First Reef

India Pale Ale

7.0% ABV

First Reef was hopped with Amarillo in the whirlpool and dry-hopped with Citra, Amarillo, and Galaxy. First Reef pours with a dense haze and delivers a clean hop-forward aroma and flavor expression of sticky sweet fruit, citrus, peach gummies, and pineapple balanced with light bitterness.

Board Swap

India Pale Ale

7.3% ABV

Board Swap is our 7.3% India Pale Ale brewed with simple pale grist and hopped lightly with Citra in the kettle followed by Citra and Mosaic in the Whirlpool. It was dry-hopped with a blend of Citra, Mosaic, and Strata. Board Swap was fermented at cooler temperatures using our house Lager yeast strain to create a slightly drier, light profile. Board Swap has a light malt profile allowing for a very full and classic West Coast hop expression of navel orange, creamsicle, and light citrus rind rounded out by a very low bitterness and soft edges.

Swim Fin

Imperial IPA

8.5% ABV

Swim Fin is hopped with Citra in the kettle, followed by Citra and Vic Secret in the whirlpool. It was then dry-hopped with even more Citra, Vic Secret and Galaxy. ⁣ ⁣ Swim Fin has a bright powdery and dank hop expression with flavors of citrus peel, tropical fruit, and light dank fruity undertones.⁣

Eastern Sky

Imperial IPA

8.0% ABV

Eastern Sky was hopped with Nectaron and Citra in the whirlpool and dry-hopped with Citra, Sabro, and Galaxy. This beer pours a hazy orange color, with a hop-forward flavor and aroma profile with notes of citrus fruit, candied pineapple and orange rind with a clean finish.

Double Dry Hopped Galaxy Head High

Imperial IPA

8.2% ABV

Double Dry-Hopped Galaxy Head High is hopped with all the same great hops, plus an additional round of dry-hopping with one of our favorite hops—Australian Galaxy.⁣ ⁣ The addition of Galaxy adds more stone fruit, juicy peach, passionfruit and citrus flavors.⁣

Standing Tide

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

Standing Tide, our 7.4% IPA, is brewed with Pilsner, oats and wheat and hopped with Comet in the whirlpool, and then dry-hopped with Citra, Comet, El Dorado and Galaxy. ⁣ ⁣ These hops bring out flavors of zesty tangerine and grapefruit, with aromas of tropical fruit.⁣

A Night To End All Dawns - Amburana Double Barrel (2024)

Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

13.4% ABV

2024 Double Barrel A Night To End All Dawns, our Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout was aged in a blend of bourbon barrels for an average of 23 months, including Heaven Hill Old Fitzgerald Bourbon, Heaven Hill 8-Year Bourbon and Buffalo Trace Weller Wheated Bourbon, before being double barreled for an addition six months in a Amburana cask from Brazil. This beer pushes of rich chocolate and vanilla from the bourbon barrel aging, supported by baked cinnamon rolls & creamy vanilla frosting.

This Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout was aged in a blend of bourbon barrels for an average of 23 months, including Heaven Hill Old Fitzgerald Bourbon, Heaven Hill 8-Year Bourbon and Buffalo Trace Weller Wheated Bourbon, before being double barreled for an addition six months in a Balsamo cask from Brazil. This beer has notes of chocolate, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, dried figs & carrot cake.

A Night To End All Dawns - Cumaru Double Barrel (2024)

Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

12.9% ABV

This Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout was aged in a blend of bourbon barrels for an average of 23 months, including Heaven Hill Old Fitzgerald Bourbon, Heaven Hill 8-Year Bourbon and Buffalo Trace Weller Wheated Bourbon, before being double barreled for an addition six months in a Cumaru cask from Brazil. This beer has notes of fresh baked apple pie à la mode & baked Alaska flambé supported by rich chocolate and vanilla from the prior bourbon barrel aging.

