic Dreaming

India Pale Ale

6.5% ABV

Cosmic Dreaming is brewed with pilsner, oats, wheat, and a touch of low crystal malts.  It was dry hopped with Citra and Cascade but fermented with a new yeast strain that adds tropical aromas typically experienced from southern Hemisphere hops. ⁣ ⁣ The end result is a punchy, citrus packed IPA with flavors of grapefruit, peach, and passion fruit and subtle floral aromas.

Epic Party Wave

Triple IPA

9.8% ABV

Epic Party Wave is an amped up version of our favorite Party Wave. ⁣ ⁣ It’s hopped in the whirlpool with Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic and dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy, but at a much higher rate than the original.⁣ ⁣ This incredibly hoppy Triple IPA has the same wonderful citrus and stone fruit flavor as Party Wave, only turned up a notch.⁣

Wheat Box

Hoppy Ale

5.8% ABV

A member of the Sneakbox family- Instead of our usual pilsner base malt, Wheat Box is brewed with a malted wheat base. It’s hopped with Citra in the whirlpool and dry hopped, like Sneakbox, but we added HBC 586 to another round of dry-hopping to accentuate the stone fruit, mango and citrus flavors.

Barrel-Aged Morning Bean (2021)

Barrel-Aged Imperial Milk Stout

11.9% ABV

This is the first barrel aged version of Morning Bean. Barrel Aged Morning Bean- a 11.9% blend of Imperial Milk Porters aged in Old Fitzgerald, Willett, and 17-year Wild Turkey bourbon barrels for an average of 15 months. We then conditioned this decadent beer on ton of hand-cut and scraped Madagascar vanilla beans and Rook Coffee that complement the notes of brown sugar and vanilla from barrel aging to create a bold, flavorful porter.

Barrel Aged Brownie Sugar Adjunct Magik (2021)

Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

12.8% ABV

This decadent blend was brewed with a massive amount of brownie batter and then aged for 17 months in Buffalo Trace and Weller Bourbon barrels. Next, we conditioned it on a thoughtful amount of Haitian cacao nibs and Madagascar vanilla beans. The vanilla and caramel notes from the barrel aging is intensified by the addition of cacao nibs and vanilla beans to create a truly indulgent experience that reminds us of the ultimate brownie à la mode.

Shell Game (2019)

Rye Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

13.8% ABV

Brewed in collaboration with Jackie O's, Shell Game is our 13.8% Rye Imperial Stout brewed with brown sugar, hand-toasted almonds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds that was aged in Rye Whiskey barrels for over a year. After being racked out of barrels we conditioned the beer on coconut and granola. The final product is a rich, full bodied and complex Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout with multiple layers of flavor.

4015

Blend of Barrel-Aged Ales

13.8% ABV

4,015 is our 13.8% blend of Barrel-Aged Ales that was created to commemorate our 11th Anniversary. Since our First Anniversary release, 365, we have reserved a portion of each year’s release so it can be blended the following year to create the next Anniversary Ale. By doing each one of our Anniversary releases contains a piece of our brewing past. ⁣ ⁣ 4,015 combines small pieces of the first decade of our barrel-aging program. Stored properly, 4,015 should age well.

Evening Bell (2021)

Imperial Milk Porter

9.2% ABV

Evening Bell is our rich and dark 9.2% Imperial Milk Porter brewed with lactose. From the Morning Bell family of beers, this one is brewed without the addition of coffee, making it a great evening treat for the non-coffee drinkers.

Electric Tide

India Pale Ale

7.0% ABV

Electric Tide was hopped with a blend of two of our favorite hops—Nelson and Chinook. First, it was hopped in the whirlpool with Chinook and then dry-hopped with even more Chinook and Nelson Sauvin, resulting in flavors of fresh crushed gooseberries and pine.

Shell King

Hoppy Session Ale

7.6% ABV

Shell King is the big brother to our Hoppy Session Ale, Tiny Shells. It’s hopped in the whirlpool with Simcoe and Citra and dry-hopped with a combination of Chinook, Simcoe, Waimea, and Amarillo. Shell King is packed with all the crushable passion fruit, orange, and grapefruit notes you expect from Tiny Shells.

10th Anniversary IPA

Imperial IPA

8.2% ABV

This 8.2% Imperial IPA was brewed to commemorate our 10th Anniversary. It was hopped with the 10 different varieties that define our most popular and memorable IPAs we have brewed since 2011. This incredible hoppy Imperial IPA was brewed with a blend of Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, Cascade, Centennial, Amarillo, Chinook, and Columbus.

