Maple Double Barrel Dripping Maple (2024)

Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

11.3% ABV

Maple Double Barrel Dripping Maple was aged for 32 months in a Buffalo Trace Stagg Jr. Bourbon barrel before being double barrel aged for an additional 12 months in a Heaven Hill Elijah Craig 8-Year Bourbon barrel that previously held maple syrup. After conditioning on Korintje cinnamon and Madagascar vanilla beans, Maple Double Barrel Dripping Maple boasts notes of brown butter toffee cake, cinnamon sugar donuts and French toast drowned in maple syrup.

Dripping Maple (2024)

Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

12.4% ABV

2024 Dripping Maple was aged in a blend of Buffalo Trace Weller Bourbon and George Dickel 16-Year Bourbon with an average age of 22 months. Dripping Maple was then conditioned on Korintje cinnamon and Madagascar vanilla beans to develop bold flavors of bourbon-drenched French Toast, burnt caramel and sweet cinnamon rolls.​

Party Boost

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

Party Boost, our 7.4% IPA, is brewed to bring more intense flavors and aromas with HyperBoost and DynaBoost hop oils. Party Boost is hopped with DynaBoost Mosaic in the Whirlpool to amplify the tropical fruit and citrus profile we love in Party Wave. It's then dry-hopped with Galaxy, Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe with a large addition of HyperBoost Citra and HyperBoost Mosaic. Party Boost pulls intense citrus, berry and tropical fruit notes from the Dynaboost and Hyperboost hop oils, along with underlying notes of pine, passionfruit and peach.

Do I Even Like Eggnog?

Holiday Ale

6.8% ABV

This 6.8% Eggnog-inspired Holiday Ale is brewed with our house pilsner malt, wheat, oats, and lactose for a full-bodied beer, reminiscent of a traditional holiday eggnog.​ ​ To balance the sweetness from the lactose, this beer was gently hopped in the kettle, then conditioned on nutmeg and bourbon-soaked vanilla.​ ​ Do I Even Like Eggnog? pours a hazy gold with holiday forward notes of vanilla and light bourbon spice.​ ​ Do I Even Like Eggnog? blends all the character of traditional Eggnog with a smooth and full-bodied ale.

The Honey Eater

Double Barrel-Aged Barleywine

14.6% ABV

The Honey Eater was brewed in collaboration with our friends at 3BR Distillery. This beer was selected from a batch of long-boiled barleywine aged for 29 months in a single Buffalo Trace Stagg Jr. barrel before being double barreled in a honey spirit cask from 3BR. The distillate previously aged in the honey barrel came from Miombo Tanzanian honey that was fermented, distilled and then aged in oak for six months. The Honey Eater pours mahogany with a luxuriously thick mouthfeel and aromatics of toffee, caramel and dark stewed fruits. This beer finishes with subtle notes of honey jack and a light floral component.​

Světlé 8°

Czech-Style Pale Lager

3.5% ABV

Světlé 8° was cold fermented, naturally carbonated and lagered for 5 weeks before packaging.​ Světlé 8° is supremely crisp and drinkable with bright, refreshing notes of fresh bread and subtle lemon, making this pale lager a great choice for a highly sessionable lager.

A Night To End All Dawns (2024)

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

13.0% ABV

Our 13.0% Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels. The extended aging allowed seasonal temperature fluctuations in the barrels to draw bold flavors from the oak that can only develop with time. The heat of the bourbon gave way to a subtle caramel sweetness, and the bold, sharp edges of the roasted malt mellowed and married with flavors of vanilla and oak.

To celebrate the 11th Anniversary of the first release of A Night To End All Dawns, our 12.7% Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels was conditioned on 11 varieties of vanilla beans; from Madagascar, Australia, Comoros, Alor Island of Indonesia, Mauritius, Papa New Guinea, Marquesas Islands, Cook Islands, Taha’s Island of Tahiti, Brazil and Costa Rica.

Inspired by the popular ice cream flavor, our 12.7% Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels was conditioned on cacao nibs from Ghana and Ecuador, vanilla beans from Madagascar and the Democratic Republic of the Congo and roasted almonds.​

Inspired by the popular hazelnut spread, our 12.7% Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels was conditioned on cacao nibs from Ghana and roasted hazelnuts.​

Colorless Rainbow

India Pale Ale

7.3% ABV

Colorless Rainbow is hopped with Centennial in the kettle, Riwaka and Centennial in the whirlpool, and finally dry-hopped with Citra, Riwaka, Centennial and Chinook. Colorless Rainbow pours a hazy pale orange with notes of passionfruit, mango, and tropical fruit juice.

Tide & Timber

Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

Tide & Timber is our Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout brewed in collaboration with our friends at Esker Hart. Tide & Timber is brewed with a base of Maris Otter, British and German specialty malts and a massive dose of maple syrup and molasses. Tide & Timber was aged for a total of 23 months in both Heaven Hill bourbon and Woodford Reserve Wheat whiskey barrels before blending.​

Tide & Timber Black & White Cookie is our Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout brewed in collaboration with our friends at Esker Hart. Tide & Timber Black & White Cookie was aged in a blend of Woodford Reserve Double Oaked bourbon, Heaven Hill bourbon and Woodford Reserve Wheat Whiskey barrels for a total of 23 months, then conditioned on vanilla beans from Madagascar and Comoros as well as cacao nibs from Ecuador and a large dose of graham crackers.​

Tide & Timber - Banana Walnut Cookie

Tide & Timber Banana Walnut Cookie is our Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout brewed in collaboration with our friends at Esker Hart. Tide & Timber Banana Walnut Cookie is our 11.2% Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout aged in a blend of Woodford Reserve Double Oaked bourbon, Heaven Hill bourbon and Woodford Reserve Wheat Whiskey barrels for a total of 23 months, then conditioned on wild Thai banana, cinnamon and freshly toasted walnuts.

