Rhubarb & Nectarine | 2021 Harvest

Spontaneous

Rhubarb & Nectarine | 2021 Harvest was blended from a base of cognac barrel-aged spontaneously fermented beers from the 2019/2020 brewing season. In early July 2021, our team received several hundred pounds of Rhubarb from an over 100-year-old local patch and added them directly to oak with the blend. In early September, we received several hundred pounds of Yellow Nectarines which were then also added as a complement to the blend. The overall fruiting rate of this beer came in at over 6 lbs per gallons. At bottling, this blend had an average age of 27 months and has been conditioning since its bottling in 2022. Rhubarb & Nectarine | 2021 Harvest pours peachy yellow with aromatics of jammy vanilla, deep apricot stonefruit perfume, spritzy high carbonation, fruit syrup and a full mouthfeel supported by a high minerality and low acidity.​.​

Raspberry & Cherry | 2021 Harvest

Spontaneous

Raspberry & Cherry | 2021 Harvest was pulled from a single barrel of traditionally brewed spontaneously fermented beer from the 2020 brewing season. In early July 2021, we received a fresh harvest of Montmorency Cherries and added these directly to oak with the beer at a rate of over 4 lbs per gallon. Soon after, we received our harvest of New Jersey Red Raspberries and added them directly to the same barrels at a rate of over 1.5 lbs per gallon. At bottling, this blend had an average age of 17 months and has been conditioning since its bottling in 2022. Raspberry & Cherry | 2021 Harvest pours an ambered red with an off-white pink foam, and pushes aromatics of sweet red fruits, raspberry jam and underlying cherry pie filling. Flavors of cinnamon and a particularly jammy cherry profile balance a firm raspberry acidity and fruit tannins.​

Double Dry-Hopped BOXX

India Pale Ale

6.8% ABV

Double Dry-Hopped BOXX is a variant of our Sneakbox family favorite, BOXX, with a massive extra dose of hops. Double Dry-Hopped BOXX is hopped in the Whirlpool with Citra and Riwaka. Then it's dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic & Nelson, with an additional dry-hop also including Simcoe, Riwaka & Krush (formerly HBC 586) to capture notes of tropical fruit, citrus, pine and white wine.

Bierhalle

Märzen Lager

5.6% ABV

⁣Bierhalle, our 5.6% German-style Märzen Lager, was brewed using the oldest German malting barley variety Isaria, and a blend of Barke Pilsner and Vienna made from heirloom barley varietals. ⁣ ⁣ It was hopped in the kettle with several additions of Hallertau Mittelfrüh from Seitz Farms in Germany.⁣ ⁣ Towards the end of a cool fermentation with our house lager yeast, Bierhalle was spunded to allow the beer to carbonate naturally. It was then cold lagered in the brite tank for over a month before packaging. ⁣ ⁣ Bierhalle pours a deep burnt gold color with a light unfiltered haze. The use of German heirloom malts provide a malty-sweet taste and soft biscuit like aromas with notes of honey and toasted nuts. ⁣ ⁣ Bierhalle is a full-bodied lager with a gentle natural carbonation and a crisp, clean finish.⁣ ⁣

Waimea Pro

Imperial India Pale Ale

8.0% ABV

Waimea Pro is brewed with pilsner malt and hopped in the Whirlpool with Citra & Riwaka, followed by a generous dry-hop of Waimea, Galaxy, and Nectaron.​ The result is a hazy golden pour with vibrant notes of tangerine, pineapple, and mango.​

Retractable Skeg

Imperial IPA

8.0% ABV

Retractable Skeg, our 8.0% Imperial IPA, is hopped in the whirlpool with Idaho 7 and Mosaic before a large dry-hop of Mosaic, Galaxy, Citra and Citra Cryo.⁣ Retractable Skeg pours a hazy pale orange with aromatics of tree ripened peaches, succulent mangos, and tangerines.⁣

