Aloha Shirt

India Pale Ale

7.1% ABV

Aloha Shirt is brewed with Pilsner malt, wheat with a touch of lactose, and is hopped with Sabro in the whirlpool with blend of Sultana and Sabro in the dry-hop. ​ We added pineapple to the mix towards the end of fermentation and conditioned the beer on freshly processed raw coconut to usher in the taste of an island vacation. Sabro reinforces notes of coconut and sweet cream while Sultana carries the beer’s unique pineapple and citrus flavors.​

Boardwalk Slice

India Pale Ale

7.2% ABV

Boardwalk Slice, our 7.2% IPA, features a proprietary hop with a unique name grown exclusively by our friends at Segal Hop Ranch in Yakima Valley. The hop is called Anchovy and pushes notes of fruit punch and Swedish Fish candies.⁣ We had the opportunity to first experience Anchovy straight from the bine while walking the hop yards with John Segal and Martin Ramos, the farm's hop breeder, last year during harvest. ⁣Based on that initial rub we couldn’t wait to get the unique flavor profile of this hop into a one of our beers.⁣ For Boardwalk Slice we paired this hop with Motueka in the whirlpool and Citra in the dry-hop to create a tropical fruit punch profile, perfect for a summer IPA.⁣ Boardwalk Slice pours a hazy golden orange with aromatics of watermelon candies, lime zest and your favorite childhood fruit punch.⁣

Riomaggiore

Italian-Style Pilsner

5.2% ABV

Riomaggiore, our 5.2% Italian-style Pilsner, is brewed with a simple malt bill consisting of Eraclea malt from Italy’s Adriatic coast. ​ Riomaggiore was kettle-hopped with Spalt Select and Hallertau Mittlefruh from Seitz Farms in Germany, fermented cold, gently dry-hopped with more Spalt Select and Hallertau Mittlefruh. Riomaggiore was spunded prior to dry-hopping then lagered for eight weeks for packaging.​ Riomaggiore is an extremely drinkable, crisp pilsner with notes of honey, lemon, and floral noble hop character, inspired by a summer spent on the Italian coast.​

SBX

Imperial IPA

8.4% ABV

SBX is our 8.4% Imperial IPA and big brother to our award-winning Sneakbox Pale Ale. SBX is hopped in the whirlpool with Citra, then dry-hopped with a massive amount of Citra, HBC 586 and Galaxy for a seriously citrusy flavor punch. SBX delivers on a dense hazy pour and a lasting white head. Aromatics of fresh mango, light pine, with bright creamy citrus notes, clean bitterness and a soft finish.

FWD 701 Mosaic

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

FWD 701 Mosaic was brewed as a part of the FWD hop innovation program from Yakima Chief Ranches.​ FWD is focused on brewing community engagement, granting breweries access to the newest, not-yet-commercialized HBC varieties and products in YCH's innovation pipeline.​ We are the only brewery in New Jersey participating, along with many other breweries around the world.​ Through this program we were able to trial their new 701 hop product, intended to amplify hop aromatics. We are big fans of Mosaic, so it was an easy choice for us to push the tropical hop notes in our newest beer.​ FWD 701 Mosaic is hopped with 701 Mosaic in the Whirlpool and a blend of Mosaic 701, Cryo & T90 Pellets, and Citra Cryo & T90 Pellets in the dry-hop.​ FWD 701 Mosaic pours a pale hazy straw color with notes of stone fruit, mango & tangerine supported by flavors and aromas of light cotton candy and resin.

Open Water

Triple IPA

10.4% ABV

Open Water is hopped in the Kettle with Chinook, in the Whirlpool with Centennial & Citra, and finally dry-hopped with Galaxy, Simcoe, Citra, Chinook & Cashmere. ​ Open Water pours a pale gold with traditional citrus-driven hop notes of orange, tangerine, and stone fruit.​

Flipping Pancakes (2024)

Barrel-Aged Pancake Wine

14.3% ABV

​This year’s Flipping Pancakes blend was extensively aged in freshly emptied Elijah Craig 8yr, Buffalo Trace Weller, and Stagg Jr. Bourbon barrels. ​ Flipping Pancakes uses a generous amount of premium English heritage malt and underwent an intense double mash procedure followed by a 12 hour boil before being fermented to a very high gravity and laid to rest in oak barrels for approximately 23 months. ​ This beer was racked out of oak to mature in stainless where it was conditioned on hand processed Vanilla Beans from Madagascar and Costa Rica followed by a blend of Maple and Cinnamon. ​ Flipping Pancakes pours a very dark amber color and brings forward rich caramelized sugar and fig profile, perfectly complimented by notes of vanilla, dark fruits and light background cinnamon, reminiscent of traditional flapjacks and syrup.