Bière de Noël | Winter 2024

Spontaneous

Bière de Nöel | Winter 2024, a Two-Year Spontaneous Blend, is available in 500mL bottles starting tomorrow. This festive beer began in 2020 as a single batch of traditional spontaneously fermented beer containing New Jersey blueberry blossom honey. A majority of this beer was racked to one of our Sangiovese wine foudres for 27 months, selected for its well-rounded and refreshing profile. Prior to bottling in March 2022, we selected a young spontaneously fermented beer that still contained a portion of fermentable sugar and blended it with the two-year-old spontaneous beer. The carbonation for this beer is entirely derived from the sugars present in the young beer. Bière de Nöel | Winter 2024 pours gold with aromatics of ripe peaches, fruit cups and a touch of honey supported by a bright but balanced acidity and a high minerality.

Bière de Noël | Winter 2021

Flemish-Style Red

Bière de Noël | Winter 2021 was brewed over two batches in the 18|19 season as an homage to some of our favorite specialty winter beers from the West Flanders region of Belgium. The beer was brewed using a turbid mash with a grist including some darker specialty grains and a long 9-hour boil to promote deep flavor development of plum and figs. Aged hops were used which brings a pleasant orange-citrus note. It was open fermented in our coolship before maturing in oak for 27 months. With an additional 10 months of bottling conditioning time, our first Bière de Noël has an age of 37 months upon release. Bière de Noël | Winter 2021 pours a mahogany color with highlights of burnt orange and a creamy brown head. It pushes bright aromatics of strawberry, raspberry and blackberry bramble along with supporting notes of vanilla, figs, dates and orange rind coupled with a hint of roasty chocolate and coffee complexity.

11th Anniversary IPA

Quadruple IPA

11.0% ABV

This high gravity IPA was brewed with Pilsner, White Wheat, Oats and we added some dextrose to increase the fermentability. It was bittered early in the keep for balance then dry-hopped twice with a blend of 11 different hop varieties at close to 9lbs per barrel. The first dry-hop blend included Citra, Mosaic, Nectaron, Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin. The second addition was Simcoe, Cascade, Centennial, Amarillo, Chinook and Columbus. Following the second dry-hop Our 11th Anniversary IPA was cold crashed and conditioned to help bring all these big flavors together. Our 11th Anniversary Quadruple IPA is a big and bold beer that pours with a hazy orange hue boasting aromas of candied citrus fruit, sweet fruit, and gummy bear with a clean overall fermentation profile, low bitterness, and warming alcohol note.

11th Anniversary Head High

India Pale Ale

6.8% ABV

For our 11th Anniversary batch of Head High we added a large Rye addition to the malt bill, swapped out most of our hop pellets for concentrated Cryo hops, and added a double dry-hop with some of our favorite Southern Hemisphere hops. ⁣ ⁣ Double Dry-Hopped 11th Anniversary Head High was brewed with Citra Cryo, Centennial Cryo and Chinook Cryo in the Whirlpool then dry-hopped with the Cryo version of Simcoe, Citra, Cascade, Centennial and Chinook. ⁣ ⁣ We then added an additional round of dry-hopping with Nelson Sauvin and Galaxy.⁣ ⁣ Double Dry-Hopped 11th Anniversary Head High pours with a dense haze and is packed with an intense combination of classic dank and fruity notes, grapefruit, pine, and citrus rounded out by a plush creamy mouthfeel.⁣

Galaxy Punch

India Pale Ale

7.0% ABV

Galaxy Punch was brewed with lactose to increase body and add some sweetness to balance the acidity of the fruit. ⁣ ⁣ It was hopped with Australian Galaxy in the whirlpool, and then dry-hopped with even more Galaxy. Finally it was conditioned on Guava during fermentation. ⁣ ⁣ This beer pours with a ruby red color and boasts flavors of freshly juiced guava, deep passionfruit, and pink grapefruit with a light acidity and smooth mouthfeel.⁣

Night Swimming

Lager

5.2% ABV

Night Swimming is our 5.2% unfiltered lager inspired by German Helles, brewed with Ereclea malt, a terrior malt from Italy’s Adriatic coast, and Barke Pilsner malt. It was hopped gently with German Perle in the Kettle, and finally finished with New Zealand Wakatu hops in the Whirlpool. It was then fermented cold and lagered slowly for an additional 6 weeks. Night Swimming has a bright golden appearance, a very clean and quenching profile, and subtle flavors of honey and lemon zest, carried forward by natural carbonation.