Apiary | Blend N°2

Saison

Apiary | Blend N°2 was brewed in September of 2023 with a blend of pilsner, chitted barley and raw spelt. We utilize a traditional step-mashing process to accentuate an extra-dry and thirst-quenching drinking experience. We hop Apiary with both aged and fresh hops in the kettle to drive aromatics of fresh grapefruit, white pepper and pleasant floral notes. Apiary also receives a large addition of New Jersey harvested blueberry blossom honey, which drives additional floral aromatics, mouthfeel and acidity complexity. Apiary is fermented directly in oak with our Saison yeast along with our resident microflora. Just prior to bottling, we blended in a small portion of mature 4-year-old foudre-aged spontaneously fermented beer to bring depth and complexity to the blend. At bottling, Apiary has an average age of 10 months and has been conditioning since its bottling March 2024. Apiary Blend No2 pours a pale straw color with an effervescent, prickly carbonation, pungent aromatics of fresh noble hops featuring fresh lemon and herbal notes, blueberry blossom honey shows through in the clean waxy mouthfeel which is supported by a pleasant hoppy bitterness and lightly developing acidity​

Markt | Blend N°2

Saison

Markt | Blend N°2 was brewed in August of 2023 with a blend of pilsner, wheat malt and raw barley. We utilize a traditional step-mashing process to accentuate an extra-dry and thirst-quenching drinking experience. We hop Markt with both aged and fresh hops in the kettle to drive aromatics of fresh grapefruit, white pepper and pleasant floral notes. Markt also receives a large whirlpool hop addition of German noble hops in order to drive a pleasant citrusy herbal profile that develops complexity with our mixed yeast culture. Markt is fermented directly in oak with our saison yeast along with our resident microflora. Just prior to bottling, we blended in a small portion of mature 4-year-old foudre-aged spontaneously fermented beer to bring depth and complexity to the blend. At bottling, Markt has an average age of 12 months and has been conditioning since its bottling in March 2024. Markt Blend No2 pours a clear straw color with aromatics of lemon balm, fresh sliced green apples and grapefruit and flavors of orange citrus with a lightly spicy noble hop finish, well balanced with a light acidity and high levels of carbonation

Strawberry & Elderflower | 2022 Harvest

Spontaneous

Strawberry & Elderflower | 2022 Harvest is a blend of traditionally brewed spontaneously fermented beers across two brewing seasons, with the oldest portion brewed in the Spring of 2019. In early June, our team went out to one of our favorite Central Jersey farms to hand-harvest elderflower before destemming it and soaking it cold overnight in the blend. This portion of the blend was then laid down in cask to mellow. Just after harvesting elderflower, we received our harvest of overripe New Jersey strawberries that were hand-crushed and added directly to the same blend at a rate of 8 lbs per gallon. Just prior to bottling, our team tasted through the barrels and created a blend of equal parts strawberry spontaneous and elderflower spontaneous to highlight the complexity of the two harvests. At bottling, this blend had an average age of 48 months and has been conditioning since its bottling in 2023. Strawberry & Elderflower | 2022 Harvest pours a salmonberry pink color with aromatics of perfumey lychee and floral bouquets balanced by an underlying strawberry sweetness, Turkish delight and rosewater with a very well-integrated acidity

Golden Raspberry | 2021 Harvest

Spontaneous

Golden Raspberry | 2021 Harvest is a blend of traditionally brewed spontaneously fermented beers across three brewing seasons, with the oldest portion brewed in the Fall of 2018. One portion of this blend was brewed to a higher gravity and another portion was aged in a cognac cask. In early October, we received our harvest of beautifully ripe Anne Golden Raspberries, which were added immediately to oak with the blend at a rate of over 3.5 lbs per gallon. At bottling, this blend had an average age of 35 months and has been conditioning since its bottling in 2022. Golden Raspberry | 2021 pours a bright yellow with aromatics of fresh, ripe raspberries, a stonefruit complexity and a touch of orange cognac flavor supported by lemon sherbet and fruit leather​