THIRD | Anniversary Blend

Spontaneous

THIRD was blended to commemorate our Third Anniversary. The components of this beer were brewed between our Fall 2018 and Spring 2020 brewing seasons. These batches included the addition of New Jersey Blueberry Blossom Honey to the coolship and were bottled with a small portion of young spontaneous beer for conditioning.​ THIRD had an average age of 27 months when it was then blended with a small portion of young spontaneous beer and bottled in February 2022. After a period of further bottle conditioning, THIRD is ready to enjoy. ​ THIRD pours with high carbonation and a tight foam head with a burnt orange honey color. It features a soft and balanced acidic profile with notes of citrus and honeysuckle, a light brettanomyces character and a crisp, dry finish. ​

Peach & Strawberry | 2021 Harvest

Spontaneous

Peach & Strawberry | 2021 Harvest is from three different batches of pour traditional spontaneous recipe over two brewing seasons. The first from Fall 2019 fermented in one of our Foudres; the second from the Spring of 2020 and the third from another Foudre from Fall 2020. Hand picked New Jersey strawberries and yellow clingstone peaches were added to the blend at a combined rate of 7lbs per gallon. Bottled in January of 2022 with young spontaneous to condition, Peach & Strawberry | 2021 pours with a deep orange, light pink due with notes of peach flesh, crushed berries and peach rings and crushed strawberries.

Montmorency Cherry | 2021 Harvest

Spontaneous

Montmorency Cherry | 2021 Harvest blend was from four different batches over three brewing seasons. This three year blend was from traditional batches brewed in Fall of 2019 and Spring of 2020; a high gravity batch brewed in Spring of 2021 and a more heavily wheated batch brewed in the Spring of 2019. The blend was racked on Pennsylvania Montmorency tart cherries at a rate of 6lbs per gallon and allowed to referment in wine barrels. It was bottled with young spontaneous in April of 2022. It pours deep rosé with notes of freshly baked cherry pie, graham cracker crust, and baking spice.

Boxx

India Pale Ale

6.8% ABV

BOXX is an amped up version of Sneakbox, our American Pale Ale, and one of our favorites from the Sneakbox collection of beers.⁣ ⁣ It’s hopped heavily with Citra in the Whirlpool then dry-hopped with a blended of Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin and even more Citra. ⁣ ⁣ BOXX pours a hazy orange and boasts dense aromatics of peach, sauvignon blanc, and orange juice with low bitterness and high drinkability.⁣

Pastel Raindrops

India Pale Ale

7.5% ABV

Pastel Raindrops was hopped with Citra in the whirlpool and heavily dry hopped with a blend of HBC 586, Nectaron, Nelson, and Citra Cyro. We added a small dose of lactose to add some sweetness and increased mouthfeel. Pastel Raindrops pours a hazy orange and is densely hoppy with notes of overripe pineapple, fresh pressed Hawaiian POG juice, and notes of lychee. Big aroma, loads of flavor and really tasty.

Sideshore

Pilsner

5.4% ABV

Sideshore is our 5.4% Pilsner brewed with traditional German Pilsner malts and hopped firmly with a combination of Saaz, Spalt, and Saphir. ​ ​ Sideshore underwent a step mash regiment to help accentuate its malt character and was lagered cold for a month. ​ ​ The resulting beer pours a pale gold with a light unfiltered haze and displays traditional notes of light grain, a pleasant hop character and clean firm bitterness that is thirst quenching and highly drinkable. ​

Monochrome Sunrise

Pale Ale

6.4% ABV

Monochrome Sunrise is hopped with Bravo in the Kettle, Bravo and Simcoe in the Whirlpool, then dry-hopped with Bravo, Simcoe, and Citra. Monochrome Sunrise pours a hazy straw color and boasts a soft juicy profile with notes of peach, tropical fruit, and citrus.

Small Batch Cold IPA

Cold India Pale Ale

6.8% ABV

Our pilot batch Cold IPA is a 6.8% Cold IPA brewed with pilsner, wheat, dextrin malt, and flaked rice in the grist. This beer was step mashed to aid attenuation and body then hopped on the hot side with Waimea and Strata before being fermented at colder temperatures with a lager yeast strain and then dry-hopped with Nectaron, Waimea, and Strata. This beer pours a very pale gold with balanced and integrated hop flavors and aromatics of fruity orange nectarine, citrus preserves/marmalade, and a touch of dank on top of a neutral, soft and easy to drink canvas.

Barrel-Aged Morning Bell (2024)

Barrel-Aged Imperial Milk Stout

12.9% ABV

Barrel-Aged Morning Bell is a select blend of Imperial Milk Porters aged in previously used whiskey barrels including Buffalo Trace Weller Bourbon, Buffalo Trace Stagg Jr., and Wild Turkey 10y Russel’s Reserve barrels with an average age of 23 months. This portion of the blend was then further conditioned on a blend of coffee sourced from Bali and Nicaragua from out friends at Rook. This beer pours a dark black color with mocha crème head and presents deep notes that combine a robust bourbon-soaked chocolate, nutty praline, and Java chip coffee profile and warming barrel aged character throughout.

