India Pale Ale
7.4% ABV
Indicators is hopped with Citra and Nelson in the Whirlpool, followed by a large dry-hop of Nelson, Citra, Waimea and Galaxy. This hazy IPA is made with our favorite Southern hemisphere hops, pushing aromatic and flavor notes of grapefruit, mango, pineapple, pomelo and tangerine.

Multicolored Mirrors
Black IPA
7.2% ABV
Multicolored Mirrors starts with our house Pilsner malt, combined with a selection of European caramel and roasted malts to create a rich and complex flavor. A blend of Simcoe, Cascade, and Columbus were added to bring hoppy complements to the dark malts. Multicolored Mirrors pours black with a thick mocha-tan head. Its full-bodied character showcases notes of resin, pine and citrus, balanced by a hint of roasted malt sweetness.

Purple Mountains
India Pale Ale
7.2% ABV
Purple Mountains is hopped throughout the hot side with Calista and Hallertau Blanc before getting a big dry hop of more Hallertau Blanc, Calista, and Nelson Sauvin. The use of newer German hops combined with one of our favorite New Zealand hops creates unique layers of hop flavors including soft melon and orange sherbet intertwined with smooth wine grape and berry notes.

Whole Leaf Magic
India Pale Ale
7.5% ABV
This year, Whole Leaf Magic is brewed entirely with Krush (formerly HBC 586). Whole Leaf Magic received a large dose of whole leaf Krush during the Whirlpool before being fermented on an even larger quantity of Whole Leaf Krush. Whole Leaf Magic was then heavily dry-hopped with even more Whole Leaf Krush before packaging. Whole Leaf Krush gives this beer a bold, hoppy profile of stone fruit, berry, citrus and sweet fruit, with an underlying floral profile from the whole leaf variety.

Blue Motel
India Pale Ale
6.9% ABV
Brewed to be a lower ABV relative to Blue Hotel, this beer is hopped with Galaxy and Riwaka in the Whirlpool, followed by a dry-hop of Galaxy, Riwaka, and Citra. Blue Motel offers bold hoppy notes of passionfruit, peach and citrus.

Tomorrow Is Already Here (2024)
Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout
13.4% ABV
For this year's vintage of Tomorrow Is Already Here, our team tasted through our cellar and selected some of our favorite Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stouts. These barrels, with an average age of 25 months, were blended and Double Barrel-Aged for an additional three months in separate spirits casks. After aging, these casks were blended and conditioned in stainless for four weeks prior to bottling. Our 2024 Tomorrow Is Already Here pours jet black with a tan foam and brings complex notes of caramel, vanilla bean and coconut with highlights of fresh baked cinnamon pastry and additional layers of sweet cake frosting and dark mocha.

Flannel Wetsuit
Winter IPA

Flannel Wetsuit was hopped with Simcoe, Mosaic and Columbus in the Whirlpool, and Simcoe, Mosaic, Columbus & Simcoe Cryo in the dry-hop. Flannel Wetsuit was fermented with a clean yeast strain for a crisp, neutral profile allowing the hops to carry the flavors. Flannel Wetsuit pours gold, presenting a flavor profile of resin, pine, peach, and mango.

Afterglow
India Pale Ale
6.2% ABV
Afterglow was the second batch of beer brewed when we opened in 2011. After a few years we stopped production to make room in the schedule for more Head High, but it's back. Afterglow was brewed with a blend of 2-row malts that are slightly darker and more flavorful than our house pilsner, and low-level caramel malts for a fuller mouthfeel and slightly sweeter finish. Afterglow was hopped in the kettle with Simcoe and Chinook and finished in the Whirlpool with Cascade. We used a classic West-Coast yeast at a lower temperature for a clean fermentation with low ester production to let the malts and hops shine. Afterglow was dry-hopped, over two additions, with Simcoe, Chinook and Cascade, followed by a second round with Citra and more Simcoe, Cascade and Chinook Cryo. Afterglow is a full-bodied IPA that pours a vibrant rose color that replicates the color of the sky after the sun goes down. It drinks with hoppy notes of orange citrus, pineapple, grapefruit and a hit of piney resin—all perfectly balanced by a subtle malty sweetness.

Tropical Breaker
India Pale Ale

Tropical Breaker was hopped with Cascade Cryo and Nectaron in the Whirlpool and dry-hopped with Superdelic, Nelson, Galaxy, Citra Cryo, Simcoe Cryo and Galaxy Spectrum. This unique blend of hops gives Tropical Breaker an aromatic array of refreshing tropical fruit, citrus and pine, all in a hazy orange pour.

FWD 1134
West Coast Pilsner
5.5% ABV
FWD 1134, our 5.5% West Coast Pilsner brewed as part of Yakima Chief's hop innovation program, FWD. FWD 1134 starts out with a blend of Pilsner and 2-Row malts, laying the groundwork for the FWD hops to carry their flavors and aromas. This beer was kettle-hopped with HBC 1134 then hopped in the whirlpool with Mosaic. FWD 1134 was dry-hopped with HBC 1134, Nelson and Citra. The citrus and wine notes from the Citra and Nelson are a catalyst for the fresh, bright, noble hop flavor profile from HBC 1134. FWD 1134 pours a golden straw color with brilliant clarity, pushing vibrant aromatic and flavor notes of bright citrus, stone fruit, lime and white wine. This beer finishes clean and dry, allowing the hops to shine.