Riesling | 2021 Harvest

Spontaneous

Riesling | 2021 Harvest is a blend of traditionally brewed spontaneously fermented beers across three brewing seasons, with the oldest portion brewed in the Spring of 2018. In the Fall of 2021, our team picked up freshly harvested whole cluster New Jersey Riesling Grapes, which were then destemmed and added directly to oak with the blend at a rate of over 6.5 lbs per gallon. At bottling, this blend had an average age of 45 months and has been conditioning since its bottling in 2023. Riesling | 2021 pours a clear amber yellow, aromatics of sweet orange blossom honey, waxy grape skins, white raisin and a firm alcohol warmth

Manasquan Ridge

Imperial IPA

8.5% ABV

Manasquan Ridge, taking its name from the great fishing spot just off the coast, is hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Nectaron, Galaxy & Nelson. Manasquan Ridge pours a hazy gold with aromatics of tropical fruit, citrus, stone fruit and grape, enjoyed with flavors of stone fruit, berries and grape with citrus undertones. ​

Speciál 13°

Czech-Style Lager

5.4% ABV

This 5.4% Pale Lager is brewed using a multi-step mash with 100% floor-malted Moravian Pilsner and hopped entirely with Czech Saaz throughout the boil. It’s fermented cold with our house lager yeast and spunded for a natural carbonation. After lagering cold in stainless for six weeks, Speciál 13° drinks flavors of fresh baked bread and pushes light floral aromatics, backed by a clean bitterness and slight spiciness of our Saaz hops.

Neon Lime

American Lager with Lime

4.4% ABV

Neon Lime, our 4.4% American Lager with Lime, is the prefect beer to drink during these long summer days. Neon Lime is a crisp, extra pale lager with a dry snappy profile highlighted by an extra layer of refreshing lime flavor and aroma.

Fresh Cherry | 2024 Harvest

Spontaneous

We recently picked up the 2024 harvest of Montmorency cherries from one of our favorite farms in South Jersey. We created a blend of two mature, traditionally brewed spontaneously fermented beers, a portion of which included a dose of blueberry blossom honey. We added these cherries at a rate of over 5 lbs per gallon and serve this beer fresh on cask to present the most vibrant cherry flavor.

Blend of Barrel-Aged Milk Stouts

13.1% ABV

A Blend of Barrel-Aged Imperial Milk Stouts brewed with Maple Syrup and conditioned on Cacao and Coconut. This Imperial Stout was pulled from a blend of Blanton's, Weller, Woodford Reserve Double Oaked, Heaven Hill and Wild Turkey Russel's Reserve bourbon barrels. We conditioned the blend on cacao nibs from both Haiti and Ghana along with one of our highest dosings of both toasted and untoasted coconut. 4749 pours chocolatey black with a coffee tan foam, intense aromatics of mounds bars, cinnamon toasted coconut, vanilla and bourbon. The fresh husked coconut and crispy brownie edges dominate this beer's flavor profile.

Blend of Barrel-Aged Ales

13.6% ABV

4745 is our 13.6% Blend Of Barrel-Aged Ales. Since our first Anniversary Ale, 365, we reserve a portion of each release for aging so it can be blended a year later to create our next Anniversary Ale. By doing so each year, our Anniversary Ales will always contain a piece of our past. For this blend, our team carefully selected a blend of barleywines aged for an average of 28 months in a blend of Buffalo Trace, Elijah Craig and Stagg Jr bourbon barrels along with a blend from our previous Anniversary Ale aged in rye whiskey barrels. 4745 presents with deep aromatics of vanilla frosting and cinnamon, with flavors of hazelnut praline, chocolate ganache and a full mouthfeel with a complex whiskey tannin profile.

13th Anniversary Head High

India Pale Ale

7.2% ABV

This celebratory iteration has a similar malt bill to its classic counterpart with the addition of rye. 13th Anniversary Head High was hopped in the Whirlpool with Citra and Cascade, then dry-hopped with Citra, Cascade & Simcoe, taking a page from the classic Head High hops. This beer was given a more unique second dry-hopping of Peacharine & Pink hops, along with Galaxy, Nelson & Citra giving this IPA layered notes of peach, passion fruit, tropical fruits, berries and white wine.