Barrel-Aged Morning Bean (2024)

Barrel-Aged Imperial Milk Stout

13.4% ABV

BA Morning Bean is a select blend of Imperial Milk Porters aged in previously used whiskey barrels including Buffalo Trace Weller Bourbon, Buffalo Trace Stagg Jr., and Wild Turkey 10y Russel’s Reserve barrels with an average age of 23 months. This portion of the blend was then further conditioned on a selection of premium vanilla beans sourced from Madagascar and Tanzania along with a small portion of coffee from Rook. This beer pours a rich dark black color with mocha head and showcases a range of deep complexity and robust flavors/aromatics including pleasant bourbon-soaked chocolate, rich vanilla carrot cake frosting, a touch of heady coffee mocha set afloat extremely plush, soft, and thick mouthfeel

Extra Sneaky

Extra Pale Ale

6.0% ABV

Part of the Sneakbox family, Extra Sneaky is an amped-up version of our favorite year-round hoppy ale. Brewed with Citra and Riwaka in the whirlpool then dry-hopped with Citra, Krush, Nelson Sauvin, this batch also included an extra round of dry-hopping with Simcoe and Mosaic. The result? Extra Sneaky pours a hazy golden hue and aromas of juicy mangos, freshly harvested peaches, and a hint of passionfruit.

Port Omna Shamrock Shake (2024)

Imperial Milk Stout

8.1% ABV

Port Omna Shamrock Shake is our second Port Omna variant, aged on fresh vanilla and peppermint. This 8.1% ABV variant recipe is brewed with a range of English crystal, chocolate, and roast malts with additional flaked oats and flaked barley added to the grist for extra body. After fermentation, this beer was conditioned on fresh vanilla beans sourced from Madagascar and Tanzania before then being conditioned further on a small amount of sifted peppermint for a short period of time. The resulting beer pours a dark black mocha color with a balanced sweet chocolate and mint flavor and aroma featuring notes of chocolate cookie crust, subtle chocolate peppermint patty, and a touch of marshmallow vanilla sweetness combining on top of a frothy and soft textured mouthfeel reminiscent of the namesake.

Port Omna Triple Coconut (2024)

Imperial Milk Stout

8.1% ABV

Port Omna Triple Coconut is the first of this year’s three Port Omna variants. This 8.1% ABV variant recipe is brewed with a range of English crystal, chocolate, and roast malts with additional flaked oats and flaked barley added to the grist for extra body. After fermentation, this beer was then conditioned on shredded coconut freshly toasted in house and immediately added to the beer at a rate equal to roughly three times our normal rate resulting in a delightful sweet character. This beer pours a dark black color with dark mocha colored head and presents a pleasantly rich aromatic and flavor profile featuring robust notes of toasted coconut macaroon with light milk chocolate ganache combining on top of a frothy and soft mouthfeel with low bitterness and soft finish.

Port Omna Irish Candy (2024)

Imperial Milk Stout

8.1% ABV

Port Omna Irish Candy 8.1% ABV variant recipe is brewed with a range of English crystal, chocolate, and roast malts with additional flaked oats and flaked barley added to the grist for extra body. After fermentation, this beer was then conditioned on cinnamon, vanilla and coconut. This beer pours a dark black color with dark mocha colored head and presents a pleasantly rich aromatic and flavor profile featuring all of the sweet cinnamon and coconut notes of the sweet treat that inspired this beer, complete with a frothy and soft mouthfeel with low bitterness and soft finish.

Double Cascade Head High

India Pale Ale

6.4% ABV

Double Cascade Head High, our 6.4% IPA, is inspired by the classic with an extra dose of High Oil Cascade hops sourced from Segal Hop Ranch. Double Cascade Head High is hopped with Centennial, Citra, and High Oil Cascade in the Whirlpool and dry-hopped with the unique blend of traditional Head High dry hops but double the amount of High Oil Cascade hops. Double Cascade Head High pours a hazy pale gold color and showcases the citrus, lemony, grapefruit and subtle pine flavors of Cascade.

Granola Brunch (2024)

Imperial Milk Porter

9.2% ABV

Granola Brunch, inspired by a favorite brunch treat, is the non-caffeinated entry to our classic Brunch series. This 9.2% Imperial Milk Porter is brewed with an English grist including multiple caramel, chocolate, and lightly roasted malts with a hint of milk sugar in the kettle. After fermentation this smooth and robust beer was conditioned on hand-scrapped Madagascar vanilla beans, granola and a touch of maple and cinnamon. Granola Brunch pours a dark chocolate color with a deep mocha head. It brings subtle notes of honey, graham cracker and toasted nuts to a rich, full bodied Imperial Porter with undertones of vanilla, cinnamon, and maple that carry through to a smooth flavorful finish.

Shore Shack

India Pale Ale

6.8% ABV

Shore Shack is brewed with a simple grist of Extra Pale British base malt, giving it a super pale straw-colored appearance, with just enough malt character to pair with its bright hop-forward profile. Shore Shack is hopped in the Whirpool with Chinook and Centennial, and dry-hopped with Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra, and Columbus Cryo. Kick back like it’s summertime with juicy flavors of tropical fruits, over-ripe peach, and a touch of citrus.
