Head High

India Pale Ale

A New Jersey classic, Head High is a 6.6% American-style IPA and our flagship beer. Kane has been brewing Head High every day, since day one. Head High is all about the hops; five kinds for those keeping count. The result of this hoppy goodness is a noticeable grapefruit flavor with aromas of citrus, tropical fruits, and pine with a straw color, foamy head, and crisp flavor. This wave rolls in all day, every day, all year round.

Sneakbox

Pale Ale

5.4% ABV

Sneakbox is our 5.4% American Pale Ale. A highly drinkable Jersey favorite, Sneakbox is made with 100% Citra hops, and pours a hazy golden yellow, with a citrus aroma that finishes smooth, dry, and crisp. And if don’t know, now you know: A Sneakbox is a small boat that can be sailed, rowed, poled, or sculled, typically used for hunting waterfowl. The first Sneakbox was invented in West Creek, New Jersey back in 1836 by Captain Hazelton Seaman. Our Sneakbox beer is as versatile as the boat it gets its name from.

Overhead

Imperial India Pale Ale

8.2% ABV

Overhead is the perfect beer for celebrating after you’ve had a choppy day that got a little hectic but in the end, you rode it out like a champ. Overhead is our 8.2% Imperial IPA loaded with our favorite hops; Amarillo, Simcoe, Centennial, and Columbus, and includes two rounds of dry hopping to create a cascade of pine, resin, and citrus hop flavors that consume your palate. Similar to Head High in its unique flavor, but a completely different experience due to the brewing process which produces a dry, crisp finish.

Party Wave

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

Party Wave is our 7.4% IPA brewed with a blend of four hops; Galaxy, Mosaic, and Citra. Party Wave pours a hazy yellow and has flavors of passion fruit and citrus from the heavy use of Galaxy and Citra and more subtle pine and tropical fruit from the Mosaic and Simcoe blend well with the Pilsner malt base. Smooth, juicy and highly drinkable Party Wave of hops.

Years End

Imperial IPA

8.0% ABV

Years End is hopped with Citra, Galaxy, Nelson and Nectaron for a bright hoppy flavor profile of tropical fruit, white wine and mangos.

Blue Hotel

India Pale Ale

7.5% ABV

Blue Hotel is hopped in the Whirlpool and dry-hop with nothing but Galaxy, pushing the tropical fruit notes of one of our favorite hops. Blue Hotel pours a hazy pale yellow with intense flavor notes of passion fruit, citrus and peach.​

Holy Nights (2024)

Imperial Stout

10.3% ABV

Holy Nights is our full-bodied Imperial Stout conditioned on freshly toasted coconut, cacao nibs, Madagascar vanilla beans and dark roast coffee. Holy Nights pours jet black with aromatics of cappuccino and fudgy chocolate and has complex flavors of sweet vanilla, coconut crème supported by a thick, velvety Imperial Stout. Perfect to share at your next holiday party.

Double Galaxy Head High

6.6% ABV

Double Galaxy Head High was brewed to push the tropical and citrus notes of classic Head High one step further. Double Galaxy Head High was brewed with Citra and Centennial in the Whirlpool, then double dry-hopped; first with Citra, Chinook and Simcoe, then with Simcoe Cryo, Citra Cryo, Cascade Cryo and a massive double dose of Galaxy.​

Royal Lager

American Lager

4.0% ABV

Royal Lager, our 4.0% American Lager, is brewed with Pilsner malt and gently hopped with Saaz. ​ This beer was spunded for natural carbonation and lagered for over a month before packaging.​ Royal Lager is a refreshing pale lager with notes of freshly baked biscuits and a light malty sweetness, finishing clean and crisp​

Maple Double Barrel Dripping Maple (2024)

Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

11.3% ABV

Maple Double Barrel Dripping Maple was aged for 32 months in a Buffalo Trace Stagg Jr. Bourbon barrel before being double barrel aged for an additional 12 months in a Heaven Hill Elijah Craig 8-Year Bourbon barrel that previously held maple syrup. After conditioning on Korintje cinnamon and Madagascar vanilla beans, Maple Double Barrel Dripping Maple boasts notes of brown butter toffee cake, cinnamon sugar donuts and French toast drowned in maple syrup.

Dripping Maple (2024)

Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

12.4% ABV

2024 Dripping Maple was aged in a blend of Buffalo Trace Weller Bourbon and George Dickel 16-Year Bourbon with an average age of 22 months. Dripping Maple was then conditioned on Korintje cinnamon and Madagascar vanilla beans to develop bold flavors of bourbon-drenched French Toast, burnt caramel and sweet cinnamon rolls.​

Party Boost

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

Party Boost, our 7.4% IPA, is brewed to bring more intense flavors and aromas with HyperBoost and DynaBoost hop oils. Party Boost is hopped with DynaBoost Mosaic in the Whirlpool to amplify the tropical fruit and citrus profile we love in Party Wave. It's then dry-hopped with Galaxy, Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe with a large addition of HyperBoost Citra and HyperBoost Mosaic. Party Boost pulls intense citrus, berry and tropical fruit notes from the Dynaboost and Hyperboost hop oils, along with underlying notes of pine, passionfruit and peach.