Tmavé 10°

Czech-Style Dark Lager

4.8% ABV

A more sessionable version of our Czech-style Dark Lager, Tmavé 13°, Tmavé 10° uses a multi-step mash and floor-malted Bohemian Pilsner and Bohemian Dark Munich.⁣​ Tmavé 10° is hopped with Czech Saaz and fermented with our house lager yeast. It's then spunded for natural carbonation and cold conditioned for six weeks.⁣​ Tmavé 10° pours a deep amber with a creamy, tan head, pushing notes of toasted bread, light toffee and a malty sweetness balanced by a restrained floral bitterness from the Saaz.⁣​

Green Lines

India Pale Ale

6.5% ABV

Green Lines, our 6.5% India Pale Ale, is brewed with Citra and Amarillo in the whirlpool, followed by a dry-hop of Citra, Columbus, and Simcoe. ⁣ ⁣ Green Lines pours a hazy pale gold color with a pleasantly dank and fruity hop expression. This highly drinkable IPA brings flavors of stone fruit, light pine, and bright citrus.⁣ ⁣

Donut Shack

Apple Cider Donut IPA

6.8% ABV

Our 6.8% Apple Cider Donut IPA is brewed in collaboration with our longtime friends at Delicious Orchards.​ Apple Cider Donuts from Delicious Orchards were added in the mash along with our house Pilsner, wheat and oats for a full-bodied beer. We added freshly pressed apple cider to the kettle with a small amount of lactose to replicate the sweetness of the donut and balance the tartness of the cider. Donut Shack is lightly hopped to add sweet vanilla and coconut flavors, and is finally conditioned on cinnamon to bring together all the flavors of Apple Cider Donuts. Donut Shack pours a light hazy gold with notes of apple, pear, bright cider and cinnamon.

Whitehall

India Pale Ale

7.2% ABV

Whitehall is hopped in the whirlpool with Citra, then heavily dry-hopped with a blend of Mosaic, Citra, and Citra Cryo. Whitehall pours a deep hazy orange with vibrant aromatics and flavors of juicy peach, passionfruit, and lychee.

Through the Empty Space

Oatmeal Stout

7.4% ABV

Through The Empty Space was brewed with British base malt, roasted barley, and chocolate malts for added character. We also added medium caramel malts to the grist for enhanced sweetness.​ ​ Through The Empty Space was hopped in the kettle with unique English hops, EKG and Fuggle.​ ​ Through The Empty Space is a full-bodied and smooth Oatmeal Stout, pushing notes of chocolate and coffee.​

Fluorescent Nights

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

Fluorescent Nights is brewed to showcase the tropical, berry and candy characteristics of Superdelic hops. Fluorescent Nights is brewed with a Pilsner base followed by a Superdelic hop infusion in the Whirlpool along with Citra and Riwaka. Fluorescent Nights is dry-hopped with tons of Superdelic, supported by Simcoe and Nelson. This hazy IPA delivers flavors of bubblegum, citrus candy, berries and pineapple, all wrapped up in a pale gold pint.​

Coastal Glow

Vienna-Style Lager

4.6% ABV

Coastal Glow is brewed with Barke Pilsner and Vienna malt, then gently hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh to provide a smooth bitterness and flavors complementary to the traditional Vienna Lager flavor profile. Coastal Glow is a highly sessionable amber lager pushing notes of honey and malty sweetness with a clean, crisp finish.

Ripple

Session Ale

4.8% ABV

Ripple is brewed with Pilsner, wheat, oats, and a touch of crystal. It’s hopped with Nelson Sauvin in the kettle followed up by a massive Nelson Sauvin dry-hop. These hops exhibit strong flavors of tropical fruit, crushed grapes and white wine character.⁣

Intersecting Tides

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

Intersecting Tides is brewed with a classic malt bill of British Pearl, a traditional floor-malted barley from this single variety. It is hopped in the Whirlpool with Centennial, and dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe. Intersecting Tides pours a deep pale orange with hoppy notes of grapefruit, pineapple, passion fruit and a hint of resin, balanced by subtle toasted, bready flavors from the Pearl malt.

Strawberry | 2022 Harvest

Spontaneous

Strawberry | 2022 Harvest was blended across two brewing seasons of traditionally brewed spontaneously fermented beer, including a portion of 4-year-old beer. ​ ​ In early June of 2022, we traveled to South Jersey to pick up several hundreds of pounds of overripe strawberries. Our team hand-crushed the strawberries and added them directly to the blend in stainless for a short juice extraction at a rate of 8 lbs per gallon before refermentation in oak.​ ​ At bottling, this blend had an average age of 48 months and has been conditioning since its bottling in 2023. ​ ​ Strawberry | 2022 Harvest pours a burnt orange with aromatics of strawberry candy cereal and juicy strawberry gushers with flavors of strawberry lemonade and a balanced but complex acidity.