Technicolor Sunset

India Pale Ale

6.8% ABV

Technicolor Sunset is our 6.8% IPA hopped with El Dorado in the whirlpool and dry hopped with Citra Cryo, Mosaic, Galaxy, and Nelson at over 6 lbs. per barrel. Technicolor Sunset pours hazy orange and has a creamy, hoppy aroma and flavor notes of papaya, sweet fruit, and candied orange.

Crystal Sea

India Pale Ale

6.8% ABV

Crystal Sea was hopped with Strata in the kettle and whirlpool, and dry hopped with Mosaic and Strata.⁣ ⁣ Crystal Sea brings vibrant hop aromatics of orange and creamsicle, with ripe citrus and dank flavors. ⁣

Second Reef

Imperial IPA

8.6% ABV

Second Reef, our 8.6% Imperial IPA, is hopped with Citra in the whirlpool, and heavily dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy and Strata. ⁣ ⁣ This Imperial IPA drinks with ripe aromatics of mango, lychee, pine and juicy fruit.⁣

Waimea Punch

India Pale Ale

6.7% ABV

Waimea Punch is hopped with Waimea and Amarillo in the whirlpool and conditioned on passionfruit during fermentation. ⁣ ⁣ It’s dry-hopped with Waimea, Citra, and HBC 586. We add a small amount of lactose in the kettle to balance the slightly tart passion fruit and to provide a smoother mouthfeel. ⁣ ⁣ The passionfruit combined with this hop blend brings a tropical tiki-drink character, followed by bright resinous notes to Waimea Punch. ⁣

Epic Wind Swell

Triple IPA

9.5% ABV

Epic Wind Swell, our 9.5% Triple IPA, is our newest addition to our Swell series. It was hopped with Mosaic in the whirlpool and dry-hopped with a massive amount of Mosaic and Nectaron. ⁣ ⁣ This Triple IPA has all the familiar bright, tropical aromas you’d expect form Wind Swell, but with added notes of ripe pineapple and summer peach from the addition of Nectaron.⁣

Brighten The Corners

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

This batch of Brighten The Corners, our 7.4% IPA brewed with Pilsner, oats, and wheat, was hopped with Citra, Cashmere and a small amount of Sabro in the whirlpool, then dry-hopped with even more of that same blend. The combination of Citra and Cashmere bring citrus, pineapple, tutti-frutti and lemon-limeade flavors, while the Sabro adds a touch of coconut and sweet tropical fruit.

Bourbon Double Barrel-Aged Picture in Reverse (2022)

Bourbon Double Barrel Aged Old Ale

16.0% ABV

Bourbon Double Barrel-Aged Picture in Reverse is our 16.0% blend of barley wines and old ales aged for 20 months in Woodford Reserve Malt Whiskey casks then double barreled for an additional 11 months in a blend of Weller and Blanton’s Bourbon casks.

Coastal Plain

New Jersey Lager

5.4% ABV

Coastal Plain is our version of a Vienna-style lager that would have been brewed in places like Newark and Jersey City during the pre-prohibition era. It is brewed with all New Jersey grown malts and Yellow Dent corn from our friends at Rabbit Hill Malthouse. It’s lightly hopped with German Hallertau Mittlefruh and Hersbrucker in the kettle. Coastal Plain is not only a highly drinkable lager, but it is also one of our favorites to brew because it is our way of honoring the history of brewing in the great state of New Jersey.

Radiant Coast

India Pale Ale

6.8% ABV

Radiant Coast is hopped with Idaho 7, El Dorado, Simcoe, and Bravo bring flavors of freshly squeezed orange juice, sweet pineapples, and notes of resinous pine.