13th Anniversary IPA

Imperial IPA

8.5% ABV

13th Anniversary IPA, our 8.5% Imperial IPA, was hopped with a collection of some of the best and most flavorful New Zealand and Pacific Northwest hop varieties. Motueka, Riwaka and Wakatu were added in the Whirpool, Moutere, Kohatu, Hallertau Blanc & New Zealand Cascade in the first dry-hop, and Peacharine, Pink, Nelson, Nectaron, Galaxy & HBC 1019 in the second dry-hop.​ 13th Anniversary IPA pours a hazy pale gold and showcases a vibrant and complex flavor profile with a rich combination of mango, nectarine, pineapple and berry notes. This profusion of hops contribute to an intricate drinking experience worthy of celebration, culminating in a layered but balanced bitterness and a smooth, juicy finish.

Secret Mezzanine

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

Secret Mezzanine is loaded with Simcoe and some of our other favorite hops, giving this hazy pale orange pint a dank pine and citrus flavor profile.​

Barrel-Aged Mexican Brunch (2024)

Barrel-Aged Imperial Milk Porter

13.9% ABV

2024 Barrel-Aged Mexican Brunch is a select blend of barrel aged Imperial Porters aged in freshly emptied Old Fitzgerald and Elijah Craig 8y Bourbon barrels for an average of 22 months.​ The blend was then racked into stainless and conditioned on cacao sourced from Ghana and Ecuador, freshly ground coffee from Rook, maple, cinnamon, and ancho chile. ​ Barrel-Aged Mexican Brunch pours dark black and opens with aromatics of bourbon-soaked chocolate java bean and flavors of caramel, maple and spice, combining for a bold and refined barrel-aged beer.​ ​

Cerveza 127

Mexican-Style Lager

5.2% ABV

Cerveza 127 is brewed with pilsner and Vienna malt, corn, and a small addition of Dark Munich malt. It was hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh, bringing a touch of delicate floral character to a clean malt base. It was fermented slow, then cold-conditioned to finish bright. Cerveza 127 pours a deep gold with a soft white head and offers subtle aromatics of fresh grain and citrus blossom. Flavors are light and crackery, with a hint of sweetness and a crisp, dry finish.

Chardonnay | 2021 Harvest

Chardonnay | 2021 Harvest is a blend of traditionally brewed spontaneously fermented beers across three brewing seasons, with the oldest portion brewed in 2018. ​ A portion of this blend was aged in a cognac cask. ​ During the Fall of 2021, our team picked up a harvest of whole-cluster Chardonnay grapes, destemmed and added these directly to oak along with the blend at a rate of 5.5 lbs per gallon. ​ At bottling, this blend had an average age of 45 months and has been conditioning since its bottling in 2023. ​ Chardonnay | 2021 Harvest pours a bright yellow with champagne-like carbonation, aromatics of white wine grapes, orange citrus and limestone with flavor notes of lemon sherbet.

Strawberry & Cherry | 2021 Harvest

Spontaneous

Strawberry & Cherry | 2021 Harvest is a blend of traditionally brewed spontaneously fermented beers across two brewing seasons, with the oldest portion brewed in 2019. A portion of the blend was aged in one of our foudres. In the late spring, we picked up fresh, overripe strawberries from one of our favorite farms in South Jersey and squished them by hand into the blend for a short period of contact at a rate of 8 lbs per gallon followed by extended oak aging. In June, we received Montmorency cherries and added to a portion of strawberry spontaneously fermented beers at a rate of over 2 lbs per barrel. At bottling, this beer had an average age of 34 months and has been conditioning with young spontaneously fermented beer since its bottling in 2022. Strawberry & Cherry | 2021 pours a ruddy orange with aromatics of strawberry preserves and cinnamon, and flavors of cherry and strawberry rhubarb pie.