Symphony at Sea (2026)

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

12.7% ABV

Symphony At Sea is our collaborative Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout brewed with our friends from Brasseria Della Fonte in Italy. Symphony At Sea is a 12.7% Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout brewed with maple and aged for an average of 35 months in a blend of Heaven Hill Bourbon, 8-Year Elijah Craig, and Elijah Craig Toasted Bourbon barrels. This beer pushes deep notes of chocolate, maple, cinnamon, and toasted bread crust.

Blend of Barrel-Aged Ales

12.0% ABV

3,285 is a blend of barrel-aged ales aged in rye whiskey barrels. This beer is released annually to commemorate our anniversary. Each year we save a portion of our previous anniversary beer to be blended with a fresh batch that is then aged for a year in rye whiskey barrels. We do this so that every anniversary ale contains a piece of our past and evolves and changes with the brewery over time. ⁣Stored properly, 3,285 should age well.

8th Anniversary Port Redux

Blend of Barrel-Aged Ales

12.4% ABV

Inspired by our first anniversary ale, Port Anniversary Redux was created by separately double barrel-aging our rye barrel-aged anniversary blend and one of our imperial stouts in both Ruby and Tawny Port wine barrels. After aging for 10 months, we separately racked the components of each beer into stainless for conditioning. Once ready, we blended the components to taste, then aged the blend on Ghanaian cacao nibs to achieve a flavor profile similar to a dessert wine and chocolate pairing.⁣ ⁣Stored properly, Port Anniversary Redux should age well.

8th Anniversary Moscatel Redux

Blend of Barrel-Aged Ales

13.0% ABV

Inspired by our first anniversary ale, Port Anniversary Redux was created by blending some of our favorite barrels from our stock of rye barrel-aged anniversary ales and bourbon barrel-aged imperial stouts. We then double barrel-aged the blend in Moscatel wine barrels (a Portuguese fortified wine) for a year. The subtle and delicate sweetness of the Moscatel wine barrels perfectly complements the intricate flavors from our previously aged ales for a finish that is truly worth savoring. ⁣Stored properly, Port Anniversary Redux should age well.

Blend of Barrel-Aged Ales

12.1% ABV

2,920 is a blend of barrel-aged ​ales aged in rye whiskey barrels. This beer is released annually to commemorate our anniversary. Each year we save a portion of our previous anniversary ​beer to be blended with a fresh batch that is then aged for a year in rye whiskey barrels. We do this so that every anniversary ale contains a piece of our past and evolves and changes with the brewery over time. Stored properly, 2,920 should age well.

2922

Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

12.3% ABV

2,922 is a blend of hand selected barrel-aged imperial stouts and porters that were individually chosen from our stock of over 200 spirit barrels. The blend was aged in stainless and then conditioned on Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans and cinnamon. 2,922 expresses deep layers of caramel, chocolate and maple, for a final finish similar to a maple syrup drenched French toast. Stored properly, 2,922 should age well.

Triple Barrel Aged 2920

Blend of Barrel-Aged Ales

14.4% ABV

Triple Barrel-Aged 2,920 is our 14.4% Triple Barrel-Aged variant of our Eighth Anniversary Ale. Following the release of our 8th Anniversary Ale, 2920, we took a portion of that barrel-aged blend and racked it into a single Cognac puncheon. After considerable time in that puncheon, we spilt the blend into a single Rum Barrel and Amburana cask. After finishing in those barrels we blend the two together and cold conditioned in stainless before packaging. Stored properly, Triple Barrel-Aged 2,920 should age well.

Belgian-Style Quad

12.5% ABV

2,555 is a Belgian-style Quadrupel aged in rye whiskey barrels blended with previous vintages of our anniversary ale. This beer is released annually to commemorate our anniversary. Stored properly, 2,555 should age well.

Blend of Barrel-Aged Porters & Stouts

10.2% ABV

2,557 is a unique beer specially blended to commemorate our seventh anniversary. This beer consists of a blend of bourbon barrel aged imperial stouts and porters. Stored properly, 2,557 should age well.

Belgian Dark Strong Ale

11.8% ABV

1,095 is a blend of bourbon barrel aged Belgian-style dark ales, including the barrel aged versions of our previous anniversary releases. For the first time this year, our anniversary beer contains 100% barrel aged beers. Stored properly, 1,095 should age well.

Belgian Dark Strong Ale

10.2% ABV

730, our Second Anniversary Ale, is a Belgian-style dark ale blended with several barrel-aged Belgian ales––among them Bourbon Barrel Aged 365, our first anniversary beer. Stored properly, 730 should age well.