Double Dry-Hopped Party Wave

This take on classic Party Wave was hopped with Citra and Mosaic in the Whirlpool before receiving a huge double dry-hop of Galaxy, Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe. We dry-hopped this beer at a rate of close to 8lb per barrel giving way to intense hop notes of mangos, pine and passionfruit.

Blue Hotel is hopped in the Whirlpool and dry-hop with nothing but Galaxy, pushing the tropical fruit notes of one of our favorite hops. Blue Hotel pours a hazy pale yellow with intense flavor notes of passion fruit, citrus and peach.

Double Galaxy Head High was brewed to push the tropical and citrus notes of classic Head High one step further. Double Galaxy Head High was brewed with Citra and Centennial in the Whirlpool, then double dry-hopped; first with Citra, Chinook and Simcoe, then with Simcoe Cryo, Citra Cryo, Cascade Cryo and a massive double dose of Galaxy.

Holy Nights is our full-bodied Imperial Stout conditioned on freshly toasted coconut, cacao nibs, Madagascar vanilla beans and dark roast coffee. Holy Nights pours jet black with aromatics of cappuccino and fudgy chocolate and has complex flavors of sweet vanilla, coconut crème supported by a thick, velvety Imperial Stout. Perfect to share at your next holiday party.

Royal Lager, our 4.0% American Lager, is brewed with Pilsner malt and gently hopped with Saaz. This beer was spunded for natural carbonation and lagered for over a month before packaging. Maple Double Barrel Dripping Maple (2024)
Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

Maple Double Barrel Dripping Maple was aged for 32 months in a Buffalo Trace Stagg Jr. Bourbon barrel before being double barrel aged for an additional 12 months in a Heaven Hill Elijah Craig 8-Year Bourbon barrel that previously held maple syrup. After conditioning on Korintje cinnamon and Madagascar vanilla beans, Maple Double Barrel Dripping Maple boasts notes of brown butter toffee cake, cinnamon sugar donuts and French toast drowned in maple syrup.

Dripping Maple (2024)
Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

2024 Dripping Maple was aged in a blend of Buffalo Trace Weller Bourbon and George Dickel 16-Year Bourbon with an average age of 22 months. Dripping Maple was then conditioned on Korintje cinnamon and Madagascar vanilla beans to develop bold flavors of bourbon-drenched French Toast, burnt caramel and sweet cinnamon rolls.

India Pale Ale

Party Boost, our 7.4% IPA, is brewed to bring more intense flavors and aromas with HyperBoost and DynaBoost hop oils. Party Boost is hopped with DynaBoost Mosaic in the Whirlpool to amplify the tropical fruit and citrus profile we love in Party Wave. It's then dry-hopped with Galaxy, Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe with a large addition of HyperBoost Citra and HyperBoost Mosaic. Party Boost pulls intense citrus, berry and tropical fruit notes from the Dynaboost and Hyperboost hop oils, along with underlying notes of pine, passionfruit and peach.

Do I Even Like Eggnog?
Holiday Ale

This 6.8% Eggnog-inspired Holiday Ale is brewed with our house pilsner malt, wheat, oats, and lactose for a full-bodied beer, reminiscent of a traditional holiday eggnog. To balance the sweetness from the lactose, this beer was gently hopped in the kettle, then conditioned on nutmeg and bourbon-soaked vanilla. Do I Even Like Eggnog? pours a hazy gold with holiday forward notes of vanilla and light bourbon spice. Do I Even Like Eggnog? blends all the character of traditional Eggnog with a smooth and full-bodied ale.

The Honey Eater
Double Barrel-Aged Barleywine

The Honey Eater was brewed in collaboration with our friends at 3BR Distillery. This beer was selected from a batch of long-boiled barleywine aged for 29 months in a single Buffalo Trace Stagg Jr. barrel before being double barreled in a honey spirit cask from 3BR. The distillate previously aged in the honey barrel came from Miombo Tanzanian honey that was fermented, distilled and then aged in oak for six months. The Honey Eater pours mahogany with a luxuriously thick mouthfeel and aromatics of toffee, caramel and dark stewed fruits. This beer finishes with subtle notes of honey jack and a light floral component.

Světlé 8° was cold fermented, naturally carbonated and lagered for 5 weeks before packaging. Světlé 8° is supremely crisp and drinkable with bright, refreshing notes of fresh bread and subtle lemon, making this pale lager a great choice for a highly sessionable lager.

A Night To End All Dawns (2024)
Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout
13.0% ABV
Our 13.0% Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels. The extended aging allowed seasonal temperature fluctuations in the barrels to draw bold flavors from the oak that can only develop with time. The heat of the bourbon gave way to a subtle caramel sweetness, and the bold, sharp edges of the roasted malt mellowed and married with flavors of vanilla and oak.

To celebrate the 11th Anniversary of the first release of A Night To End All Dawns, our 12.7% Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels was conditioned on 11 varieties of vanilla beans; from Madagascar, Australia, Comoros, Alor Island of Indonesia, Mauritius, Papa New Guinea, Marquesas Islands, Cook Islands, Taha’s Island of Tahiti, Brazil and Costa Rica.