Do I Even Like Eggnog?

Holiday Ale

6.8% ABV

This 6.8% Eggnog-inspired Holiday Ale is brewed with our house pilsner malt, wheat, oats, and lactose for a full-bodied beer, reminiscent of a traditional holiday eggnog.​ ​ To balance the sweetness from the lactose, this beer was gently hopped in the kettle, then conditioned on nutmeg and bourbon-soaked vanilla.​ ​ Do I Even Like Eggnog? pours a hazy gold with holiday forward notes of vanilla and light bourbon spice.​ ​ Do I Even Like Eggnog? blends all the character of traditional Eggnog with a smooth and full-bodied ale.

The Honey Eater

Double Barrel-Aged Barleywine

14.6% ABV

The Honey Eater was brewed in collaboration with our friends at 3BR Distillery. This beer was selected from a batch of long-boiled barleywine aged for 29 months in a single Buffalo Trace Stagg Jr. barrel before being double barreled in a honey spirit cask from 3BR. The distillate previously aged in the honey barrel came from Miombo Tanzanian honey that was fermented, distilled and then aged in oak for six months. The Honey Eater pours mahogany with a luxuriously thick mouthfeel and aromatics of toffee, caramel and dark stewed fruits. This beer finishes with subtle notes of honey jack and a light floral component.​

Světlé 8°

Czech-Style Pale Lager

3.5% ABV

Světlé 8° was cold fermented, naturally carbonated and lagered for 5 weeks before packaging.​ Světlé 8° is supremely crisp and drinkable with bright, refreshing notes of fresh bread and subtle lemon, making this pale lager a great choice for a highly sessionable lager.

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

13.0% ABV

Our 13.0% Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels. The extended aging allowed seasonal temperature fluctuations in the barrels to draw bold flavors from the oak that can only develop with time. The heat of the bourbon gave way to a subtle caramel sweetness, and the bold, sharp edges of the roasted malt mellowed and married with flavors of vanilla and oak.

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

12.7% ABV

To celebrate the 11th Anniversary of the first release of A Night To End All Dawns, our 12.7% Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels was conditioned on 11 varieties of vanilla beans; from Madagascar, Australia, Comoros, Alor Island of Indonesia, Mauritius, Papa New Guinea, Marquesas Islands, Cook Islands, Taha’s Island of Tahiti, Brazil and Costa Rica.

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

12.7% ABV

Inspired by the popular ice cream flavor, our 12.7% Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels was conditioned on cacao nibs from Ghana and Ecuador, vanilla beans from Madagascar and the Democratic Republic of the Congo and roasted almonds.​

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

12.7% ABV

Inspired by the popular hazelnut spread, our 12.7% Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels was conditioned on cacao nibs from Ghana and roasted hazelnuts.​

Colorless Rainbow

India Pale Ale

7.3% ABV

Colorless Rainbow is hopped with Centennial in the kettle, Riwaka and Centennial in the whirlpool, and finally dry-hopped with Citra, Riwaka, Centennial and Chinook. Colorless Rainbow pours a hazy pale orange with notes of passionfruit, mango, and tropical fruit juice.

Tide & Timber

Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

11.5% ABV

Tide & Timber is our Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout brewed in collaboration with our friends at Esker Hart. Tide & Timber is brewed with a base of Maris Otter, British and German specialty malts and a massive dose of maple syrup and molasses. Tide & Timber was aged for a total of 23 months in both Heaven Hill bourbon and Woodford Reserve Wheat whiskey barrels before blending.​

Tide & Timber - Black & White Cookie

Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

Tide & Timber Black & White Cookie is our Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout brewed in collaboration with our friends at Esker Hart. Tide & Timber Black & White Cookie was aged in a blend of Woodford Reserve Double Oaked bourbon, Heaven Hill bourbon and Woodford Reserve Wheat Whiskey barrels for a total of 23 months, then conditioned on vanilla beans from Madagascar and Comoros as well as cacao nibs from Ecuador and a large dose of graham crackers.​

Tide & Timber - Banana Walnut Cookie

Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

11.2% ABV

Tide & Timber Banana Walnut Cookie is our Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout brewed in collaboration with our friends at Esker Hart. Tide & Timber Banana Walnut Cookie is our 11.2% Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout aged in a blend of Woodford Reserve Double Oaked bourbon, Heaven Hill bourbon and Woodford Reserve Wheat Whiskey barrels for a total of 23 months, then conditioned on wild Thai banana, cinnamon and freshly toasted walnuts.

Tmavé 10°

Czech-Style Dark Lager

4.8% ABV

A more sessionable version of our Czech-style Dark Lager, Tmavé 13°, Tmavé 10° uses a multi-step mash and floor-malted Bohemian Pilsner and Bohemian Dark Munich.⁣​ Tmavé 10° is hopped with Czech Saaz and fermented with our house lager yeast. It's then spunded for natural carbonation and cold conditioned for six weeks.⁣​ Tmavé 10° pours a deep amber with a creamy, tan head, pushing notes of toasted bread, light toffee and a malty sweetness balanced by a restrained floral bitterness from the Saaz.⁣​
