Velvet Hand

Extra Special Bitter

5.3% ABV

Velvet Hand is our 5.3% Extra Special Bitter. It’s brewed with all British malt, hopped with EKG and Fuggle and fermented with an English yeast. Velvet Hand is a balanced, drinkable beer with subtle floral notes and flavors of biscuit, honey, dark fruit, and spice.

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Driftwood (2022)

Barrel-Aged Imperial Brown Ale

13.4% ABV

This 13.4% Imperial Brown Ale was aged in a blend of Blanton’s Bourbon, Woodford Reserve Double Oaked Bourbon, and E.H. Taylor Bourbon Barrels. This beer has an average age of 24 months.

Red Wine Bourbon Barrel-Aged Driftwood (2022)

Barrel-Aged Imperial Brown Ale

11.6% ABV

This 11.6% Imperial Brown Ale was aged in a blend of Jim Beam Legent Red Wine Finished Bourbon and Buffalo Trace Blanton’s Bourbon Barrels. This beer has an average age of 24 months.

Head High Batch 3000

India Pale Ale

6.8% ABV

Head High Batch 3,000 was brewed with the same pilsner base malt as all of our classic Head High batches but we added a bunch of rye and wheat. ⁣ ⁣ On the hot side we added Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic in the whirlpool and then added more Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic to our Head High dry hop program. ⁣ ⁣ For our Head High fans, Batch 3,000 will be familiar with slightly more citrus, passion fruit, tropical, and stone fruit flavors and aromas.⁣

Double Dry Hopped Head High

India Pale Ale

6.6% ABV

For this version of Double Dry Hopped Head High we doubled the amount of Head High’s traditional dry hop blend, then added an additional dry hop using all Galaxy.

Cosmic Dreaming

India Pale Ale

6.5% ABV

Cosmic Dreaming is brewed with pilsner, oats, wheat, and a touch of low crystal malts.  It was dry hopped with Citra and Cascade but fermented with a new yeast strain that adds tropical aromas typically experienced from southern Hemisphere hops. ⁣ ⁣ The end result is a punchy, citrus packed IPA with flavors of grapefruit, peach, and passion fruit and subtle floral aromas.

Epic Party Wave

Triple IPA

9.8% ABV

Epic Party Wave is an amped up version of our favorite Party Wave. ⁣ ⁣ It’s hopped in the whirlpool with Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic and dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy, but at a much higher rate than the original.⁣ ⁣ This incredibly hoppy Triple IPA has the same wonderful citrus and stone fruit flavor as Party Wave, only turned up a notch.⁣

Wheat Box

Hoppy Ale

5.8% ABV

A member of the Sneakbox family- Instead of our usual pilsner base malt, Wheat Box is brewed with a malted wheat base. It’s hopped with Citra in the whirlpool and dry hopped, like Sneakbox, but we added HBC 586 to another round of dry-hopping to accentuate the stone fruit, mango and citrus flavors.

Barrel-Aged Morning Bean (2021)

Barrel-Aged Imperial Milk Stout

11.9% ABV

This is the first barrel aged version of Morning Bean. Barrel Aged Morning Bean- a 11.9% blend of Imperial Milk Porters aged in Old Fitzgerald, Willett, and 17-year Wild Turkey bourbon barrels for an average of 15 months. We then conditioned this decadent beer on ton of hand-cut and scraped Madagascar vanilla beans and Rook Coffee that complement the notes of brown sugar and vanilla from barrel aging to create a bold, flavorful porter.

Barrel Aged Brownie Sugar Adjunct Magik (2021)

Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

12.8% ABV

This decadent blend was brewed with a massive amount of brownie batter and then aged for 17 months in Buffalo Trace and Weller Bourbon barrels. Next, we conditioned it on a thoughtful amount of Haitian cacao nibs and Madagascar vanilla beans. The vanilla and caramel notes from the barrel aging is intensified by the addition of cacao nibs and vanilla beans to create a truly indulgent experience that reminds us of the ultimate brownie à la mode.

Shell Game (2019)

Rye Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

13.8% ABV

Brewed in collaboration with Jackie O's, Shell Game is our 13.8% Rye Imperial Stout brewed with brown sugar, hand-toasted almonds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds that was aged in Rye Whiskey barrels for over a year. After being racked out of barrels we conditioned the beer on coconut and granola. The final product is a rich, full bodied and complex Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout with multiple layers of flavor.

Blend of Barrel-Aged Ales

13.8% ABV

4015 is our 13.8% blend of Barrel-Aged Ales that was created to commemorate our 11th Anniversary. Since our First Anniversary release, 365, we have reserved a portion of each year’s release so it can be blended the following year to create the next Anniversary Ale. By doing each one of our Anniversary releases contains a piece of our brewing past. ⁣ ⁣ 4015 combines small pieces of the last decade of our barrel-aging program with all the complexities of our current barrel stock.⁣

Amburana Winter Daydream

German-Style Bock

7.4% ABV

Amburana Winter Daydream is brewed using a three-step mash and complex grist of German Pilsner and Munich malts along with a small addition of wheat and roast malts. A light Whirlpool hop carefully balances the rich malt flavors of this Bock. Amburana Winter Daydream was fermented with our house lager yeast and cold conditioned in stainless for four weeks before packaging Finally aged on Amburana wood, Amburana Winter Daydream adds cinnamon, coconut and warm spice complexities to the hazelnut, coffee and chocolate notes of Winter Daydream.

Weekend In Vienna

Vienna Lager

5.9% ABV

Brewed with a special grist of Isaria and Barke Munich malt, Weekend In Vienna showcases a rich, toasty malt foundation. A measured addition of Hersbrucker hops balances the malt sweetness with a noble hop bitterness before it’s fermented with our house lager yeast. Weekend In Vienna pours a deep amber hue, pushing fresh-baked bread, light toast, and subtle caramel notes. Weekend In Vienna cans are available at the brewery today and will begin hitting distribution next week.

Vengeful Heart (2026)

Barrel-Aged Barleywine

13.4% ABV

This year's vintage of Vengeful Heart comes from a blend of barleywine aged in of Buffalo Trace Bourbon and Heaven Hill 14-Year Select Bourbon barrels for an average of 29 months. ​ ​ Vengeful Heart pours an dark amber hue with aromatics of cinnamon spice, maple, and chocolate brownie fudge, followed by flavors of dark fruit and malt sweetness.

Morning Bell (2026)

Imperial Milk Porter

9.2% ABV

This local favorite collaboration with Rook Coffee is brewed with our house base malt, a blend of European crystal and roast malts, and a hint of milk sugar for balance and sweetness. Morning Bell is conditioned on dark roast coffee hand-selected by the experts at Rook. Morning Bell pours with a mocha brown head and a deep espresso colored body. It delivers rich notes of chocolate and caramel with layers of freshly roasted coffee with cream. Morning Bell is the perfect blend for those who love New Jersey crafted coffee and beer.

Morning Bean (2026)

Imperial Milk Porter

9.2% ABV

Brewed with our house base malt, a blend of European crystal and roast malts, and a touch of milk sugar, Morning Bean is rich and smooth. Built off the flavor profile of Morning Bell, Morning Bean is conditioned on freshly roasted Rook coffee with the addition of Madagascar vanilla beans. Morning Bean pushes vibrant notes of roasted coffee, vanilla, and dark chocolate in a dark, espresso-colored body. Morning Bean and Morning Bell are a perfect match for anyone who loves New Jersey-crafted beer and coffee.
